My company takes care of the landscaping for this property now going on over 2 years so I deal with and see a lot. Management is absolutely fantastic in all aspects. They keep everything top notch and always looking for ways to better the whole property. We see every inch of the property so we see how nice the maintenance crew keeps things and always working hard to keep everything running smooth. If you are looking for a great place that will accommodate, take care of you and looking to be around quality people this is the place for you!

I have lived in Palo Duro Place Apartments for a couple of years now. My lease is about to renew next month. You really do get what you pay for. The apartment is nice with central heating and air. They do pest control every so often and keep the property looking nice all year round. Every time we have a concern the office always gets back to us in a timely manner. When we go into the office they make the effort to make you feel welcomed. If we have an issue with something maintenance gets it fixed as soon as possible and is extremely nice going above and beyond! Im looking forward to my next year as a resident here, and appreciate everything they do! And I want to give maintenance a special thank you for how hard you all work.

Tye in maintenance has always been friendly and helpful. He recently installed a new dishwasher and did an amazing job. He even cleaned up his entire workspace when he was done, I had to leave to work and was happy when I came home. Thank you.

I just moved in and this place is amazing with a reasonable rent rate. The apartment is very clean and well taken care of. Becky in the office was very kind and personable! She answered all of my questions and made me feel at home. I know Im going to love living here!

Was looking for a new place to live and stumbled across palo duro place apartments and the property management was very nice I got a great rate for an apartment and it is so far very quiet. Also maintenance was fast and commucated well with repairs being done I highly recommend this complex!

I love being a Resident here. The staff is amazing one of the management Personnel named Jenni is very nice, amazing, understanding and compassionate about her residence. The rest of the staff is good the are always getting what needs to be done; done as fast as possible. I would recommend living here I’m signing another contract here..

Ive been living here at Palo Duro Place Apartments for just under a month now. I know it used to be Green Acres Apartments. But since Ive been here, the new Ownership has been outstanding! The Management in the office is helpful and courteous when I need something or have a concern and the Maintenance Staff is quick and knowledgeable if something goes wrong in my apartment. My apartment is comfortable and I feel safe, which is important because my husband is a truck driver and I have a small child at home.I absolutely LOVE the transformation that is taking place around the complex! I cant wait for it to be complete! I was lucky enough for my apartment to be part of phase 1 in the painting process and it looks so good!You absolutely SHOULD give the NEW Palo Duro Place Apartments a call! Heather and Isaac are very friendly and would love to talk to you about leasing here! The neighborhood gets better every day!

Faleshia and Jessica were very helpful when requesting information and giving a tour. The unit was beautiful and in great shape! I ended up getting an apartment closer to my school. However, because of their professionalism and sweet personalities, I would gladly recommend these apartments for any AC or WT students. (:

Never had any issues with these apartments! Faleshia has gone above and beyond to help me out when I needed it! But all the staff is very friendly. They have fun events sometimes and the residents can win prizes! Also, the rent is very reasonable! I highly recommend Palo Duro Place!

My husband and I are selling our house and down sizing into an apartment. We had a friend that had lived in Palo Duro Place Apartment s and enjoyed it so we went to check it out. Isaac was VERY helpful and even more professional! We loved the property and the apartments we were shown by him but, unfortunately we wont be able to move in due to breed restrictions on dogs. Non the less Isaac was great and I love giving credit where credit is due!! That place has really come a long way and I would suggest it to anyone looking for an apartment!
