Jason and Kimo are SO GREAT!! I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with customer service at apartments where they have made me feel like I was bothering them. I had a question about my insurance policy and Jason made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and heard from the second I walked in. What could have taken me 30 min to figure out, he had completed in 5-10min. Kimo was also very kind and welcoming and he wasn’t even the one assisting me! Ask for either one of them when you go in 🙌🙌

A beautiful property with a great management team. My move in was better than I expected. My apartment was absolutely beautiful with new appliances and professionally painted and cleaned. They are only interested in your happiness with your new home. Maintenance team are super quick and very friendly. All of my neighbors are very nice and friendly as well. The office staff are so open door they dont mind helping out with any concerns you have. They know me by name and never mind me stopping by and grabbing a coffee to go. The property is very pet friendly with plenty of room for walking your dogs. There is an enormous pool with plenty of room for everyone. I feel very safe in my apartment! I havent had any problems parking no matter what time I come and go. There is a slight problem with Amazon delivery drivers delivering to the wrong locker so you constantly have to call Amazon and complain but this is an Amazon problem and not the management office problem but the management DOES go out of their way to get your package to you!!! The quality finishes in the apartment makes it easy to keep clean and beautiful. Its easy to meet neighbors at the social events that management organize!

Me and my wife moved to Retrear after spending 5 years in Spring/The Woodlands. We are so happy with our move in. It’s rare to get regular floors versus all these apartments that do carpets. I like the aesthetics of the apartment and the color schemes. I have a view of the pond and it’s so great seeing the frogs and turtles and birds that thrive on this property. I came from New York City (born and raised) and my goal was to move as far away from the city as possible while still being close enough to venture there every once in a while. Retreat is super close to The Woodlands Parkway and with a little bit of a drive access to 249 highway. We wanted peace and quiet and no craziness at night time (cops, cars racing pass etc.) They told me to leave a review of I enjoyed my application process and move in process. It was a breeze, they kept me up to date with everything that was happening in the apartment before i moved in (they told me my fridge wasn’t working and my move in would be delayed a day - which was fine I appreciated the heads up). I got a new fridge in a day and every works great. My son loves the big four bedroom and we will be having a little girl growing up here shortly. The kitchen island in the 4 bedroom is dope too. We saw a 2 bedroom as well with a butt load of kitchen counter space and we were tempted to do the 2 bedroom apartment. But coming from a townhouse with a garage and expecting our second baby, we needed the 4 beds and the 4 baths. Shout out to the maintenance staff for always being on it and making my life a little easier with servicing the apartment. And shout out to the leasing staff and in office management for always answering my questions and concerns and make sure we were happy and appreciated as residents. Danielle, Erika, Tara and Kimo are A1 sauce. Sometimes they are so busy that my phone calls don’t get answered which is no biggie as I follow up with an email which usually gets answered pretty fast. I’ve walked into the office a few times and I can tell they are always busy. And being busy means they are hard at work making our lives easier. Thanks again!

I’ve lived at these apartments for about 2 years now. Figured it’s time to give some feedback for anyone considering this property. Leasing process was easy and surprisingly got instant results when we applied. I haven’t had many maintenance issues but the few times I have called for air filters and such, they have came within 2 hours and fixed me right up. Parking is good to fair depending on building, but I have never once been mad at where I had to park. Rent is good for the area. Kid friendly dog friendly...neighbors have all been nice. The office staff sometimes shares from sister properties but I have had a pleasant experience with all of them. From beginning till present Elizabeth has been my go to for questions and prompt service. I have no complaints thus far. We just resigned for another lease term.

My brother and I moved into a two bedroom at The Estates Woodland last month and we absolutely love it here! The apartments are HUGE and the staff are super nice and really care about their residents. Elizabeth was the one that helped me and my brother with our lease. She is so nice and helpful, she literally had everything sent and done in two days! She was very easy to get a hold of and to this day, still texts us to make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend living here!

Eric and Ceasar with maintenance is AMAZING! I called the office about my AC and Garbage disposal and they showed up within 15min and got the Job done! They even knocked down a wasp nest on my patio. As for the apartments the walls are thin and you hear everything, but other than that the community is well kept and the office staff are sweet

My experience so far has been so great! The community is friendly and the view around the complex is awesome, especially if you have dogs. The staff is so helpful and they always answer the phones. Ask for Hallie, she is one of my favorite staff. She made the leasing process so easy and it was done very quickly. She really stays on top of things! Me and my family have been living here for about 3 weeks now and we love it! We recently move from out of town and its our very first time renting here, the things here with rentals are way to different from were we come from. But Elizabeth our leasing consultant, she made everything go as smoothly as it could go. She help us get a great deal at our rent, the location of the building is just perfect my son loves that he has the park right on the back of our apartment, my husband loves how quietly everything is here, the neighbors are very nice persons, staff is always happy and greaty ... we are just happy to have chosen the estates to live in. I couldn’t be more impressed with The Estates Woodland! Hallie was my initial leasing agent and was absolutely phenomenal at helping me out! She was super efficient and was able to do a full tour on my lunch break (less than 20 mins.) I never felt rushed or uninformed. Within 3 days, because of her efficiency and communication I was able to tour, sign the lease, and move in. Even on her days off, she texted me and made sure I had everything I needed, and also followed up to make sure everything went smoothly! The staff has all been incredibly friendly and the quality of the buildings are top shape! I would recommend anyone looking for a new home to consider living here! My family and I moved in on 11/23. We signed back in September after touring the property with Elizabeth. From the start, the staff have been so helpful and so nice. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to show me the property and floor plans. They also did so safely, with Covid measures implemented. After many apartment experiences, I can already tell that management at Estates Woodland care about their residents. I receive their emails, and they have found a way to keep residents involved even in such a strange time. If you are looking for a new home, and are concerned with touring properties right now, please be assured that this company takes safety and health seriously and they do a lot to protect everyone (masks, socially distanced tours, etc.) Cannot wait to move in!! I want to give a shout out while we were planning our vacation back to Colorado we had no idea who could take care of our turtle Tara Hawk stepped up and not only took care of the turtle but ordered pest control to take care of our fly problem. Also want to give a shout out to Ceaser as he is always willing to help us out also. You have two of the best people possible. Because of them we just love living here.

I moved here a month ago from a sister complex across the street, due to this community having the floor plan I desired. I started the search months in advance and out of the seven different communities my partner and I looked at, we instantly fell in love with this complex and never got that spark anywhere else.The complex is family and pet friendly. If you are lucky, you will have a unit with a pond view. Which after a long day is a great thing to come home to while you sit out on your patio. Our three bedroom is spacious with upgraded appliances. Something that most complexes will charge a premium for but still fall short of a true upgrade.Now the application process initially was pretty straight forward and easy, we applied and waited for the background check. We did try to move a month and a half before our lease ended, because these units come off the market quickly. That caused us some issues with getting in when we wanted, and probably contributed to some communication issues between the sister complexes and ourselves.But without a doubt, minor issues aside, we are more than happy with our decision to lease here. From January when we started looking until the day we moved in, Elizabeth has been our go-to! While Heather and the rest of her staff are great. Elizabeth has gone above and beyond to really make this process go as smoothly as possible, even when it got rocky at times.If you are looking for a quiet community with some added perks, like taco and hotdog trucks that come on premise weekly and a friendly staff that go out of their way to help. Then this is complex.Edit* Let me not forget the nice spacious floor plans!

I moved in roughly 5 months ago along with 2 friends, and we love it here.The office staff is very helpful and nice, Robert is especially awesome, he took us a walk-through of the apartment we wanted, and got us through the paperwork very quickly.All-in-all the apartments are spacious and quite nice inside, the whole area is well maintained, and should something break in your apartment the office is really good about getting someone there to fix the issue quickly.Overall I give it 4 out of 5 stars, only because the swimming pool doesnt have a diving board or a part thats over 6 feet deep; For Shame.

I was looking for a one bedroom one bath apartment and had called hallie to book a tour. When I got there the staff was so nice and welcoming. Hallie was amazing!!! She gave me good information and was so sweet to me and my mom. I’m 19 and this is my first apartment so I was kind of scared. I called another apartment complex before I came to the estates and had a horrible experience. Hallie was nothing like that! And my mom and I had stayed here when they first opened up and loved it. So I came back and loved everything about it!

By far the cleanest, most professional and beautiful apartments I have seen in the Woodlands/Conroe area. I went expecting the prices to be through the roof but NOT AT ALL! The sweetest guy, Nick, gave me a tour of both the two bed two bath and the one bed one bath I was debating on. He worked with me on my move in date and getting me the best price he could. Absolutely the best apartment and I recommend it for everyone! They went above and beyond for me and I loved it! Excellent customer service, and I’ve had plenty of bad experiences in the past with other apartments so the fact that I like this one THIS MUCH says a lot.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, and huge apartments for an amazing price! The Woodlands area can really get expensive and these apartments are a gem. If you get a chance to come see these you’ll fall in love, my fiancé and I toured with Nick. The man was so personable and funny, I love it when people go out of their way to make you feel like family. We were shown this cool bucket with what I’m guessing the walls are filled with to show how sound is almost completely muted! Now talk about persuasive, NOT ABLE TO HEAR NEIGHBORS. I was sold! And yet he didn’t stop there and worked with us on price and move in date to give us the best price he could. We signed that same day. And I went planning to just see one of the many apartments I had seen to debate on later. And my little lady loved it as well, gym was flawless, walking area flawless, pool, everything! Impeccable! She’s a clean freak so that was really important to her. Overall HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have lived at the Estates for over four years now and have never had an issue that has not been immediately taken care of. The office staff including Margaret, Tiffany, Rhonda, Jana & Kathryn are always attentive and courteous and quick with request or questions. The maintenance staff is amazingly quick, kind and professional. All of the facilities are top notch and well taken care of. I would certainly recommend Grand Estates as a home and community.

As a person that looks for places based on customer service and presentation,I am a very happy camper with this community. Everything I need is taken care of and word is kept. Jane, Esther, and Paul with his team do a great job and couldnt be happier. They are always doing events for residents and have great ammenities as well as very considerate and helpful features on their resident portal. Only downside of this property would be lack of storage closets indoors and outdoor storage. Besides that, it has been a great ride since I moved back in August.

I moved in 4 months ago from a rent house that the landlord was just letting go underneath my family. When i explained the situation to Savannah she did everything she could to help me get out of that lease I couldnt be happier with this place our apt is like a home very spacious and luxurious. I think this apartment complex has some really harsh reviews. My fiance lived here for 4 years (moved in right after being built) and I was here for 2 years. We never had issues with the staff, they were always happy to help. All of our maintenance requests were taken care of within a work day (excluding pest control that comes once a week i believe). The grounds were kept relatively clean and I never felt unsafe living here.Our full rent and refundable pet deposit was returned to us within 30 days after move out (as stated in the lease). We did pay for the easy move out cleaning- which was around $100. So, to pay $100 and get your whole security deposit back was a bargain.I think peoples main problems are they dont realize what they are responsible for when leasing. Always refer back to your lease- uphold your portion of it and hold the landlord responsible for their portion.The improvements I wish were taken are:-dumpster in more accessible areas-more dog poop stations around the property-2978 gets pretty backed up, so getting in an out can be annoying during rush hour- you are really conveniently located to woodlands parkway though so...beggars cant be choosers. A light by the entrance would eventually be nice.-the parking lot does tend to flood (so be sure to watch where you park when it rains heavy!)-the walls are pretty thin...but youre in an apartment so its kind of expected.Honestly I dont have any regrets living here and it was a good place to call home for a couple years.

While the entire staff is extremely friendly Jordan, who works with the maintenance team, has been the most welcoming and friendly staff member since I’ve arrived. First off, I just want to say Robert and Hannah were awesome when helping us get our apartment. While the whole staff at TEW is wonderful, they are still my favorite staff members - such a joy to work with!Now...there are some pretty harsh reviews on here, but Im actually pretty happy with The Estates Woodland, for the most part. The staff has always been friendly, the maintenance requests are always fulfilled within the same day they are submitted (except weekends of course), the grounds are pretty clean (sometimes there can be quite a bit of animal waste around the lake but I think they are cracking down on that). I have never felt unsafe or had anything stolen. We dont really use the concierge but sometimes they will have them hand deliver our packages, so thats nice. They also do fun little food trucks or small events for residents at the clubhouse. Ive never gotten a response from management when Ive emailed, but the front office is always helpful. Our parking lot in the back has never flooded and I love being so close to Woodlands Pkwy - very convenient.Overall, my only complaint is that the side gates for the back apartments keep breaking. One side (right or left) will stay open for days or just be stuck (wont open) and you have to go through the other side. One side or the other is pretty much always needing to be repaired. Im not sure why - if theyre just always doing temporary repairs and not actually addressing the real problems or if its just a bad quality gate. It usually takes them about a week to fix it and then it works for a few days before the other side breaks lol. But other than that, its a great apartment complex and my husband and I are very happy here! Reasonable rates and good quality service!

We lived at this location for a year and found it to be clean, modern, convenient to shopping and restaurants. There was a ownership change within that year and we only saw minor changes in the culture of project. They have elevators that made access very convenient to the 4 story building. Maintenance was very efficient and prompt.

We would like her closer to the office, but I am sure she will move to another W3 apartment when the Leasing can accommodate her!!!!

Right from the beginning the staff does everything to male you feel welcomed. Hallie, one of the very professional and friendly rental agents at the property is the most diligent people Ive ever met. She walks you through every step of the process and you get a feeling she really cares and wants you as a resident. She answered every question, no matter if it was 1 or 100. Hallie was really one of the reasons I chose to go with this place. As for the Estates, so far it seems clean, with a mature resident population. Quite, no drama and the prices are reasonable. Hallie is positive and encouraging, even with people who have some difficult situations. The Estates and Hallie deliver.

I am VERY happy with my whole experience so far. Jessica went above and beyond my expectations. Moving from a 3 bedroom house across town has been very stressful and Jessica made it so much easier for me. I work from home and need it quiet for most of the day. Having a dog who has never lived in an apartment had me very worried that I wouldnt be able to keep him quiet while Im on my work phone. Jessica took the time to think and managed to find me the perfect apartment. Im settled in now and havent had one problem. I am happy to call this place home.

I have lived here now for almost 2 years . I have had good experiences and bad ones. Mostly good. If you pay your rent on time, dont trash your apt you will be just fine living here. I know there have been a few management teams since I first moved in, but all have been great with me. Any issues with my apt are handled in a timely fashion. Half of my lights suddenly went out at 8:30pm one night, I didnt know what happened. Called it in and not even 5 minutes later head of maintenance was at my door. I felt bad because I could have done what he did, but he was so helpful!! The only bad experiences I have had is with recent tenants. A lot of people forget when you move in to an apartment that you are moving into an apartment and not into a house. Yes, you will occasionally hear your upstairs and side neighbor from time to time. They cant sound proof your apt, just be courteous with the noise. The location is great, and have had no issues with entry and exiting the apt. I think the bad tenants will be eventually leave, or at least I hope. if not, then it will be my time to go, but all in all I would recommend the place. It is safe, clean and for goodness sake the interior and exterior of the apts are very pretty for the price.. luxurious no, but if you want luxurious then you need to find a place that will charge 1600-2000 a month for a one bedroom. Also, I know for people moving from Houston parking is a huge issue in apts there.. parking here is fine. even coming home late there is always a close enough spot to my building to feel safe. Hopefully this helps someone.. I know everywhere people have different experiences, just wanted to share mine.

I have lived here for almost a year. There were some negetive reviews about flooding and the maintenance staff that I cant stand behind. We live on the first floor and survived the hurricane without loss. Maybe a year or so ago it was bad according to photos but I have seen a lot of construction done to drainage near the complex. As far as the maintenance staff those guys are always timely. Sure there is always room for error or mishap especially when new employees are concerned. But all in all its a great place to live.

This will be one of two reviews I write due to not being moved in totally yet..I have been looking for months for a newer complex with nicer amenities. This place was the dream I was waiting for! Savannah totally worked with me, and I Have 2 months free rent. They have had some construction going on so sometimes their phone goes out but what can you do, they cant help that. They take great care of their residents and they truly strive to work with you. I am very thankful for this place and I did ask her about flooding and she said it is no longer an issue.

The Estates Woodland is a wonderful apartment complex situated in a great location next to Wal-Mart amd Gringos.The staff is friendly and welcoming and often scheduled events in the leading center to make the residents feel at home.The apartments are new, spacious, with granite counter tops and a balcony that looks out on a veritable forest. Nice units.. nice view.. never had a problem... it rained SUPER hard and no flood so Im not sure why everyone keeps posting pics of the flood in 16 like everyone else didnt flood? Parking lot seems fine to me.. got a parking spot 5 feet from my stairs.. staff is always helpful.. not sure why people email over important things and expect other people to consider them as important as they do.. every time I have an issue I go see Jessica and she fixes it no problem.. seriously Jessica is pretty amazing.. pretty much the only reason I signed here.. she went above and beyond to get my the apartment and make the process smooth and easy.. real talk come and ask for Jessica if you want to gurantee that five star experience lol.. The rest of the staff has always been cool with me.. never seen any issues with professionalism.. but ya the pool seems good and I walk barefoot everywhere and theres not a lot of poop.. so ya all around good place... totally would only have given it 4 stars if it hadnt been for Jessica tho... she da bomb fuh realllllllllllll

I just moved from Illinois to texas and the place I originally moved to was an extremely baf neighborhood. I spoke to Robert Robinson at the Estates woodland and he was AMAZING AND WONDERFUL!!!! I was highly impressed by his positive attitude, knowledge and everything this place has to offer.I was extremely scared I couldnt afford a place like this and had to get out of the dangerous place I was in and he made everything feel safe and welcoming here. He advised that everything was going to be ok and he would help find a way for things to work out if it didnt work here. Well it did and it was affordable for us and he was just fantastic! I Enjoy living at the Estates Woodland! I can always go to the front office or call and get fast, informative answers and help to any question I have from Elizabeth she is very knowledgeable and gives GREAT customer service! I recommend moving here!

I had a great experience with Ms Ester, she is really good at explaining the move in process and she does it with a smile. I recommend Ms Ester if you plan to move here, but if she is not available Im sure the rest of the staff are just as great 👍🏽
