I’ve lived here since mid July and love everything about living here!From the moment I submitted my application, Nick and Laurien were absolutely amazing. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I felt supported every step of the way.The layout of the apartment is perfect, and the location couldn’t be better. The pool is spacious and even has little mini cabanas, which give it a resort-like feel. The walking trail next to the lake is one of my favorite features, especially during sunset the views are breathtaking.As someone who’s moved from Florida, this place truly feels like my home away from home. I couldn’t be happier with my choice!

I absolutely love it here! View is amazing, very family friendly, great amenities, and the management is always hosting activities for you to get to know more of the residents and just some good ol community engagement! Any time I have had any problem at all Nick is very quick to resolve it! If there is any delay for any reason he is quick to communicate with you so you’re not left wondering what’s going on. I highly recommend this community! You won’t be sorry you chose here for your home!

I have lived here for over a year now and have been renting for the last 6 years. I have to say this place is incredible and what I like most and think is the most important is the management. They might not always be available to take your calls but you have to realize how many tenants they have before thinking its all about you. I have had a list of issues I encountered and management has always helped us throughout. Great apartment. Only issue is I30/Rockwall traffic but thats not on the apartment. Happy to be a resident here.

This community has been very nice to live in. The leasing office is responsive and the upkeep of the properly is excellent. I enjoy the planned events at the pool or clubhouse. Would be nice to have TVs in the workout room.

I’ve lived at Park at Bayside for 6 months now and I have had an amazing experience! From the time of application to move in, the process was seamless! Both the apartments and the amenities are beautiful, and I’ve never seen the leasing staff care so much about a property, as I see they do here! Yesterday, I was out walking my dog and noticed Nick was in the pool area dusting down cobwebs, cleaning the outdoor furniture, and ensuring everything was set back to its high standards after a storm came through.They want us to love where we live, be proud of our surroundings, and work to provide us with the best experience that they can. I know anytime I have an issue or a question, Nick is jumping in to help solve it as soon as possible! He is always staying on top of everything.They also put on great catering events for the residents!I’ve moved around a lot and have had such a positive experience so far!

They want us to love where we live, be proud of our surroundings, and work to provide us with the best experience that they can. I know anytime I have an issue or a question, Nick is jumping in to help solve it as soon as possible! He is always staying on top of everything. That being said I was given the chance to move into a two bedroom at a great price, but the unit was not ready for move in, when we went back to the office I was told that someone just signed a lease on that unit even after I was told it was not ready, when that lease did not pass I again went to office to take of this place only to find out the price had jumped $300.00 and they would not honor the first price. Im still at Bayside and hope someday I will be moving up to a two bedroom, other than that its a good place to live and the office staff just needs to keep us moving forward.

My daughter lives here and has for at least one lease renewal. I just visited and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The elevators are a nice inclusion. The pool water and area was perfectly clean and organized. The pool tile is deteriorated in several spots. This is a newer complex so surprised to see so soon. She loves it here but has complained about maintenance a few times. She continues to have dryer venting issues and it takes more than one full cycle to dry clothes. My last trip there I pulled the dryer out to check it. It is blowing strong but the vent was full of water. I dumped the water and told her to have maintenance clear the blockage in their vent. They came out, maybe or maybe not did something but told her it is clear. Still no change. Was just visiting from out of state again. Dryer not drying because the vent in the walls is plugged. The dryer is still blowing lots of air and water in the vent. She also had air conditioning issues a few times. The condensation over flow tube drips in to the tub (ac is over the tub) so the main drain is plugged. They have blown out a few times. But, the drips leave a stain in the tub. The last trip they may have actually fixed it. Recently the ac was not cooling down her apartment. They determined it was froze up. Root cause, dirty filter. They change (supposed to) the filter a couple times a year but made her feel like it was her fault she had a dirty filter. She called me upset they berated her and questioned whether it was her responsibility. Her patio in desperate need of a cleaning but I did see them pressure washing another building. If there was storage I would have set up something from the washer hookup for her to run a hose out but nowhere to store anything. Its perfect for her, not for me. Newer, good condition, great location, wonderful pool. The pool area has a couple gas grills to use too.

Just moved in and the experience was very good. Laurian in the front office is extremely nice and helpful. My apartment was spotless upon moving in and everything is in working order. I did not know that there would be a washer and dryer already installed and that was a very nice surprise as most apartments would not provide you with them. Also many reviews mention the towing and they have hired a different towing service to address the problem.

Recently moved in and Nick and Laurien were fantastic in the entire process. The apartment is really nice and spacious and the price is right for what you get, the walks at the lake are also nice. So far no issues other than some cleaning needed in the hallways.

It has been an overall good experience living at Park at Bayside. The maintenance team is quick to respond to issues. The office staff have been easy to work with and Patrick at the desk has been helpful. As far as apartments go, it has been safe. The easy access to the walkway around the lake is a big plus. Yes, it’s true there are a lot of spiders in the walkways because we live so close to the lake.

Beautiful apartments and community next to the lake and the Marina. We toured with Ms. Laurien Payne. Such a great and kind leasing agent. She gave us all the information we needed, showed us a two bedroom apartment even when we need a 4 bedroom. She even told us what to expect during the process and we left premises very pleased. Now were just hoping to get approved and enjoy our new place. Thanks, Laurien**WARNING: LONG POST**Update: we got approved for a 4/4, we were super excited and waited two months movin in on June 28th. The process wasnt as smooth as we expected, a few situations with the moving process, but we started to feel the comfort, peace, commodities and luxury lifestyle that the apartment complex provides maybe a week after we settled. It is true that the hallways, dumpster area and mail area are dirty but itll be unfair to say that it is all because of maintenance. Ive seen people leaving bags, boxes, food and other stuff around the dumpsters. Were next to the lake so, lots of mosquitoes, bugs, spiders and spiderwebs rule the area. It is what it is...Two weeks after, our new tenants moved above us and it has been very frustrating and upsetting since I have an elderly person with health conditions living with us feeling a bit stressed. As a parent, grandmother and former teacher of all grades, PreK through 12, I still do not understand how it cannot be common sense to understand that youre not living on a 1st floor apartment or single home. That second floors and above are not parks, and, before people tell me kids will always be kids which is completely true, we as adults most be considerate of others. If the complex rule is no noise after 10pm, why do we still let kids run without stopping, use their toys, bang, drag, etc. after that time?Why do adults walk stomping until 3am thinking others may be asleep and wont probably feel it? We wanted an easy calm living lifestyle because we work hard and still have a student who also needs to rest. Ive never bother my neighbors in any way and also taught my kids to respect neighbors next, above and below us. It is a matter of consideration and respect.I did informed the administration about it, they did their part two times already but it seems we will have to wait 6mos before moving or applying for a 4th floor adding that the move in special wont be honored since we wont be considered a transfer. It will all beging as a new applicant.We prayed and waited years to have a beautiful place like this. Definitely looking for a house which can be found with a similar rent amount. Heres to 5 more months of God knows what else. One day at a time.

The office staff, Carlos & Kira, are both attentive and personable. They have gone above and beyond to check-in and ensure my move to the complex has been smooth. Its important to me that the people who you interface with the most at an apartment complex are kind, understanding, and willing to help. (I was originally interested in the sister property next door, Reveal at Bayside, but were not treated kindly by their office staff). I was thrilled to find these qualities in the Park at Bayside staff.Furthermore, the complex itself is nice. Its modern, located next to the interstate and has great amenities. Maintenance do a fine job of maintaining the grounds and common areas. While, office staff often hold community events, or invite food trucks to sell on the property -- which is a fun twist to typical apartment living.If youre looking for a peaceful place to live by the lake, check this one out.

I toured the community this past weekend and liked it so much that I canceled touring additional complexes in the area. Carlos was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions without hesitation.He was working by himself and it was a little busy when I came in. He acknowledged me and let me know he would be right with me. He was very apologetic for the delay. He gave me a thorough tour of the community and didn’t rush through anything. I truly appreciate the time he took with me. I applied without hesitation, fingers crossed I get approved! Hope to be part of what appears to be a great community!

I loved living here for a little over a year. The staff was always very helpful and nice. I no longer live there but I accidentally got a package delivered to my old address. When I called the apartment and spoke to Carlos, he was able to get everything worked out in a couple of hours. Allowing me to come by that same day to pick up my package. If I ever go back to an apartment, this will be the first one I look at! I am very thankful for Carlos and the current resident to work this out with me!

I enjoy living here and the residents are friendly. Management will have events for residents every month and food trucks are here at least twice a month. Good vibe especially summertime fun in spa like pool. I enjoy walking around and seeing people walk their dogs. Best thing about my apartment is the balcony space. I enjoy spending time outside, feels peaceful and quiet.

UPDATE: things have for 80% better and I feel like the trouble makers are gone. Management has done a great job making the community safe again. My only wish now is that they clean the exterior common areas more.. I’ve lived here since this complex opened. The initial staff was great and I felt safe. In the last 6 months this place has gone downhill fast. The gun shots last week was the icing on the cake. I no longer feel safe, the pool is ALWAYS closing and the emails from management are too much. Now they are starting a parking policy. There is no problem with the parking its just for them to get unsuspecting guests towed to get their money. We pay too much money for this kind of activity.

Loved my time here definitely felt at home there are a lot of flaws for sure like the traffic and the pests but maintenance always tried to keep it clean but all the residents were nice aswell at the staff. maintenance was always quick on fixing things and loved the food trucks. going to miss living here even though the walls are thin that’s in every apartment I always felt at peace in my apartment felt safe walking my dog at night. My friend got towed but that was our fault for not registering it after her coming over 20 times it finally came and hit us in the butt but was glad to see they take their residents parking very serious since before the stickers I could never find parking with the stickers I never had a problem finding a close parking. loved the pool and the gym and loved walking my dog around the lake at sunset time there are so many people walking their pets around you too.

Our family loves living at the Mansions at Bayside. This is resort living and a fantastic community combined with an outstanding staff. We transitioned from a home on the golf course and this has been the best decision for our family.The staff is highly professional and well-trained. I am moving to Texas from California and I worked with Shakira during the whole leasing process. She has been awesome and worked with me to get everything right including the name of the apartment on my renters insurance 3 times. She was always available to answer all of my questions and she always had a smile in her voice. When I got to met for the first time face to face she said Hi Tina and I had never met her, she had just remembered me from Facetime. If I could give better than 5 stars, I would. Working with someone long district and just on the phone you want to feel like they have you best interest and she DID!. Im so excited to move into my new apartment in July.

Took a look at the one bedroom model and the property itself. Nice atmosphere and very well maintained from what I saw. Gym has everything I need plus more and they even have an aqua massage chair! Still shopping around but Julio has set the bar very high!

Came to take a look with my sister who is looking for an apartment. The amenities were super nice! The pool really does look like it is out of a resort, the gas grills are lined in so she doesnt need to bring her own propane, oh and the gym is HUGE. Julio helped us and was super nice and informative. He said he had only been there a couple of months but knew the answers to all our questions. If my sister moves forward I just might have to follow her!

I absolutely loved staying here. Holidays were the best because we had different crowds come in and there were different activities for the children. Whenever 4th of July took place there was still enough parking for the residents and everything was blocked off and easily accessible for the residents as well. We moved to the Dallas area from out of state and decided to rent while we look for our next home. It was a process that gave me anxiety as it’s been a long time since we’ve lived in an apartment. We didn’t know what to expect but the staff and management at the Mansions at Bayside have been incredible at making us feel at home! They were so inviting from the moment we stepped on the property and talked to Hayley and Alyssa. They helped with everything from where to grocery shop, where to, and not to eat, and even went out of their way to point us to good realtors and dance studios. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious, it’s an incredible location, and you can’t beat being right on the lake!! I want to give a special thank you to Alyssa as she’s been incredible and such a great help! I would recommend this complex to anyone needing a place to live!

Mansions At Bayside was my dream apartment. I was so excited to move in!!! But as my time here has gone on and on, I’m more than disappointed in the way the office staff handles things....with the exception of Alyssa who is AMAZING!!!! My upstairs neighbors evidently do not realize that they aren’t living in a house. One must wear steel toed boots every second of everyday because the noise is ridiculous! I’ve complained to the office staff, even providing recordings of the noise but I was given a lame excuse as to why nothing could/would be done. I’ve called the courtesy officer numerous times and now, apparently, we don’t have one - which is something we pay for! I’ve called the police, too, but still nothing gets done.Most recently we had damage in our building due to the ice storm. Alyssa handled things for me from beginning to end and was very attentive to my concerns and needs. She is the best member of the office staff by far! Go, Alyssa!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Besides moving into an apartment full of roaches, I love my apartment and view. I don’t like the fact pest control is not consistent though. I have never ever had a bug problem in none of my places. Hope to get it corrected soon.

The Tour at Mansions was wonderful! Very Clean,new, and quiet area. Has a nice view of the plain greens or Lake at Rockwall. Amazing amenities like the pool with cabanas, newly building beach area for the lake and more. Landeia did a wonderful job of showing the complex, was very kind and answered all my questions. 5 Stars**
