    I lived at Lennox in 2024 and enjoyed the amenities and the immediate proximity to the very walkable Uptown restaurants, retail and nightlife. This is a beautiful property - spacious and open.

    Overall, no complaints! Loved the location, size of the unit, and the parking garage. The amenities are a little old and not kept up the best, but I never minded. Unit 108 did have the AC go out this past summer but they replaced the unit and it was fine. A good value for the location. Only relocating due to personal reasons

    From the moment we moved in Steven Hammons greeted us by name and showed us around as this place is quite large with lots and lots of great shops, restaurants, spas, gyms, bakeries and a theater all at your finger tips.Our apartment is twice the size of other apartments in the area for the same price, We have made some of our friends envious of the large space we have, our view is nothing short of a New York central park view from Mckinney Ave, we posted photos on Instagram and our family back home thought we were in New York.Its truly a wonderful experience here, We loved our place and enjoyed every moment.We would like to mention again the wonderful staff especially Steven Hammons who takes extra attention to make our the stay extra special we are definitely going to stay here a long time.

    I love the area! The staff is super sweet ! However, elevators break down often! Also, there are repairs needed to the walls in the hallways! I’ve lived here a year and still not repaired ? I’m talking big holes in the walls! The elevator had broken covers … rather than replace them … they just took them off !🤦‍♀️This is not an inexpensive place to live … it’s embarrassing to have guests over and assure them I do live in a nice apartment! First impressions are important! I don’t like making excuses as to why the walls have huge holes in the hallways that haven’t been repaired in more than a year !!That being said … my apartment is fabulous. West Village is a great place to live as a single professional! Super walkable !

    My roommate and I have lived here for a few years now , and have had a great experience. Lennox management is great, and we love the maintenance team they have staffed who have gone above and beyond to help us with any request we have no matter how high maintenance (shout out to Will!).

    I had the pleasure of working with Lupe when searching for a short-term lease in uptown. His customer service is incredible and you can tell he truly cares about finding the best apartment for your needs! The property is close to so many restaurants and shops too, and I would recommend it to anyone.

    The apartments at the Lennox are controlled access, meaning you have to have a key fob to enter or exit the grounds. The complex consists of several parts, each facing a different section of the West Village (with one section facing Cole Avenue).There is a very large variety of apartments at the Lennox, to their credit. They have tiny studio style apartments to even three bedroom apartments. They also have some rather huge lofts too.There are also a large variety of “finish outs” available in the Lennox. Some of the floorplans have very basic carpet and white appliances, while some of the floorplans have the more modern granite and hardwoods style flooring. Usually the older style floorplans has a lower price, fyi. Also, I’ve seen in the summer some crazy low prices pop up here in comparison to the rest of Uptown apartments that spike high in the summer.The apartments tend to be bigger, and are a good value for the money. They have plenty of open space to put those larger couches and queen or king beds. Closet space is adequate as well.Apartment location is VERY IMPORTANT in the Lennox, unlike other apartments in Uptown. This is because the location can be quieter at night (Facing cole avenue for example) or busy at night (over one of the night clubs). You need to make SURE to inquire which location you have and that it matches your style. Translate: If you want a quieter apartment here…say so.As, always, I do like to point out how an apartment could be better, to help you know the true picture. No property is perfect, and the Lennox isn’t either. Here is what I mean:• Open Hallways – Although the hallways are secured, they open up to the general air once you are inside. For summers, that can get a little sweaty getting to your door.• Washer/dryers not included – Most of the apartments here do not include a washer/dryer, with the exception of a few 2 bedrooms.• Patio/Balcony not standard – Most of the floorplans do not contain a balcony.• Interior units view – some of the interior units, especially the ones facing the pool, have a view of the West Village parking garage. This isn’t a bad view, but just not as attractive.For additional information, please review my further thoughts at Uptown101 .

    Very good spot right near everything in west village. Very walkable. The apartments are newly renovated and very spacious at a good price. There were a couple small issues at move in, but I think it was because the renovation process was so recent. The staff is extremely helpful and very professional!

    Lennox has the ideal location, with all of my favorite retail stores, a Trader Joes not to far away and access to Katy Trail if you walk down Lemmon. The ambiance is lively and warm, along with the staff. I ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE the follow up calls on any work orders, resident appreciation events (tables) and the safety of the residents taken into consideration

    I cant say enough good things about Lennox! The staff is always so welcoming, and the property is beautiful and always so clean. I basically live at the pool and it is always in great condition! 10/10

    Read all of the negative reviews and felt a bit skeptical about this place. I was completely wrong. Lupe, was the nicest, and helpful leasing professional that i have ever met. The location is phenomenal, and the community is very well put together. A 5 star from me, and my future residency. I Cant wait to live here! 🤗

    Management is wonderful. While we were out of town I had a package delivered to the door and they were kind enough to go pick it to put in our Amazon Locker Hub so it would be safe until our return.
