    I had an amazing leasing experience with Rene! From the moment I walked in, Rene made me feel right at home, guiding me through every step. After touring multiple places, this community truly stood out—not just because of its stunning amenities, but because of the warm and welcoming vibe.The community itself is beautiful! The big pool is perfect for relaxing, the spacious gym has everything you need for a great workout, and the co-working space is ideal for getting things done in a comfortable environment. Plus, being located in the heart of Manor means I’m close to everything I need.I leased a one-bedroom, and I couldn’t be happier. The space is modern and updated, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances, elegant wood floors, and an amazing view that I get to wake up to every day. It really feels like home! On top of that, even the manager, Candy, came out to introduce herself, which was such a nice touch.I’m beyond excited to be calling this community home, and I’m so grateful to Rene for making this such a smooth and enjoyable process. If youre looking for a place that combines luxury, convenience, and outstanding service, look no further! Highly recommend!

    I was very happy in the Grand, the maintenance team is pretty fast to fix everything you need, the management are kind and understanding. The manager I met was always available in case one of the other folks were busy with clients.My only complaint was the neighbors, some of them threw away trash with liquids, so every time the valet trash passed by the hall were cover in disgusting liquids.Other than that the neighborhood was quiet, and familiar.

    I highly recommend this complex. Bernardo made my experience renting an apartment while we’re in transition waiting for our new home to be built, a very easy process. He followed through with everything in a timely manner and very professional.You too should be my neighbor!!!!

    Maintenance so far is outstanding. They came in and fixed everything that was lose. broken and out of place. The apartments are up to date and clean and well constructed. The only issue is that I have a few visitors (bugs) that seem to come from my neighbors... we are going to see how well the pest control is here,

    If I could give 4.5 stars I would. This apartment is great. The management team is wonderful, maintenance was always prompt and reasonable. They have some foundation issues that made doors not latch, so that was a bit annoying. Traffic sucks sometimes but welcome to the Austin area. My one BIG issue that I have with this complex is that they have let their Internet service be monopolized by the worst Internet company in all existence. I will save the actual review of their service for their company page, but I STRONGLY recommend that upper management find a way out of whatever contract they have with Gigstreem. I would have stayed here even if they had raised my rent a fair amount, if it was not for the Internet. That being said, I am now at another RPM property without an Internet monopoly and it is amazing. Highly recommend the complex and management company, but if you care about Internet (even just streaming Netflix), then this could be a deal breaker for you.

    When contacting the leasing department, we were immediately sold by just how friendly the staff is here. We moved from out of state and we could not be more pleased about the communication. We have now been in our unit for approximately 7 months and we love how hard everyone works from the maintenance crew to the office crew. They are prompt when responding and quick to fix things. We feel safe and love the community activities they plan from time to time even though we dont have children ourselves, it makes it feel like an inviting community!

    Jons attitude in dealing with the residents is commendable. Every reasonable suggestion given to him and his subsequent consideration/implementation has convinced me even to overlook the small issues of living here. Managements attitude goes a long way.Maintenance team (Lawrence / Jay) are excellent and the backbone of ensuring things run smooth for the residents.

    Great management!! The office saff is nice and willing to help every time and they really care about the tenants issues . The maintenance team super quick and friendly. The pool is kept well clean all the time. We love living here. Recommended for sure!!!

    The community is really well-maintained, and the staff is friendly. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and has a great Pool, Gym, Tennis Court, and other amenities. The location is also great, with easy access to Austin in just a 15 minute drive. I also feel safe and secure in this community and would highly recommend living here!

    I have never experienced the tranquility and harmony that exists in these complexes, there is no problem with any tenant, the complex is clean, Mrs. Mireya is always very attentive and friendly, answering any questions I may have.

    This apartment community is by far the best place I have ever lived in hands down. They always keep it clean and the service team is always there to help right away. The office staff Ashley, Courtney and the Community manager Aria are an amazing team. They are there to answer all of my questions in a timely manner and always make sure I am taken care of 24/7. Also, our event planner Holly does an amazing job of planning 2 to 3 resident events every month for all residents to get to know one another and also to get to know the staff. If you’re looking for a place to call home I would definitely recommend applying today at The Grand at Manor.

    Im in love with my new home! The office team made choosing it, a personal experience and they really seemed to care about what I was looking for. The location and community are perfect for my commutes and Im excited to start getting to know my community better. Move-in was easy and was met well above my expectations. Free coffee in the clubhouse is a HUGE plus! Im so excited to meet my neighbors!

    Upon arriving to this amazing , beautiful & peaceful apartment complex . I loved how I was greeted ! The manger ( Aria ) was very very very helpful . She explained & gave us a tour & breakdown of the apartment! This apartment complex is ran so smooth ! I love the atmosphere . The whole team Aria , Robert & Ivy ! Are top notch good at what they do! Very nice , beautiful & luxury apartment! I am so mind blown on how amazing this apartment complex is! It deserves a 10 star rating!To the team of Grand at Manor , thank you so much for the communication, having things in order & making your residents fell at home!

    I have been a resident here for almost 2 years now and I still love it just like the day I moved in. Robert and Ashley are the absolute best! The maintenance guys are so quick and friendly. The staff really make this place the best part of living here.

    I can’t imagine this please getting anything less than a 5.0 review. I know some people have complained about seeing bugs but c’mon, it’s Texas, you will never get rid of them 100%, not in Texas. Sadly I do my final move out on 10/10 and I am already mourning my amazing gorgeous apartment. If you have a pool view, when you lay down at night you can see the sparkly glare of the pool on your walls. It’s so relaxing. Even if you don’t have a pool view, The Grand at Manor had small fenced in yards as well. Perfect for someone who has pets or small children. I’m not moving out cause I want to, I’m moving out cause of my job transfer. Wish I could take this place to AZ with me! When we first drove up to the complex, husband and I said, “this is definitely above our means” cause it’s truly like living in luxury. Also, how many places that you know have trash valet, that is so convenient. Seriously amazing place. If I could give 0-10, I would rate them 100. I’ve lived in some real nice places, including a brand new townhouse but hands down this is the place I’ve ever lived. Simply cause of the glamour, amenities, events and staff strives to keep this community looking 100%.

    Jasmine has gone above and beyond with helping me with any and all concerns and complaints (although there were little to none) the community has been great, amenities are well kept, security is amazing, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lease in the area
