Love my retirement apartment. Staff is delightful. Mgr. Ms Black is always cheerful, professional and truly cares for the residents. Maintenance is on point, friendly, professional. Im happy to be here at this retirement complex. -

It was time for me to start looking at properties to see what best fits my mothers style of living. Not only looking at what the property has to offer but also to see what type of staff my mother or I will have to deal with. Honestly the staff is pleasant and the property is nice. My mom likes it. Vivian was amazing! Like she help me with finding the right home for my grandparents and they loved the property as well! 💗 I’m so happy they found an agent that’s willing to put in the hard work . I called and set up and appt, when I got to the property I was greeted by Ms. Sunshine, she was a very delightful person she was very knowledgeable and she made me feel so comfortable I love the place I will come back before my lease is up for a 1 bdrm. -

Peachtree is a wonderful place for your mom or dad to reside, we stopped by for a tour and from there my parents decided to make Preachtree their home. It’s a great place with a great staff! -

To Ms Linda.I must say that our new manager Cathy is such a welcome change as the Manager .She is working all the time doing everything she can to improve our Home here at Peachtree Senior Living in Balch Springs. I have been Living here for 5 years .She is doing a great job. -

Ive lived here 6 years and at first I had a hard time getting use to it.. Felt like a hotel... Very beautiful property and very quiet and I have great neighbors.. The big plus is the bus line.. We have new management now and our new manager is very sweet. Love it here -
