    Updated Review:Due to the issue with bugs, Reveal allowed me to transfer to another unit. Iā€™m so very very thankful for Laurien and Zach. I donā€™t think I wouldā€™ve made it through my unit transfer process if it wasnā€™t for Laurien. She worked quickly, and attentively to help get my transfer approved quickly. I am FOREVER thankful!!!! Zach was polite, and let me express my frustrations continuously. He helped me figure out the best option for my transfer. Iā€™m seeing less and less bugs in the hallway so I think the bug issue is finally under control. As stated in my previous review, I really do enjoy living at Reveal. Itā€™s a beautiful complex and I do see myself living here for quite some time.

    Ok this is my 2nd review of Bayside community as a whole. Same owner for the Mansions and Towers at Bayside. I have given the 4 from my first review with a one star. Heres why;1. I gave them a 1 star as resident of Rowlett because of the unfulfilled promises of the Crystal Lagoon by Bayside. When that did not happen, and leaving out the politics as a tax paying resident, I was very disappointed as most Rowlett Residences. Even though they claim not to be of Crystal Lagoon, according to Towers management, they named themselves Bayside and feel as if they also lost out.....2. As a Positive person, I am trying to make the best of this MASSIVE apartment complexes blocking the view of our beautiful lake as it is very nice although the building seems to never stop. They are pretty.3. As a Realtor in Rowlett, I know ROWLETT ROCKS! Helping people move to Rowlett is a win win for all. Also because of their beautiful SFH subdivision right on the lake behind Bayside Mansions & Towers of Bayside. Townhomes coming in 2021. But you will need to be ok with living around A LOT of people.There is plenty of water to see the surrounding lake views but living in the new build single family home, you have a forever lake view.The community has a dog park and walking trail along the lakeside. It really is a lovely area. Making the best of something I cant control. Even if they are apartments, they are very nice and have 4 bedrooms and 4 bath. Thats huge.

    The leasing office staff is wonderful and they hold resident gatherings weekly - food trucks, wine nights, brunches, etc. The apartment is QUIET - throughout my 3 years living here I remember frequently thinking about how quiet the property was. While walking my dog, Id see dogs barking and pounding the windows from their unit at us and never hear a thing. I may have just been fortunate to have great neighbors, but my unit was always silent. No noise from TVs, kids, running, etc.Aside from the occasional tenants who dont care about where they live (which youll find anywhere), the place is kept clean and maintenance is super responsive. There are no pest issues - but keep in mind, living right on the water will bring its own exterior pest issues which may be too much for some. The water attracts mosquitoes, mayflies, spiders, etc - something that I didnt expect simply because it never crossed my mind as I had never lived on the water before. Again, I never had a single issue with pests inside my apartment, just on the balcony throughout certain times of the year.This is a super pet friendly community which is very important to me. I managed a local shelter for 10 years and we held a few adoption events there throughout my residency.My only cons or complaints have to do with other residents rather than the staff or apartment itself, which include people trashing the place (cant really blame the apartment for people who choose to live like trash) and stealing packages (which carriers are instructed to not leave out, but they do at times anyways). If people have something negative to say about Reveal I can only assume they were penalized or fined in some way for not abiding by the rules.If I venture back into Rowlett at any point looking for an apartment, I would absolutely move back into Reveal. Moving was a work influenced decision and I was very upset to leave...I even waited to put in my notice until the last day just in case something changed, but it ultimately didnt.If youre looking for a place to live thats fun, welcoming and relaxing - you wont be disappointed here!

    Amber Ivey did a phenomenal job and the apartment community is super nice. They have tall ceilings and elevators and is truly a good value.They have a Starbucks machine and Amber really did a superior job than any of the other people I toured with anywhere else

    I just moved in recently and my husband and I love this place! The mangers at this apartment are outstanding because they provide the best customer service experience. Kylan made us feel so welcome and was always available to answer any questions we had. He even followed up with us after moving in to check on us and make sure everything was okay. I am beyond impressed with the management team! I am confident that they will continue to provide the best customer service as they have done so this far. This place truly feels like a resort. We are so honored and grateful to call this place home.

    My fiance and myself came into the front office this past weekend and I am impressed by the staff and entire complex. Emily greeted us as soon as we walked in a gave us an amazing tour of the facilities. She was so sweet and answered every question also she was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. We have been searching for apartments for about a month now and this is the first place that truly blew us away! I cant wait to move it!Update: We just signed our lease! Emily and Adam were extremely helpful during the entire process. They communicated effectively to make this process as smooth as possible! I love this property already!

    I absolutely love this place! Kylan helped me with the whole move in process super professional and you can tell he cares about his job! Speedy responses, comfortable and inviting. I have a 3/2 apartment and absolutely LOVE IT!!! Very spacious!!! The pool is amazing and you canā€™t beat the lake views. Everything is in-doors which makes me feel safe! Thereā€™s a cool little lake house thatā€™s still being put together, canā€™t wait till itā€™s all done would be awesome to play on the pool table we have in there. Thereā€™s a few dog parks which is good so donā€™t have to travel too far to take your dog out.

    Go see Tyler! He is AMAZING & very knowledgeable on the community. I toured and put my application in almost immediately after. Itā€™s nice having someone who is on the front end providing top of the line customer service. In the midst of Tyler being occupied handling other prospects, heā€™s always acknowledged me when iā€™ve entered the Leasing Office. Keep it up Tyler- itā€™s greatly appreciated!

    I am loving my new home at The Towers Bayside. My leasing experience with Vinny was a pleasant experience. She has made this transition of moving smooth and accommodating. The management and maintenance staff is professional and very quick to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend this property for luxury living.     My family and I arent yet residents of The Tower at bayside, however I just had to write a review after we received such stellar service! We arrived yesterday at 10am without an appointment but were still promptly greeted by Julia. She gave us a very thorough tour of the facilities and the 4 bed 4 bath apartment. She was extremely informative throughout the tour and assisted us with the application process. Shes continued to reach out to us today to keep us informed and where we are in the process, never once have we had to call!! Weve never received such great customer service at any other apartment weve rented. Whoever chose to hire Julia truly struck gold!!

    Iā€™ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. I had a few issues with past management not making sure everything was done when it came to removing someone from my lease, but the new manager seems to want to help, and Julia the leasing agent is INCREDIBLE. Highly recommend asking for her when you come to look at the place. Sheā€™s so sweet and so quick to get things handled.

    I moved here a couple months ago from another state and had never seen the property before prior to signing a lease. I had a lot of questions given this, and my leasing representative - Julia - promptly answered all of my questions both via phone and text message over the course of several days, and helped me through the leasing signing process; she couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Since living here, the service on the back-end is just as good as on the front end. Any time I have a question anyone in the office staff is always willing to help (and I certainly bugged them often during the first few weeks as I acclimated). Apartments are very nice, easy access to major highway, close to basically anything youd need, only a 20 min drive into Dallas. Would definitely recommend.

    My experience at the Towers at Bayside has been fantastic thus far. The staff has been great and very helpful through this process. Julia, our leasing agent, has been fantastic and very helpful every step of the way. Always willing to help. A great testament to the type of service we received from The Towers at Bayside is that Amy (who wasnt our leasing agent) went out of her way multiple times throughout the process to help in areas that were somewhat complex. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and spent a great deal of time that was very much appreciated.

    I just want to share my experience so far as a resident of the Towers. I was one of the first residents to move into this property and everything has been wonderful. On my initial visit I was greeted by Vinny and she was awesome to work with. She answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect location to move in to. All of the staff has been great. Adam and Miguel have always been more than friendly and helpful as well. The property is always well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. All the amenities you could ask for and the great lakeside location is a huge plus. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for an upscale complex that caters to those who are looking for something that is far superior to traditional apartment living. Make sure and ask for Vinny and you will not be disappointed.

    Since day ONE from the application process to the 1st day of my actual move everyone in this office made me feel welcome and answer all my question and tackle all my concerns without making me feel I was bothering them. Vinny, thank you so much for making one of my goals this year a reality. The director was amazing and worked his magic. To everyone I came in contact with at this office. This people offer me 2 months worth of free rent and meant it. No gimmicks, among other offers and pay for my movers. I am very lucky cause I never in a million years will think I could live in a place like this but Vinny told me it was possible and they made it happen.This place is home now, my very first apartment ever a dream come true. My apartment is super amazing and beautiful. At last the peace I needed. Forever grateful. I cant thank you guys enough....

    The scheduled tour I went on was amazing. The interior design, layout, view, and pricing was spectacular, but the leasing agent, Tyler sold the apartment. Tyler was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and informative! Thank you Tyler. The place was beautiful!

    We love living at The Towers at Bayside! After 3 decades of home ownership, we are thrilled with our decision to move to The Towers. Our apartment home is beautiful, comfortable and has a stunning view of the lake. The management team is attentive and friendly. Any maintenance concerns we have had were dealt with promptly. The location is wonderful.

    I recently moved into The Towers at Bayside apartments in Rowlett. The beautiful lakeviews and a walking path is a plus. The office staff is always responsive, friendly and eager to assist. Julia helped me from the very beginning and made it a smooth process . Also, I want to mention the maintenance staff, Jamie and Carlos. When I would send a maintenance request, it was always taken care of. Love, love the special events they put on. I hear amazing things about the pool and I cant wait to try it out. So far, this is a very nice place to live. Good job, Towers at Bayside.

    I went in today to inquire about a one bedroom and I was beyond impressed. I think we all know the irony of looking for a new home and Miguel made me feel at ease. He was very knowledge and the remainder of the staff were upbeat and friendly. He showed me around the property and was very hospitable in every aspect from opening doors, filling me in on the perks and beverages. He even sent me off with a nice gift. I am hoping this will be my next home. Thank You for everything Miguel and Bayside Staff!Update:The leasing process was quick and easy. Miguel followed up several times after my decision was made. He answered all my questions and ensured I was clear about all aspects of the lease. The best part is the ease and convenience of the online platform. I look forward to my stay.

    This is a great community in a fantastic location! Taking my dogs out on a walk by the lake after a long day of work is one of my favorite things to do!Everyone is friendly and especially the staff! Kylan has been a HUGE help from the moment I was just looking into the apartments, to moving in, to always being available to help with questions even after! He is fantastic and made the whole process truly enjoyable!The walls are pretty thick so you dont really hear your neighbors and love the layout of the units which are super spacious, especially the patio/balconies. My only real complaint is living by the parking garage, it can get noisy at night and weekends since things echo and people seem to like to have loud conversations there sometimes.Other than that, everything has been great and the staff does a great job of having random events and even bringing in food trucks on tuesdays which helps especially during these covid times when we cant really attend big events. Overall wonderful place to call home!

    The Towers at Bayside, what can I say? This property has luxury living at an affordable price. The size, flooring, and beautiful kitchen appliances bring upscale living to Rowlett at an affordable price. However, the best thing about this place isnt the apartment itself, but the staff. Words can not describe how welcomed Mason made me feel. He was dressed so nice, with a million dollar smile. I received the best customer service I have ever received and Im grateful to him. Lastly, I must say that Mason made me want to move to Towers at Bayside, purely based on his amazing smile, professionalism, and personality. Bravo what a true class act. P.S. This is my first review ever written, and I had to do it just because of him.

    I had visited the Apartment complex next door first to the Towers and of course they were very nice Apartments also but I didnā€™t get a welcoming vibe . Mason made my visit at the Towers most memorable. He was kind, funny, and explained in detail all the nice things the complex had to offer! He made me feel that I needed to live there! If it wasnā€™t for my husband wanting to live somewhere short term.. we would have been living there! Beautiful Complex.

    I am so happy that I choose the Towers at Bayside! I had intentions on moving into another apartment complex, until the day of the move, I showed up and the unit was not move in ready! Frantically, looking for another place to live, I came across The Towers. I made an appointment that day to look at the complex. From the moment I walked in, I felt good about the place. Kylan, showed me the available unit, walked me through the leasing, and within minutes I had secured a beautiful one bdrm unit with a lake view. This by far has been the best experience, and my favorite place to live. Its beautiful, peaceful and the amenities! You will not be disappointed. Ask for Kylan, hes the best!

    I was referred to The Towers at Bayside by my Realtor, Lynsey Belloso. She helped us to get a great move in promotion which highly influenced me to move forward with the look and lease promotion. We were assisted by an awesome leasing agent, Haley Schukei. Haley made the application and move in process seamless. She made sure to show us the best available units at a great rate. The property sold itself with all of the amenities that it has to offer. I have been living at The Towers for 2 weeks now and Haley has continued to help me with any questions that I have. I really enjoy the atmosphere at The Towers, it is a safe, quiet, luxury complex.If you are looking to sign a lease here, I would highly recommend working with Haley. She will go above and beyond to make your transition as easy as possible.

    Wow! This place has been nothing but a great experience for my first apartment with my Husband! We really enjoy this place. The luxurious space of the high ceilings, newly updated appliances, granite countertops, and very modern space. While being on the lake! What more could you ask for! Summer is right around the corner and the infinity pool is Gucci! Thank you so much Kylan for all of your hard work and dedication to make our experience great!     Currently going through the leasing process with Amy & she is super helpful. She answers all my questions & is really informative when you go on a tour with her. She was patient with us when we were running a couple minutes late, too. I really appreciate how knowledgeable she is about the community. In the slight chance she doesnā€™t know the answer to something, she is quick to find out for you.The community itself is so pretty. I love the pool area & cant wait to use it this summer. They are not exaggerating when they say ā€œluxury apartmentsā€! I was amazed by how lux the Interior is. There isnā€™t a weight limit on dogs either, which is nice so you can have your fur babies no matter how big. I canā€™t wait to call the Towers at Bayside home.

    Beautiful property. Professional staff. Wonderful views. Apartments are very CHIC and up to date. Would love here forever because of the lake view. The trails are the best part!!!! Live here. :)For the bad reviews: if you donā€™t want neighbors being ā€˜loudā€™ or ā€˜ghettoā€™ then move out to the country so you have zero issues. Take that negativity somewhere else and stop being so negative. Thereā€™s pros and cons at every complex but donā€™t bring the con out of something thatā€™s dramatic.

    Mason, leasing office staff, is great at what he does. His inviting tone on the phone made me exited to go and see this amazing property. When I arrived, he greeted me with a smile, showed me around the property with enthusiasm and interest in not only making the sale but giving the best tour and being very friendly and upbeat!     Kylan was wonderful! Very helpful and extremely professional! We told him our names as soon as we walked in one time and he called us by name every time after. The apartments are gorgeous and up kept very well. The pool is awesome. Very homey feel to The Towers. Go visit Kylan and the team if you want an amazing and welcoming experience. I can not wait to move in in a couple weeks!! Thank you, 10/10!!!

    If you are renting an apartment, you have to go and see it for yourself. That said, there is nothing about the Towers at Bayside that should disappoint. We were thoroughly impressed with everything from the community facilities to the quality of the kitchen cabinets.We were lucky enough to have Mikayla give us a tour of the exact model of our future apartment. She was fantastic. Honestly, she needs to be teaching others in this industry about what customer service should be.A few weeks after signing our lease, we realized we didnt take some measurements we needed in the apartment before our move. We called up Mikayla with little warning to let her know we were dropping by that afternoon. No problem. She took us right up to our exact apartment and answered all of our questions as we measured for some thirty minutes.In our experience, the best way to judge an apartment complex is by the people they hire. Thanks to Mikayla, we have no doubts we made the right decision moving to the Towers at Bayside.

    This is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Miguel and Vinny in the front office were great to work with and are always quick to respond to any request or questions. The property and apartments almost feel like a resort. The Fitness Center is the best on-property facility Ive experienced and all the appliances are an upgrade from most places. Highly recommend this place.

    We were looking to move into either The Mansions at Bayside or The Towers at Bayside. We looked at The Mansions first, they could not compare to the welcome feeling and hospitality that was given by Vinny at The Towers. She had the answers to all of our questions/concerns and even followed up with me via text message, which is much easier to correspond with when asking several questions. She ensured we got the best possible deal and had the apartment we would be most comfortable in. We can not wait to move in next month, thank you Vinny!

    We have lived here for over a year now and it has been amazing for the most part. I would say the time response we have received with maintenance request has been the best Iā€™ve ever experienced. Recently Francisco F did an amazing job, he come took care of the issue and cleaned up his area after he was done. Seriously couldnā€™t ask for a better maintenance staff! Highly recommend.

Especially, Miguel, who has assisted us and resolved several issues from the leasing process to the Residents Portal. The apartment and amenities are far above average as well as the Management staff and maintenance team. We are at home here!

    We will be moving in next week and we are so excited! After touring 4 other apartments, the towers was our last stop. We were given a tour of two floor plans by Kylan. He answered any questions we had and was super personal which was a change from the other places we visited so we appreciated that! We canā€™t wait to join this community and all it has to offer!

    Our experience was extremely unique because it was in the midst of COVID-19. In preparation for our move to Dallas mid March we set up several apartment and rental home tours in the community 2 weeks in advance. On the day of our tours late March we arrived to these facilities many cancelled right on the spot without warning, phone call or email. They said they would not be doing tours anymore due to COVID 19 (as per the stay in place mandate finding a home is considered to be essential so I was shocked by this news). We really wanted an in person tour of the community and a virtual tour wasnā€™t enough especially with the fact we plan on calling this our home for the next 2 years and expect to have many life changes unfolding soon.Ally was the ONLY consultant who did not cancel on us. We used social distancing measures during the tour (i.e. protective gear before touching surfaces and used hand sanitizer to ensure the decrease of spread). We were highly appreciative.Fast forward to now. We revisited this same facility to finalize our decision. The Towers at Bayside has been the model example of how to conduct ones property during this unprecedented times. They have 2 options self guided tours or virtual. Mind you the other facilities are still not open and only offering virtual tours even after the stay at home mandate has been lifted. They also cannot give a clear date when they will reopen or offer self guided tours.Julia has been our contact person moving forward and she has been great she has been in constant communication and following up with our initial consult. We really wanted a smooth process and answers to our detailed question which she has provided very well (even through text messaging!). In one day during our tour we literally checked out 4 units to find the right fit and then revisited our top 2 to be sure. She was always in good spirits and more than happy to help us make the right decision. We even mapped out the best route I could take to get to my place of work quickly in case of an emergency.My criticism would be in regards to the layout of the parking structure itā€™s not horrible but itā€™s not constructed like most buildings were there is access to each floor from the structure.Also the application questions could be updated they asked some antique questions and added unnecessary steps. What surprised me was that many people have complained about this yet nothing has been done. I consider Towers at Bayside to be a progressive community and expected a high level of customer service. Itā€™s not bad donā€™t get me wrong but itā€™s not great! They can definitely improve some processes.Lastly the units do not have a utility closet (i.e. where you can hang your coats, store misc items etc). The layouts are limited but still functional.Donā€™t worry the spectacular lakeside views has made everything obsolete at this point lol!!Overall the experience has been seamless and we are excited to make this our new home and the 6 weeks free rent + 500 gift card makes this deal even sweeter.

    Vinny was amazing in helping my wheelchair bound hubby secure an accessible apartment that meets all of his accessibility needs. The apartment is conveniently located to amenities that are real necessities for him. Pool, dog park, aquamassage, business center, WiFi cafe, wheelchair van accessible parking.Vinny our Leasing Agent and Adam Marcus the Community Director went through the apartment and noted all the modifications he requires and we look forward to moving in as soon as they are completed.Vinny is very smart, knowledgeable, quick to get information you need and stays in touch. She is very thorough and detail oriented.     When we first walked in we were very impressed with the welcoming staff inside of the front office. Everyone was very kind and one of the sales ladies that helped us, Vinny, was extremely helpful giving us a tour and telling us everything we needed to know.     My family & I moved here in November and LOVE it! Julia, was amazing!! She answered my million of questions. All maintenance issues are taken care of right away. On my very first trip to Rowlett, I was convinced that it was time to move from Dallas. The factors were 1) quality of life 2) security issues and 3) ease of access.Like most major cities, Dallas has a severe shortage of law enforcement personnel. They are 1,000 uniform officers and 750 detectives short. This has resulted in priortizing their resources and the acceptance of non-violent crimes as the new standard. Until the citizens hold their elected representatives responsible the situation will only worsen.

    I would highly recommend the Towers at Bayside, besides the beautiful apartments and location, I had an awesome experience with the leasing staff- specifically Mason. I went in with my heart set on another location and even let him know from the beginning that I was not sold on moving outside of the city, but he was able to counter any trepidation and answer questions easily (and honestly) regarding the perks of living at Bayside. So far my experience has been exceptional and I donā€™t expect that to change.
