Lived here for 3 years in two different units and had an overall positive experience.Pros: Responsive and kind maintenance team, whenever we had any issues with the unit they were resolved very quickly. Felt pretty safe, never had any issues with car break-ins and felt comfortable walking around at any time. The units were pretty good quality and I enjoyed the amenities. Location is 10/10, with it being very walkable.Cons: Noise, heard my upstairs neighbors quite a bit and the units facing the highway are pretty loud. Elevators can be kind of a pain since they go out somewhat frequently. I think the leasing office has improved, but I did have some trouble communicating with them when I was moving from one unit to another. But, no major complaints outside of the highway noise.Overall, I would recommend this building to a friend!

We moved here from Chicago before we ever visited. We only saw pictures online and thought it was too good to be true. Its not. The pictures are 100% accurate. The location is the best in Austin... walkable to Rainey street, 6th street, and downtown. (Less than a mile) also east Austin is walkable and accessible. We love it here.Moving from Chicago (and before that San Francisco) we were stunned at the care of this place, the nice amenities, and the safety. You have to have a key to get in the garage, in the elevator, to the amenities, and to your room. Weve noticed that complaints about security typically comes from people moving from the suburbs. Austin is a very safe city compared to most large cities and although sometimes things happen, I dont think they can do much more to make this safer. they do an excellent job. Once the gate broke and they had an officer standing outside all night watching who came in. I was very impressed. As for the gates breaking often weve been here 8 months and its only broken once- for about 4 days. They fixed it fast and sent updates via email often. They communicate well.We are in a 1 bedroom, kinda triangular apartment overlooking the courtyard. The building is laid out in an 8 shape. So the inside half overlooks the pool and the other inside half overlooks the courtyard (unless your apartment is facing out to the city). Includes washer, dryer, microwave, stove, oven, and fridge. Only thing we didnt know when we moved in is that the first floor is all concrete and the rest are laminar hardwood. We ended up liking the concrete more- it stays cool in the summer and doesnt really scratch or stain.There are two grills that we use often and theyre super nice(and free) in the courtyard. The workout room is great. The game room is awesome and we also use it to watch shows that we like because we dont have cable in our room. The pool is super nice, clean, well kept, and quiet. The rooftop is cool to hang out with friends or watch tv, with an awesome view of the city. There is also a cyber room with printers and computers if you work remote (all these areas have free eleven wifi). All the amenities are free. No idea about the review that says you have to pay extra for itIf youre looking at apartments from a distance and care about location, safety, and cleanliness... I dont think you can top this apartment complex.Side note: parking says first come first serve so we were concerned that there wouldnt be enough spaces but they have a ton of spaces and only residents can park in the locked garage so dont worry about that. Its never been close to full (and there are guest spots in the open garage).Also Ive seen reviews about noise complaints that are nonsense. Weve had very few problems but one night our neighbor was playing music loud pretty late, we called the number they gave and shortly after an officer told them to quiet down. So whoever has problems with that isnt following procedure.As for maintenance, weve had them come twice for two light bulbs that went out and I will say that they are super fast if you go through the front desk. If you fill out the online form they arent as fast. So easy fix: tell the front desk if you have an issue and they fix it within the week. Theyre excellent.

The property management here is the best I’ve experienced and I’ve lived at several different complexes! They are so kind and willing to help any time I need. The maintenance team is extremely helpful as well. I definitely plan to live here for many years to come.

I have some friends/neighbors who complain about the building because a lot of it is under repair/construction (ie. the pool, rooftop lounge) and repairs have been severely delayed. It is a little annoying, to be clear. But, its out of managements control for the most part, as it seems to be issues with the construction company they hired. Sure, they probably hired the cheapest bid they could find, but its still on the contractor to deliver in a timely manner. However, management is really friendly and responsive, and are always available in person and over the phone during working hours. The quality of the building and units are great, and maintenance is quick to repair anything that needs fixing when you put in a maintenance request in their easy to use online portal. Plus, the prices are decent for Austin, lots of amenities are still available (gym, first floor lounge, cyber lounge), and the building is very social and has occasional social events. Felt the need to leave this review after telling a friend about the building where I lived in Detroit and going down memory lane. The Detroit building currently has higher rent for similar units, no amenities (at all!), no social events (it felt like living in solitary confinement over there), and rude, unresponsive management that fines tenants for no reason (I looked at their recent reviews, and it seems this hasnt changed in the 4+ years since I lived there). Eleven may have its issues, but its night and day better than a lot of other commercial rental properties out there.

I am living here since June, 2021 and I am in love with this place. My apartment is amazing and the people over here are great. They are always there to support you, I highly recommend this place if someone is looking to move in, I finalized this apartment on a phone call and believe me it is better than what I saw on a call .

I toured with Chris. He was amazing.. He showed me exactly the room I was looking for. Chris was very cool throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate the staff here. They were so friendly and accommodating. I am also happy to hear that the property does weekly yoga sessions as well. The property was in excellent condition as well. Thank you so much Chris for helping me with finding the right apartment.

**UPDATEWeve lived here for nearly 2 years now, the first year had a lot of issues but things improved slowly and we decided to renew. Were glad we did, other than a few issues with loud neighbors or amenities not working/unkempt, most of our reasons for the previous 1 star review have been resolved. Its not perfect, but the location is great and the people working the front office always are happy to help with whatever issue you have. Maintenance is fast to repair things. Eleven could improve, yes, but overall were happy living here. **After four months living here at Eleven, here is our experience so far:There have been so many problems with this place that this review doesnt even have enough characters for. First off, we were offered a promotion of a few months off rent which they then incorrectly put into the contract (of course giving less than what was promised) also forgetting to take off our application fees so we had to get our lease redone 3 times before it was correct.Weve had maintenance requests where we did not give permission for them to enter when we werent home and have had them enter or attempt to enter multiple times even after alerting the office every time it happens and bogus assurances from them it wont happen again. I dont feel safe in my own apt after having them try to enter because I didnt answer the door fast enough.When it rained, our floor level apt was totally flooded with gallons of water nearly hitting our electronics (good thing wed just gotten home) and when we called to get help the front office lady LAUGHED at us saying something like yeah, its a lot of rain huh? while were running around trying to scoop up water fast enough for our property not to be destroyed while they also said there was nothing they could do about it. Oh well I guess right! When you live at Eleven, NOTHING is their problem, their responsibility and youre on your OWN.Theres also a huge crack in our bedroom that has resulted in rain water coming in and soaking our pillows and bed and destroying some of my property. Two weeks after reporting, nothing has been done.We also got an email warning us to stop knocking on the wall in the middle of the night. Why were we doing that you ask? Well because our neighbor likes to listen to her TV as loud as possible which is against the wall our bed is at and weve sent 7 noise complaints about them to absolutely no help from the front office to eventually we started hitting the wall to get them to turn their TV down and thats when WE got the noise complaint! I guess our sleeping really is irritating to our neighbors and the office is lacking in enough mental capacity to understand the situation properly. We never got a response after telling the front office why we were knocking on the wall. Too ashamed to face responding I guess? Finally we got a laugh from of this place.Theres about 20 more issues like the ones above that I wont get into, but know that a week has not gone by where we havent had to handle some issue with this horrible place. I regret moving here, even if the location is awesome. Believe me, with the time spent dealing with Elevens many problems taken into consideration, even the location cant make up for the time and sanity lost.

I just resigned my lease at the eleven! This has been by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Neighbors are all so friendly and the leasing office staff including maintenance are always so helpful. I recently lost my keys and someone found them outside and returned them to the office. The staff went out of their way to take them to my unit and leave them with my friend since I was out of town. The hospitality is truly unmatched!

Great apartment complex. Friendly staff. Excellent location. Good price point.Walking distance to some super fun bars, coffee shops, boutiques, thrift shops, and restaurants. Also walkable to downtown if needed (about 20 min). My favorite nearby coffee shops are Try Hard and Revival Coffee. Lovely amenities.The maintenance team does an excellent job - especially José. Super quick turnaround time.The staff also takes your feedback into consideration — I asked La’Bria to turn down the lounge music and she immediately helped. It is now my favorite place to do work (photo attached). Chase and La’Bria gave me my tour and they were both a big reason I ended up choosing Windsor over similar properties (I toured 7).They also have a cyber lounge which is great if you WFH or have guests visiting who want to work somewhere other than your apartment. Ample parking in the garage too, which isn’t the case at every complex. My apartment gets wonderful light! Overall very pleasant.A few constructive things to be aware of depending on what is important to you — the gym can get a little crowded if you go at peak hours. Sometimes it can smell like pets in the hallways, but most complexes that allow pets have that problem, it’s not specific to Windsor. Any guests visiting will also have to pay for parking, but it’s not expensive.I signed a longer lease with Chase’s help and I have zero regrets! Thank you, Eleven by Windsor!

I been living here for 3 years and love the eleven. Location is amazing, it’s walking distance to many bars, parks and restaurants. It has great amenities, the gym has everything you need to get a good work out in. The pool is great and clean. They have a really cool sky lounge on the top roof where you can see the whole city. A lot of places down town don’t have good parking but the elven parking always has space for you and visitors. Also compared to other apartments down town the price is really good. The staff is awesome and is easy to get along with. Anytime I have a problem they fix the problem ASAP.

Walking distance from so much downtown and 11th St has so much going on.The office staff are great and so on top of things. This apartment complex is undoubtedly the best place Ive ever lived in, and Ive lived all over the country for the past few years.First and foremost, the management team is truly exceptional. Words cannot express how impressed I am with the level of customer service Ive received during my time here. Karley, La’Bria, and Chase consistently went above and beyond to assist me. Transitioning from a nightmarish living situation to this wonderful place felt like a true blessing. Karley and La’Bria were not only extremely friendly but also fun to talk to. I would frequently drop by the leasing office during my lunch breaks and daily walks just to chat with them. They promptly addressed all of my concerns, ensuring a fantastic living experience. Additionally, they organized fantastic events like pool parties and a Halloween celebration, making the community vibrant and engaging. The July pool party, complete with a DJ, margarita machine, abundant alcohol supply, and delicious food, was an absolute highlight. In terms of competence, friendliness, approachability, and involvement, you wont find a more exceptional management team anywhere else. I will genuinely miss having them as my management team. Throughout most of my lease, Chase handled maintenance, and he ensured that my service requests were attended to promptly. Ive never experienced quicker maintenance support than when he was in charge. He is a great guy!In terms of location, its perfect. Situated near downtown Austin, youll find an array of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and attractions within walking distance. The Central Austin area where this complex is located is, in my opinion, one of the best places to be in the entire city.The amenities here are outstanding. The pool is not only inviting but also regularly maintained. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a serene oasis. The recently remodeled cyber lounge and regular lounge are fantastic spaces for work, reading, or relaxation. The sky lounge offers a breathtaking view of downtown Austin. They did a large remodeling of the main lounge a few months back and added in a nitro brew coffee machine which is fantastic!If I were to rate this complex on a scale of 10, it would easily be a 9.8/10. The only drawback Ive encountered is the elevator issues. However, aside from that minor inconvenience, I have no complaints whatsoever. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex! You will not be disappointed and can rest assured that you are in very good hands. Trust me, I would know, having lived in eight different places across five states in the past five years.

Had to call maintenance for the first time after living here 1year for a bit of an emergency. (I stripped the nozzle on my water pipe, so I was out of water and it was leaking pretty bad) Jose and John showed up shortly after my call and fixed quickly. They were friendly and professional. Prior to leaving they asked if I needed anything else in the checked in the apartment. Thanks again!

The best part about the eleven is the staff and the hospitality they provide: always pleasant and professional, always helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Solid apartment, love our floor plan. The apartment had new wood floors when we moved in, which was great. Maintenance especially is the best - theyve helped us with stuff that really wasnt required, like putting warm light bulbs in the ceiling. Adam is usually the one to come and fix up our apartment. Appreciate that he always explains what hes doing and teaches.

I have been a resident of the Eleven by Windsor for almost 5 years now. As a single woman, living alone can often come with stressors because I dont have built-in support if things go wrong in my apartment. Ive chosen to continue living in the building lease-after-lease because of the exceptional care that the entire Eleven team has provided me over the years and so much of the stress that I would experience living elsewhere has been prevented because of how great the Eleven team has been.Recently, when moving to another unit, there were some issues with the floors in my new apartment (because of the previous tenant and to not fault of the Eleven) that were significantly impacting my quality of life. The Property Manager, LaBria Wells, spared no expense to resolve the issue immediately. It has been my experience at other buildings that the needs of tenants are often minimized or overlooked, and that is absolutely not the case at the Eleven. Christian, from the leasing office, also helped make sure that the flooring work was completed in a timely/quality manner by personally handling issues that arose in the flooring installation process.Id also like to thank the entire maintenance team-- Chase, Adam, and John-- for going above-and-beyond in helping to resolve any and all issues in my unit over the years (even helping to move some furniture when my floors were replaced). The maintenance team is awesome-- theyre thorough and always a pleasure to chat with. My dog, Cal, also loves yall and is thankful for the belly rubs when you come by.

My family and I have lived at Eleven for going on three years now and we absolutely love it here! The office staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to ensure the residents are always happy. Ginger, La’Bria, and Ben YOU ROCK! Thank you for all the fun activities you plan, I love being able to meet the other residents through this. Julian and the other guys on the maintenance team are exceptional! I can always count on them to fix things in my apartment in a timely manner. I love how safe and secure it is to live here, the gated community is really the cherry on top. Eleven is a great place to live, I love the amenities, I love the location, and overall the people who live here are so friendly!

Eleven by Windsor is an amazing find with spacious and competitively priced apartment homes. Not to mention the amazing location, walking distance to many restaurants & bars, the Texas music museum, and of course downtown Austin. Their amenity package is impressive as well. Management is super friendly, very responsive, and they put together really fun resident events. Give them a call, you won’t regret it!

LaBria from the office is amazing, the location is super convenient, and I actually feel pretty safe here (even though close to downtown). I work from home and have no sound issues or complaints during the day. The maintenance team here is also amazing, I haven’t had personal requests but I was carrying boxes to the dumpster and he offered to help me. I always see them cleaning hallways/elevators. I would recommend living here, given location and reasonable pricing for so close to downtown.

The staff is super friendly and maintenance responds quickly to my service requests. I love coming home to my apartment!

Great location and apartment all around. The maintence guy Adam is my fav - he is super quick to respond and really takes his time to make sure everything is fixed. He was even so nice as to put on a shower head that I had bought for soft water and then continued to ask if I need anything else. Don’t know what I would do without him! Truly great!! And La’Bria and Karley in the leasing office are amazing as well. Love it here, just resigned my lease!

Ive been nothing short of impressed with this place and the staff, through covid and generally.I only placed one small maintenance request, staff was on it super fast. Frankly I could have spent $20 on the tool and done it myself (I dont mind) but they didnt want me spending the money and had it was completed hours after I sent the request (earlier than committed).They kept the pool open during covid, set some requirements about use, did a good job at dispersing some lewd behavior but without making a big deal of it - VERY different from other apartments from what I have heard. There was some shouting from a rooftop one day near July 4, but it was from some external security that had to do with the protesting - for which they sent out an apology - fair enough ...I have friends that left early due to VERY noisy upstairs neighbors and a poorly built floor, the staff worked with them to get out of the lease in a fair way and repaired the floor. I was impressed with how they handled it.I would say that these walls are NOT paper thin. The guys next to us that just moved in crank music on the weekends and we can barely hear it. I can hear it in the halls a bit, but in our apartment its very quiet.Lastly, this is close to the 6th/7th and i35 interchange, we get some theft in the garage - a car, and my wifes bike was stolen. In response, the staff has been tightening up security, they installed a new garage door, and they gave us a highly discounted private storage place for our bikes. These issues are a bummer but common in every apartment in the area, and frankly it seems like the staff here are the only ones trying to improve things compared to other apartments.And as a small touch, I asked for a paint sample so we could buy a little touch up paint so they didnt have to paint walls when we left - they actually just gave me a small jar of paint! I mean they really do whatever they can here for people!Highly recommend - only leaving now because we bought a house - but frankly we wanted to stay another year.

The staff at the Eleven is top-notch. I lived here for 2 years and was always extremely satisfied. I miss it! I only left due to moving states - and even after I moved, the team in the office kindly forwarded a package that had been sent there in error. I know they didnt have to do that since I wasnt a tenant anymore, and I really appreciated it.

I chose this apt mainly for location, price point compared to other properties and the amenities. (My number one is the gym-Huge fan of stair-master for cardio- not a lot of apt have this. Prefer a barbell and free weights but the Fixed barbell set or DB is a sufficient modification to get the job done). During the shut down I could unfortunately not use it, but that was no ones fault. I want to give a tremendous shout out to Ginger who at the time was property manager and leased the apartment to me. She worked with my situation during the pandemic, always professional bubbly and quick to communicate. I also want to shout out Ben thank you for helping with some of the needs I have had (lost package, Gym temp, closing of the lease). The management team is another reason I would lease again at Windsor properties. They set the bar high. Thank you!

I’ve lived almost a year and I’ve nothing but great experiences with the building and office. La’bria and Karley in the office have been nothing but accommodating when issues arise. Maintenance is friendly and completes requests in a timely and efficient fashion. The location is great and the staff is even better. I definitely suggest this building for future residents.

This property is a gorgeous one with a perfect location for a downtown view. Not to mention easy access to all your favorite downtown spots! The management team & office staff is amazing and very attentive. They go above and beyond and give the utmost excellent service. If you are looking for a new place to call home I guarantee you can find that and more here at Windsor Eleven!

I am a recent new resident and the following items stood out to me:1) leasing - Ben was great to work with. I work construction management and know what I look for in a place. Ben had the answer to everything I asked. I really am happy with the onboarding experience2) apartment quality - specifically in regards to comparable apartments (Amli eastside next door) the walls are thicker and less noise transmission. Finishes are quality. Garage appears quite safe and always has spots to park.3). “24 hour” apartment review and repairs. First, Ben gave us about 5 days which is great. And I made quite the list of things since I have to in my career. *EVERYTHING WAS FIXED THE SAME DAY*. They even left me additional paint. I am extremely impressed.This is not a 1 year review but the first week has been great and so far I would highly recommend.

I’ve been a long time resident if Eleven by Windsor and I can’t say enough great things about the living spaces, resident facilities, and of course the staff! Love the community they have built for their residents and how they go above and beyond to make living at Eleven a great experience. I love living on the Eastside and believe Eleven has one of the best downtown locations to live if you really want to get out and enjoy Austin but not be stuck in the middle of downtown proper. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and parks within walking distance.

I almost signed a lease at another apartment building and Eleven by Windsor popped up on Zillow and I had to check it out. I have checked out about 7 apartment buildings before Eleven by Windsor. It is true when they say, save the best for last. I made an appointment for a tour and La’Bria gave me a wonderful tour. She answered all my questions and decided that this is the place I am going to call home. The building is well maintained, clean and safe. I withdrew my application from the other building, and started one here!The application process was a breeze and La’Bria and her team were very communicative during that process. On the day of my move, I came to get my keys and Christine gave me another tour of where everything is, where I can park my move-in truck, trash shoot, amenities, guest parking, etc.. and was given a dolly to help with my move! The intro service was superb!My first week, there were a few things that needed to be serviced in my apartment. You simply file a Maintenance Request online and a few hours later, the maintenance crew came and fixed it! It’s pretty amazing! You also get a log of your past requests and new requests for you to keep track of.Eleven by Windsor is in a great location, close to downtown, close to restaurants and grocery stores. I don’t have a car so this was important. I wanted to live in a place close enough to walk to get groceries and restaurants. I am close to a lot of entertainment that a Lyft ride won’t be so bad.If you are looking for a place to live in Austin, I highly recommend Eleven by Windsor.

Whether it’s my laundry machine, or something here and there he’s so responsive, gets the job done and I appreciate that! We all need some maintenance here and there so thank you to the Eleven team for not giving me a headache about it all.

You cant help but smile when talking with LaBria. Her customer service is top notch. She went above and beyond to make the visit amazing - and being the only one available at the time, she excused herself quickly and politely to aid in 3 resident requests without skipping a beat. Her ability (and willingness!) to get everyone what they needed without any of us feeling like we waited was incredible. Fantastic experience; superb person to work with. I look forward to living at Eleven, especially knowing shes in the office.

They gave me an incredible tour and they have been amazing and friendlier than any person Ive ever met. Totally worth the 21 hour drive for a new life! I will update after move in!

Pros: High ceilings, beautiful courtyard, well maintained pool, plenty of parking, key phob access for security, maintenance crew of Jose and John fix problems fast, leasing office of Labria, Chase and Robert all quite pleasent to deal withCons: dog park is real rocky, fire alarms are ear shattering in hallways due to concrete wallsStill super happy with this place and being right next to the highway is super convenient

I’ve lived here for 6 months now and feel I’m in a position to review it. Overall, I’d give this place a 4. However, management has been awesome in my experience, so i’m giving it a 5. Ashley helped me sign my short term lease, when i initially moved here. Since then, it’s been Crystal who has primarily addressed any questions/needs I have. She has consistently responded to my messages promptly, despite days when she’s working the office alone, with multiple tours.For reference, i’m a single, female, professional, in my early 30s, who works downtown. My 6 mo lease is about to expire. I checked out 4 other communities nearby, within a 4-5 mile radius. Ultimately, I’ve decided to renew here at Eleven. Here’s why:- very close proximity to I35 service road (good for morning commutes!)- safe/secure building, well-lit- proximity to dowtown and food/cuisines (an Uber from here to anywhere DT runs $4-7)- no hassle parking- ample guest parking in the garage and at NO COST to your guest (not typical of other communities in the area, especially if parking over night)- key/fob rental for guest(s), during daytime hours (the call box can be used after hours to grant access)- nice interiors w/ hardwood floors, granite countertops, & new appliances- every routine maintance request I’ve made has been fulfilled within 24 hours (assuming access is permitted)- easy-to-work with management/staff: i’ve never had issue with lack of response or attention, especially corresponding via email. It’s super convenient for my life on-the-go.Now, to some of the points made by other reviewers:- there IS a courtesy officer on the property. I know because i’ve seen/ talked to him more than a few times in the elevator- his name is James.- In 6 months, I’ve seen the 1st gate out of order only twice- one of those times, it lasted 1-2 days tops. They definitely had a courtesy officer seated next to the gate (bc i talked to him, around midnight). The 2nd gate has been down only once, and it took 2-3 days to repair. Not bad in a 6 mo period.- I have not had my car broken into. I park in the 2nd garage. I also lock my car and don’t really keep valuables in it.- This property doesn’t try to “charge you for everything.” Otherwise, they’d charge for guest parking and renting keys/fobs. If you’re moving from another city/state, you may get that impression. Rest assured, every other “luxury community” in the immediate area will be more profit-driven in their services.- The noise can be an issue, if you’re sensitive to it. I thought the building was built to condo specs (like Windsor on the Lake), but it’s not. I face i35, for the skyline view. The sound for me is white noise. I’m not a light sleeper though. If you’re not facing i35, you’ll maybe hear the sirens when they come by. Face east, and you likely won’t hear much.- Yes, this is a dog-friendly property. When i first moved here, there was a small issue with pet owners not taking responsbility/care for their fur babies. However, in early November 2017, an email went out reminding the community about “Pet Etiquette.” Since then, it hasn’t been an issue from what I can tell- i take both the elevators and stairwells, too. It could be i don’t have neighbors w/ dogs, but I don’t hear barking/dogs from my unit.I hope this helps those deciding. In short, i’m happy here at Eleven, so i’m staying another year.

Been here since March and love living here! Best price for the most space. Great location, amenities are top notch and staff is on top of everything! Crystal does a fabulous job at managing the complex and Melanie goes above and beyond as a leasing agent!

I cant say enough nice things about the leasing, cleaning, and maintenance staff here at Eleven by Windsor. Always professional, courteous, prompt and seem to genuinely care about the residents and their experience. Even during the Covid19 pandemic when I couldnt see family or travel the team here made an effort to make the residents feel at home and surrounded by family. Whether it was through their email communication or virtual events, things did not stop running at Eleven and its truly appreciated and valued. Happy to call #ElevenbyWindsor home and hope to continue doing so until Im ready to purchase.

I read the reviews before moving & I must say, it is true! The management here is absolutely great, all the residents are really kind and friendly! I love it here!I am not sure about other parts of the building but it is also very quiet where I stay. I rarely hear people in the hallway or my neighbors. All the amenities are great too & LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES 🙌🏾

Just leased an apartment at ELEVEN and Im SO excited! This place is awesome with a ton of features, but what really sold me was the bike shop, rooftop deck and the location. I absolutely LOVE East Austin and cant wait to live within walking distance to Blue Dahlia.

Besides being located in East Austin, aka THE BEST neighborhood in Austin, it has unique custom finishes you wont find anywhere else. Some of those features include their bi-color cabinets, concrete or wood floors throughout (no carpet), exposed airducts, sliding barn doors, sky lounge, bike repair shop, bocce ball, pet spa, and electric car charging stations. It also has amazing views of Downtown Austin and the Capitol.
