⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Don’t waste time. Come apply!!!!Working with this property as a community partner was a smooth and seamless process. The leasing agent, Edison, was pleasant and upfront with both me and my client about the leasing process. The community manager, Hailie, went above and beyond to help my client reestablish a home for their family. The property offers great amenities for both adults and children, creating a welcoming environment. I truly appreciate how this team worked together to support my client, and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication!

Terrace at Southern Oaks is great. The managers are nice. If you run into an issue, as we do, they work with you. They have a pantry Ms. Vicars works well with opportunities and different things for the tenants. Its quiet. Its peaceful. Yes its in Oak Cliff. But not bad at all.

I’ve lived here since the opening of their doors and I love it here!!!!😁Late nights are quiet as I sit on my patio with a view of this side of the city. Days are also quiet as I sleep fresh from work..Poolside was awesome in the summer. I didn’t have any complaints about the complex and STILL don’t. 😁Every member in the office has been very helpful, informative, professional and supportive and I love the community events and health fair and other resources that are available. Looking forward to another great year ahead.Thanks TSO‼️☺️

Saying this complex is amazing is an understatement! To have these beautiful apartments in this area was the best thing ever. Then to add the fantastic office staff is the icing on the cake. Ms. Edion is more then just leasing agent she is the true meaning of pray warrior and I tip my hat to her. Thank you all for all you do.

My 4 bedroom is beautiful , looks like a house inside. The bathrooms are so cute and different. It’s big and very roomy inside. My closet in the master is so spacious 😀 I’m in love❤️

Gwen, the assistant manager, and Hailie the manager are always so professional and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns with care. Edion, the leasing agent, is incredibly friendly and welcoming, made the leasing process smooth and enjoyable.A special shoutout to Miguel and Jeremy from the maintenance team—they’re quick, efficient, and always get the job done. Driving up all I could say is such a beautiful complex, the staff is amazing at multitasking while still being there in the moment with you, making sure things run smoothly and exactly as stated. Hailie is really a passionate community manger when it comes to getting the resolution she handles it with grace and kindness brings the A game needed for residents to thrive in their home.The maintenance supervisor Miguel and tech Jeremy are on the ball making sure repairs are completed the most efficient way. Gwen does an awesome job at answering any and all questions or concerns you have. The porter Chris does an excellent job at the upkeep of the grounds and is pleasant to talk with.Jacky and Edion are some baller leasers, they are the ones we see first thing walking in and the joy they have while working with you brings let’s you know this is a great place to live. Love how vibrant the area is and the convenience of the location makes it a fun place for families, couples, singles and those with fur babies to have a great living experience.

Great apartment for my first home, office is always super kind; Edion, Jacky and Hailie are always quick to provide assistance with the concerns I have, sometimes outside residents can be noisy at odd hours or can hear the upstairs at times but overall this is a good place to live.

Mrs.E was so kind and professional she took her time to explain all the current and upcoming amenities. I love that they are accommodating to the handicapped with the pool modifications and ramp leading to and from the clubhouse. They also have great amenities like a movie room etc. Had I not already applied and paid admin somewhere else I would definitely call this place home. I love good people and Mrs.E was every bit of that. Thank you for showing my mom and me kindness, empathy and professionalism throughout the entire tour very informative. Also your going to have to go up there because the number is not correct online.
