    The maintenance technician Edel keeps the grounds nice and clean. Gwendolyn the leasing consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable of the community when she gave me a tour. Overall nice looking community will be moving forward with my application.

    I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm and welcoming from Gwendolyn and Sherri. The location was perfect, providing easy access to local attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. The amenities were top-notch and well-maintained, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, all questions were answered always with a friendly smile. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic townhome.

    While I am not a tenant nor have I ever been and have never been employed by the management company, I lived in the area for MANY years even before the complex was built and have seen how poorly it was cared for in the past and what current management and maintenance are doing to try and remedy so many of the issues - new paint, new appliances, new carpeting, landscaping, monitoring trash left outside of apartments, assuring broken down vehicles are repaired or removed, etc. I also know the current manager very well and have seen her work at various multi-family properties across Texas over the past 30 years.Im appalled at a couple of recent reviews. The baby goat did NOT belong to the manager or any other staff member. That was MY disabled baby goat, Lacey, who travels with me due to her disabilities. The day the disgruntled tenant took the video, I was bringing the manager a salad for her birthday lunch which coincided with Laceys midday feeding. I was there with Lacey in my arms in her office for less than an hour during the lunch break. Funny how the reviewing tenant oohed and aahed over Lacey and asked if she could record Lacey, only to later use it in a bad review.As for the other persons review with photos of the rats, if you look closely, you will see someone has placed a piece of carpeting over vinyl flooring and taken those photos. I do not know if it was intentional or accidental, but that carpeting is NOT carpeting used at this complex. Compare it to the carpeting in the stair carpeting in the same review and you will see a huge difference. Yes, as with any multifamily residential complex, you will have a pest problem because not all tenants keep their homes as clean as you would hope (this is not from my experience at this complex but at other section 8 properties across the state). Management is aware of the situation and has placed numerous bait stations around the property as well as hired a reputable pest control company.Yes, there are problems in this complex just as with any subsidized property. However, the current management team has been working their tails off day and night to try and remedy many of the problems. Im giving it a 4-star rating because Ive met the new management team and know how committed they are to turning this housing complex around and make it a better and safer place for all tenants, guests and employees. It is walking distance to many of the schools and nearby shopping areas and is in a relatively safe area. I may change my star rating to a 5 as things continue to improve.

    Double creek is very nice 2 live, Ive been here 3yrs., had a problem jus 1 time, it was taken care the nex day. The staff is wonderful, 2 thumbs up 👍👍thkz guys ur awesome...

    5 star is for the actual front office ladies specifically just their service. So happy to see Ms Jana back she’s been missed so dearly. And our new office woman ms. Deanne she has been wonderful from our first encounter excited to see this place improve.

    The leasing management is very nice and professional. They are very helpful when a problem emerges. They are doing an excellent job with the repairs from the busted pipes. They are very understanding with the tenants and have accommodated them with water resources. A excellent team! The best yet!

    Good place to live, dont know about the people there. I was very happy when i moved in and when it was time to leave and i found out that i could not renew my lease cause somebody else is going to move in it made me upset. I only lived there for 1 yr . I never had any problem with the staff or management i tell u if u have kids its a good place to live.
