I love the management, they are always so sweet and accommodating. I’ve been living here for almost two years. I love that it has a private dog park. Management even adding dog training toys/activities! Such a dog friend apartment complex!

Management has recently changed and they are trying to bring the community together. I am excited about this change because this is the first time I have seen real change after living at this complex for 3 years! The office staff is super friendly, major physical improvements have been made, they just recently opened the laundry room after being closed for some time. If you are considering moving to this complex please stop by our community!

My husband and I moved in a couple months ago and although we had a couple maintenance issues, Lizette and her team were incredibly responsive and kind and got everything fixed. Someone on the team has always been available, even on Sundays and public holidays. Whenever we have had any questions she has answered them happily and quickly. Were very happy here thanks to how accommodating the entire team is.

Have been living here for quite some time now and have never been happier. The new management team got here and I instantly saw improvement. Not only on the physical appearance of the property, but the friendliness of the office staff! My maintenance orders were addressed very quickly after I spoke to Saribel. The laundry room was closed for quite some time, but it’s now open and completely renovated! Hats off to the entire Cliffside team.

I would just like to say that the new management team in Cliffside are truly exceptional. My work orders were taken care of quickly and the maintenance staff was professional and friendly. Ruby and Lizette and Saribel in the leasing office were compassionate and understanding to all my concerns from day one. 5 out of 5 stars for the Cliffside maintenance and management team!

Im so grateful for the new management that just took over. I met Ruby and Lizette who sent the maintenance to do work orders that have not been taken care of by the old management! The maintenance professionals have really made a huge effort to improve property grounds and my issues in my apartment have finally been taken care of. Its a lovely place to live. Excited about this new beginning.

UPDATE as of 10-2- 2024I had to take the time to ammend my original reveiw of cliffside. I have been living in a town home floor plan for nearly two years now, and in that time the management has changed. I cannot commend this new locally owned management team enough. They have improved the quality of living so much in this residents that I would not mind re-newing my lease at all. All the water issues have been addressed. The only thing would still be sharing a water heater with an entire unit but that just means you cant take a 30 min shower. Take a 10 min shower like all the other less fortunate folks in the world. I love the trash valet. I love the response time of maintenance. The laundry room has never been cleaner. They enforce pet policies so there isnt dog poo everywhere. My apartment is huge, rent is very reasonable and I cant thank the new management enough for working with what they had. I know it wasnt easy. 5 stars you all deserve truly.---‐-------------------------------------------------------------They turn the water off several times a week, several times a month, and sometimes all day long! Absolutey ridiculous to be without water this often. Especially without any compensation. Why dont you guys knock a few bucks off the rent when Im unable to use my own toilet!

Just moved in about a month ago, and absolutely love the place. I heard horror stories of the old management but I can say the new team, especially Yan are amazing. The entire move in process was smooth and easy, and it’s obvious the new team cares about getting the apartments updated and maintained. They are extremely professional and helpful, the new maintenance they are working with are prompt and excellent as well. Work orders have a quick turn around. I’ve had a maintenance man come check the very next morning to see what the issue is at the very least. Whatever issues they had before, Yan and the team are definitely turning things around. I would definitely recommend this place for a friend. You would be hard pressed to find another apartment that is as nice and spacious for this good of a rate.

I wasnt sure about writing a review about my time living here for a year.The previous managers and the other office workers were downright dishonest to everyone about everything. They lied about getting things done for the residents. Horrible people.I am forever grateful for Yan, the new manager who was hired to make Cliffside great like I heard it once was before many years ago. Thank you.I am forever grateful for Ricardo and Carlos for busting their butts off everyday. They are the only maintenance workers in the whole property and they did their best with what they had. Thank you.This place might have been kind of sucky about water, heating, and AC issues, but it will always be special for my fiancé and I. It was our first apartment and we were able to adopt two dogs.

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on here but a lot of them are from when the old management was here. The new manager Yan and his team are amazing! My boyfriend and I moved here about a month ago and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. We moved from a place where management was awful, and the difference is a breath of fresh air. Yan was so understanding about our situation with our old place and worked with us to make sure we weren’t going broke between paying for two places for the last month. We feel like we know Yan personally and he, along with the rest of the staff are so kind. On top of that, we love the place. It’s clean, amazing for the price, pet-friendly, and even has a trash valet service so we only have to leave our trash outside our door overnight and they come pick it up. The pool and dog park are very nice as well. So incredibly happy here! I would give it more stars if I could, don’t listen to the bad reviews!

Visited this complex last week and met the manager, Ruby, she was very friendly and informative. She was quick to answer my questions and help me find a place that will fit my needs. I’m looking to move to an apartment close to base within the next couple of months. If you’re looking for a nice complex that is conveniently located, check this place out!

We don’t move in Until January, but from the experience we’ve had so far in dealing with Yan, it’s been excellent. We had a lot of questions regarding the old reviews, & he seemed more than happy to explain everything and assure me that although some of the reviews may be true, it was before he took over management and he’s doing the best he can to fix the problems. We are really excited to move in and to continue to work with Yan. 😊

The Property agents were so nice, welcoming, and genuine I didnt know what to do with myself!I have never in all my years of living in El Paso felt so welcome. Patty, Lizette, and Ruby are the real jewels. I recently moved in a two bedroom apartment here and I’m enjoying it. I love that it’s spacious but also very homey. All the staff was very friendly and helpful made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I have had to put in a maintenance request, however, they attended to my issues in a timely manner. Absolutely love it here would recommend anyone to live here.

I was very pleased with the etiquette, professionalism, and courtesy of the community director, Jackie. When I walked in to request information, there was three people waiting and she was the only one there. While waiting for my turn, I noticed she did not rush and was attentive to the persons needs and questions regardless of the phone ringing or more people coming in. She made sure to acknowledge everyone and state that she would be right with them.
