We love it here at the Retreat! Our dog loves it too!Any maintenance issues are resolved all most immediately,We especially love the large pool, hot tub, and picnic area. I really like watching the lawn maintenance crew as they keep the ground in good order. It’s the retired life😍

We have lived at the Retreat for 3 years and enjoy it very much. It fits our lifestyle very well with the ability to do our own cooking in our kitchen which we love. Also, there is the convenience of many restaurant choices in the immediate area as well as places to shop. As a golfer, my husband has the choice of courses at Firewheel, Woodbridge, and Murphy. Our fourth-floor apartment is close to the elevator and has a wonderful view from the balcony (spectacular view of the 4th of July fireworks shows). Maintenance response is fantastic and the people in the office are courteous and great to work with. The closet space is much larger than we expected in our 2-bedroom apartment.

Great place to live. Very friendly helpful staff. Great maintenance staff who quickly and professionally take care of any problem that we have. Beautiful facility, excellent floor plans, larger than normal with high ceilings, which creates very aesthetic living environment. My wife and I have lived here five years, are very happy, and intend to stay.

The staff at the Retreat is amazing!! They are attentive, hard working and incredibly friendly. They set the tone and create a mood that is relaxed, fun and inviting. The landscaping is beautiful and the lighting is well designed. The facilities and grounds are very well maintained and peaceful - it feels like a resort! The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out, and the surfaces and fixtures are cozy, comfortable and classy. The Retreat is head and shoulders above everything else in the area.

The retreat is a great place to liive and to retire at. The office staff are the greatest &. knowledgeable people. They will answer all of you questions. The maintence staff k eep the grounds very clean and any repairs are done quickliy and effiecientally. The residents have many activities they can partipate in such as exercise groups, playing games or doing puzzles, Bible study, playing pool, etc. The swimming pool and BBQ area are great. All of the residents are very nice and love to meet new people.

We have been at the Retreat of Wylie for almost 5 years. We love it here. It is safe, quiet and secure. We love the pool and hot tub and the walking path inside of the gates all around the property - great for exercise and dog walking. Great staff with planned activities each week - exercise, games, etc. Monthly they have entertainment - music, karaoke, social hours with drinks, etc. They also have holiday gatherings. It is so close to shopping, restaurants, etc that you can walk to them.

I am moving my 85 year old mom to the Retreat this month to be closer to my wife and I. Jeannie and her staff could not have been any nicer in making the process smooth and welcoming for her. Transitioning from a house to an apt community can be overwhelming and they made it a less stressful process. The facilities are great and the residents we have met during the moving process have been very nice.

Lovely place to call home. Residents are welcoming and friendly. Staff from grounds keepers to management are all responsive and always available.Great experience living on property and enjoying the surrounding shopping, dining and the community in general.

I Feel Safe, here.Thats important to me.I have Lots of Friends!When the Weather is bad,I Love, how you can go to each Building, Lobby, have Coffee or Hot Chocolate, go to the Puzzle/Game Room, Mailroom, Community Room, Exercise Room, and visit Friends & play games, without having to go Outside.We have Beauty Shop, too!Outside, we have a Beautiful Swimming Pool & Nice New Tables, Chairs & Umbrellas, to relax & stay out of the Sun.Rocking Chairs, too!I use Abounding Healthcare, that you can be a part of.No need to get out in the weather, they come to you!I have a Doctor, Nurse & Physical Therapy.I can get X-Rays & Labs, that come to me.No need to go to them.Saves time and travel, to have them, come to you. I really like that!My pharmacy delivers my medicine to my apartment.No need to bother someone, to take you, for these services.Great Place to Live!Come join us!

This has been the perfect place to live for us. It is close to many places of business and within twelve minutes of our son and his family. The apartment is designed beautifully and is spacious and well insulated. We recently had fifteen for Thanksgiving dinner and had enough space. My sister and brother in law visited over the July 4th holiday and were very pleased to see where I live. My brother in law was impressed with the security, location, and maintenance. Chad came by to change a light bulb and changed them all in the kitchen so they would match and changed my air filter even though it wasnt part of the initial request. My sister was impressed with the pool and the exercise equipment...she has arthritis and has had much therapy and said what we have is what her doctor says she should use. They were satisfied that little sister is safe and well cared for. We also talked about the activities and friendly staff and residents that make what could be long days into fun days. Felt blessed when I found this apartment and continue to feel blessed.

On Nov 5, 2022, the Retreat at Wylie hosted a Craft Fair for residents and the public. This year outside vendors were able to participate, I did and this craft fair was the BEST I have been to this season! (I made more money than any other event Ive attended.) It was organized, well run and Zena was there throughout the event for any questions or needs you may have had. Thank you to Zena and her team for allowing outsiders to participate....I cant wait for the next one, this is one I will not ever miss!!!!!

I love it here. Eveyone I have met is very nice and sociable.. Jeannie Sothers the leasing agent was extremely helpful finding me the perfect apartment, great view and location in the building. The maintenance grew do a great job taking care of any problem or issue I have come up with. The social director has small things to keep us active and feeling part of the community. Of all the other venues I checked out before making the contact, Mansions offers the best and nicest facility and at a better price. Of various leasing agents at other facilities I really think Jeannie is a perfect fit for her position, always caring for the residents and even providing treats for dogs when residents bring them by her office. I can hardly wait for warmer weather and the heated pool to open.

Our new home search started approximately 8 months ago. We were preparing our house to put on the market for sale. We placed an inquiry on your web site and were contacted by Jeannie Southers. She was informative and professional. As things go, it took several months for us to actually get our home on the market. Jeannie remained in contact with use, always helpful and professional. When our house finally did sell, Jeannie was there every step of the way helping get us the new home that was perfect for us! We love our new home! Thank you Jeannie for making this transition as pleasant as could be for us!!

Zina, Jeannie, Lisa, Chad and the staff here are awesome! Absolutely no problems with the staff. The tenants here are very friendly as well and you get a very homey feeling. No place is ever perfect but its a fantastic place to be. Love it and the people here

I love living here at The Mansions of Wylie. There is so much to do here. A gym, a large swimming pool, games in the clubhouse, water aerobics, book club and lots of friendly residents. I highly recommend The Mansions of Wylie. The maintenance staff are so quick to fix any problems you may have.

I love living at the Mansions of Wylie. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I like the fact that if I ever have a maintenance request, they are very quick to respond and take care of it.
