    Im very happy living here. I have no complaints whatsoever. I was lucky to get my 2 bedroom apartment right behind the swimming pool. My maintenance service requests get responded to very quickly, within 1 to 2 days. Manager Timmy is very professional, courteous, respectful, nice, friendly, and above all very understanding and willing to work and resolve issues and problems with us the tenants. I highly recommend Rio de Vida Apartments.

    There is definitely an area of opportunity for this place, like anywhere else, but one thing I can say is that Margie, she works in front office, is the best. She responds quickly and when I ever needed her to answer any of my questions, she has been there. She is an exceptional employee, if not the best one working here at Rio de Vida. Thank you Margie for everything you do for us.

    This place is a blessing. Just being here has such a great vibe. Monica and Margie are the best and really help you out and are true to their word. My family and I couldnt be happier. God Bless.

    I have lived here for two years and I am very comfortable.It is private and the pool is very clean. Monica and Margie are very attentive and help me with whatever I need.I recommend these apartments because they are very modern and I love them!!! Thanks to both of you! Very kind 😊😊😊😊
