    I’ve lived here about 3 years and have had a great experience so far. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. Management and the leasing staff are helpful and do a good job in communicating with residents, mainly via email and they are very straightforward. The amenities are always accessible and clean. The spiders can be an issue and get annoying but we live next to the woods so that’s to be expected. The package room is easy to use, just make sure you pick up your package up in time or you will be charged fees by the locker company.

    I just moved in and had a few maintenance issues. I spoke with Sabrina personally and she handled everything promptly. My apartment is amazing and I really love it here. Too many negative things have been said but not enough positivity. Sabrina even called me personally to make sure my maintenance issues were accommodated and that I had no further issues. Can we say above and beyond? Vanessa, shes awesome. I spoke with her when I had to pickup my keys. She was very patient with all my concerns and verified personally my key worked for my garage and home. A little niceness goes a long way and if you come at them with respect they will return it. A lovely staff and Tara is amazing as well. Im so glad I moved here.

    I’m so excited to move here. My partner and I have had the best customer service experience with Becky. When we came to tour, she was the most professional and personable employee we talked to that entire day as we toured other apartments in the Fort Worth area. As soon as the floor plan we wanted became available, she immediately contacted me personally. The complex itself outdid any other luxury apartments we viewed based on its location, views, safety, and serenity—we actually came by twice that day (and Becky generously toured us *twice* since my partner’s sister had wanted to see on the second visit!), and even on a Saturday the place was as peaceful and quiet as could be. While the units are on the pricier side based on their size, I truly think you get what you pay for in amenities, responsiveness, and a resort-style experience.

    Been living here since late July and I can say we are pleased with this place. Allison does a great job at the front office and I can’t tell if she remembers me or is really friendly but either way I feel at home. The location is great we enjoy it the only small annoyance I have is that parking fills up quick by our building. I work late I don’t find spots because people have others over, to be fair we have lived all over Texas and apartments have this issue often. We now have a garage but we are happy with our place quiet neighbors who are professionals and respectful. Amenities are nice and the best part is there’s a bunch of space for dogs. Dog park, dog wash bay, and clean up bags throughout the property. So far it’s great !

    I’ve been here about 8 months and have truly loved it. I’ve been in and out of the hospital and Suzanne has been so helpful and accommodating and even worked into her lunch break to literally look through all of the postal boxes to find my medicine that needed to be refrigerated, when the Fed Ex deliverer failed to put it in the right box. It has been so refreshing to have someone so polite and helpful. Thanks Suzanne

    Allison and Marissa are some of the best Leasing Agents that I have ever met. Their customer service, communication, and care for the residents has been remarkable thus far. When a problem arises they take out the time and effort to make sure your issue is resolved in a timely manner. When I moved in, I was faced with an incident I had no control over but Allison and Marissa took out the time to make sure all of my needs were met before moving in and afterwards. Due to their professionalism and active responses I have enjoyed living at Reveal Lake Ridge. Thank you both for creating a delightful experience.

    We had such a great experience visiting Reveal Lake Ridge apartments. We toured the property and floor plans with Elijah who was amazing. The staff were not only helpful but extremely pleasant, even without us having an appointment. We Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great space, resourceful location and a company that cares for cleanliness of your comfort. We were fine with walking but he insisted that we enjoy the view and ride on the cart. Despite watching a passing resident allow her kid to dispose of trash along the stairwell, Elijah the young man guiding our tour stopped to quickly clean it up. Being that my husband is strict on sanitation, it made him comfortable to consider this as a suitable contingent. For him, It’s all in the attention to detail. The apartments were of nice lighting, great hard wood floors and of great living space. The dog park amenity is perfect for my daughters pup. To top it off, both the pool and the view of the Lake which is just off the back side of the property were beautiful. Thanks to The Reveal, we shall be back!

    The Mansions at Lake Ridge Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Skyler as my Leasing Professional. She was my tour guide for the property which is gorgeous by the way. She show me the many amenities they community has to offer and let me know there is a tenant appreciation day once a month. The unit I wanted to lease wasnt available for showing, however I came back the following Saturday and she was more than happy to showing it to me. I viewed 3 apartments that day and she by far was a contributing factor with me deciding to go with this community. Thank you Skyler for being great at what you do and within the customer service industry its greatly appreciated.

    Management and maintenance are top flight. Both have went above and beyond to make sure the transition from a house to apartment we amazing for me and my 3 kids. Leasing office always has a can/will do attitude when I have a question or concern. Maintenance is unparalleled. I have never waited longer than 24 hours for a routine issue and never had them come back for rework. Hands down the best resort-like apartment complex in the DFW.

    Reveal lake ridge is an awesome community. It’s quiet, the pool is huge, and the people are friendly. The maintaining staff are quick and proficient. Especially Kendall. He is friendly and professional. If he is available and you see him, he will get the problem fixed on the spot. I have only been here 2 months, but so far my experience has been great. I’m happy to be apart of a welcoming community

    Hello I lived at this Reveal Lake Ridge luxury apartment for almost 3 years, I really love to live this place because all the staff members is very nice services. Specially, Mrs Bethany she was very polite and honest to answer me all the questions i needed. This Apartment has amazing swimming pool, it is big , long and has BBQ Grills like Resort.     I absolutely LOVE my new home!! It’s beautiful and very quiet. My view and closeness to the lake is unmatched! The office staff, especially Paige was very helpful and it’s so very easy to place a work order if there is a need. I am able to sit on my balcony and enjoy a relaxing day while waving to those walking by. If you are looking for a great apartment, come by! I would love to be your neighbor! Super clean facilities. So very pleased that I chose The Mansions on Lake Ridge.

    I am currently a resident at the Mansions and my husband and I love it. The location, amenities, and views are wonderful. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. The office always has small events for resident which is nice as well. I would definitely like to mention Skyler, she is amazing! She was very helpful to us throughout the contract and move in process. She made sure we had everything we needed to make a smooth transition. She is still so helpful today when my husband or I have any questions. She also always keeps us updated on any of the rentable amenities we are waiting on, or any changes. I definitely would recommend the Mansions. It is a great place to live.

    For the time I’ve been here, the community has been nothing but great. Uso, one of the workers there, has been great help to my family and I, and is always pleasurable interacting with him. Maintenance is well kept here, and the environment is very comfortable and welcoming. 10/10!

    Welcome to the dog resort where this is all about who barks the longest and nobody really cares, but they’ll say something if your music is loud. Besides that, everything else is alright.(I do like dogs)

    So far the best apartment I have lived in. Its a shame I am moving to another city and I have to leave this place. I spent some real nice time here. The only downside is the nearest gas station with good quality gas and cheaper goods is a 7 minutes drive and same for the groceries. But other than that the view is awesome. Its very clean and the staffs are amazing. The pool is a beauty. They got great machines in the gym, although the gym itself is not very big but the equipments they have are of much higher quality. I love it. Their response to work order is surprisingly quick, sometimes they arrive in less than 30 minutes. Just one thing, be aware of snakes in summer as theres a big jungle adjacent to the buildings. As far as security features go, you cant enter the building unless you have your keys with you.

    Moving and finding good apartments can be a task. I was being very decisive about moving back to Texas but working with Skylar helped me make a decision.     I absolutely love my apartment! I have been living here for 6 months. The staff of the community is very kind and very responsive when any problems do arise . The maintenance manager Frank is phenomenal. When there are any minor problems he resolves them quickly. Just to say the entire maintenance team is extremely helpful. They also have a maid who comes and cleans/sanitizes the interior of the hallways . Lastly I love that they do little events to show they appreciate the residents as well.Thanks for all the great customer service !

    Where do I begin? The care in which Skyler took to answer all my questions, tour my family, and even assist after the fact when I had a small hiccup on my end for moving in? To say that the experience Ive had thus far with The Mansions at Lake Ridge would be a massive understatement.I remember looking upon the complex with trepidation, thinking, Okay, whats the catch? But there is no catch. The amenities are beautiful. The location is sublime. A gas station is perched right outside the grounds and also has delicious burgers from a taco place located inside.The staff - particularly Skyler - have been excellent. And this particular shout out to her is made because of how well she treated my family and ensured I was comfortably settled. Even to the point of where little nuances I pointed out with the apartment from the previous tenant were fixed the next day.In short, I could not imagine a better place to live. My thanks to Skyler, and the Mansions at Lake Ridge - think Ive found my home for the next couple of years.

    Amazing views, beautiful units and friendly staff. Uso does an amazing job at keeping the property clean and presentable and does an exemplary job at keeping dumpster areas accessible and washed. I have experienced a few issues but Courtney in the leasing office has been extremely helpful In resolving them. She is professional and friendly and her level of customer service is top notch!

    Apartments are relatively new, so they are clean and in very good condition. I can highly recommend them. For apartment living, it is a pretty quiet place. It is a convenient location to points in all directions. The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. There is a Chevron gas station and Drafts adjacent to the property, which are nice conveniences for the tenants. Management is helpful and very responsive. I had one problem upon moving in, and they resolved it the very same day. One issue I have is in Building 5, where I reside. There is a very strange odor that permeates the building. I do not know what it is, but it is very noticeable (at least to me). Still, based on the great staff, overall excellence of the apartments and amenities provided, I do not think you can find better apartments in this area.

    Oh my goodness. I looooove living here. I am so happy with choosing The Mansions at Lake Ridge. When I first toured The Mansions, Courtney was very helpful and friendly. She’s the friendliest person I’ve ever met when renting. She communicated promptly, the same day, whenever I had a question or concern. She even followed up with me and my husband after our move. We have recommended our friends to her as well. Courtney is beyond awesome. If you’re looking to rent a really nice apartment in the Mansfield/Grand Prairie area, definitely check out the The Mansions at Lake Ridge.

    I’ve been living at The Mansions since July 2020. I typically don’t leave reviews until I leave a property, but I’ve been completely satisfied up to this point. The property is well maintained and the maintenance team is very reliable. The two minor maintenance requests I’ve submitted were fulfilled within 24 hours of submitting them. The entire staff is professional, helpful, and very personable. Becky, who was one of the two agents in the office the day I toured, has continued to be my “go to” for all questions and concerns throughout my time at the property.

    Initially when we called, our first impression was WOW. Becky was very informative and pleasant. We were sold as soon as we visited the property. It’s right off the lake and we chose the back side of the property on the 4th floor (they have elevators, which is a HUGE plus). Our view is one to be envied. We have enjoyed all of the staff interactions. Courtney, Paige, Danica, Skyler, Becky, Jessie are so friendly and helpful. The office atmosphere is very inviting and pleasing. The amenities are wonderful. Can’t forget the maintenance staff who are very friendly and helpful. Our maintenance requests have all been answered and completed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful new home.

Thanks again!**************************So far, I have not had a good experience living here at the The Mansions and Ive only lived here for almost 3 months. The parcel service is great and the community is lovely but, thats about it. Aesthetically, the apartment is beautiful and has a lot of natural lighting. However, the quality of the unit is not so appealing. At the moment, I have a leak coming from my bathroom ceiling. Ive requested a repair a couple of weeks ago and its still leaking. I also have water that drips from the AC unit over the bathtub; it appears that it was designed to drip into the tub but, the downside is that I have a large bright yellow drip stain in this beautiful garden tub.In addition, the walls in the apartment are incredibly thin. I understand that not having carpet adds to the noise acoustics so I cant completely blame my neighbors but Ive had to move my bed from one side of the wall because I can literally hear my neighbor COUGHING! Im not exaggerating. On the other side of the apartment, the young gentlemen plays his music so loudly at all times of the day and even at 3 AM in the morning. I am not winning here at The Mansions at Lake Ridge. Im actually counting down the months to the end of this lease; Ive got 7 more to go! (lol)

    I visited the Mansions at Lake Ridge after passing by the property a few times. During my visit Skyler was so helpful and answered all of my questions. At the time, there were no units available, but she promised to keep me informed of future availability and possible changes. She has indeed kept her word and more. If Skyler provides this level of customer service prior to me becoming a resident, I can only imagine the level of excellence she will provide once I become a resident.

    I had a minor maintenance issue this week and it was taken care of in less than a day. I went on the website’s resident portal and set up the request. The work got completed and there was a follow up email that day to check the quality of the work. Also Priscilla in the office has been a pleasure to work with on any questions that I have she’s always polite and very knowledgeable.

    Kendel came out, was very courteous and knowledgeable he found the issue with the dryer vent.
