The courtyard by the park apartments are in a very convenient location. I have enjoyed the close proximity of any of my favorite stores and my childrens school. These Apartments are also very spacious and include a washer and dryer. ☺️

Today marks a week I have been staying here at the courtyards and so far so good.. very quiet place and I’m enjoying my home! Thanks to the office manager Dena she’s is by far the best and helps you with just about any concern or question you have she’s so welcoming and helpful to the fullest.. She walked me thru each step and showed me my place to make sure it was the place for me! Also I get texts and updates continuously so it shows me they care for their tenants. I do recommend getting with Dena she will get you all fixed up (:

Almost a month .. and I would say it’s an great apartment very animal friendly and they are very quick to help you when u have any problems so I would recommend

These are Spacious Apartments. Plenty of Parking, Washer/ Dryer Connections, Swimming Pool & Close to places I like to shop & eat. The Staff is So Helpful & Kind

As soon as I walked into the office to take a tour I felt at home. The welcoming demeanor and smiles of Amy and staff. The professional and family first attitude was all I needed. O and the updated and new amenities inside my apartment are perfect.

My husband and I really enjoy our 2 bedroom! Our maintenance team is great about fixing everything pretty quick, and property managers are amazing! They know everyone by name, willing to help you when needed and answer all questions and concerns. We plan on staying many more years.

My wife and I lived here for a year and it was a pleasant place to be. The apartment was nice and spacious for the price. The cooling system for the apartment was below average as we needed to get a portable air conditioner to cool it down better. I thought the management was pretty good especially when it came to work orders. They seemed to get me the help in a timely manner. The complex is quiet for the most part but it’s right next to a busy street so if you live on the west side of the apartment it can be loud. I never had issues with other residents, they are respectful. Honestly the only thing I think can do with some improvement is the pool. Idk but it never looked inviting to me while I lived there. Always stuff floating around and it turned green a few times, don’t know why. We also had a significant delay from when we should have received our deposit refund (which is 1 month after move out). We left mid July and just got the check today (thankfully) almost mid October. I really don’t know why it took so long but it did have us worried. I’m just glad we didn’t end up being ripped off or this review would be much different! I enjoyed living here. Thanks!

I have been a tenant for almost five years we have had a great experience they are getting better since new management Valor has taken over. The community landscape is a lot better and the fact with all the maintenance guys they are very great at what they do

Been living here since the ending of july and it honestly has been a good experience. they were newly renovated and had it ready by when we needed it. the management is so so nice and accommodating and help with any problems you may have. plus it’s all bills paid so it’s less bills to keep up with. would recommend for sure.

Ive been living here for a year now and since valor took over its been a more pleasant place to stay they care about there residents and very understanding. The staff and maintenance are very nice and take good care of the property and residents.
