I’ve been living here for about 6 months now and all I can say living here is a dream.The management and leasing staff are amazing! Ms Heather, Gloria, and Rachel have been super nice and very welcoming since day one. They constantly show their appreciation for the residents. I just received some goodies today from the leasing office with my favorite cake from Nothing bundt cakes to show their appreciation . How awesome is that?? The apartments are pretty quiet and clean. Maintenance is very prompt and my neighbors nice and honest. I dropped my wallet a few days ago and it was turned in to the leasing office with everything in it. I would highly recommend moving here. You won’t regret it.

The amenities are unbelievable! I feel that the management, leasing staff, and maintenance team look after us. When my washing machine acted up, it was looked at promptly. My gate key stopped working and it was also fixed promptly. Im so thrilled to have chosen Clear Lake Place Apartment Homes. The landscaping is kept clean and beautiful. They bring in food trucks to the residents every month. The hot cookies they leave out for us sometimes, I cant get enough of. Yummy!!!!We have a gated community, mail room is accessible and beautiful pool area. I would say this is an overall quiet environment- I never hear my neighbors. The leasing office have always been courteous and respectful. They have an amazing team that always seem to find the way not only to help with resident issues but who actually care about their residents.This is a very classy and friendly place to live and its an excellent location.

I love living here. I moved in in March and Im so happy here. Theres a walk by the water that feels like something youd enjoy at a resort. The rent for a C2 floor plan is cheaper than a 1-bedroom apartment in a similar lifestyle-wise area in Virginia. Theres TWO dog parks, a pool WITH hot tub, laundry facilities (and laundry in-unit, both!!), a gym, an ACTUAL arcade, covered grilling area, volleyball, and tennis! Unusually for an apartment, the walls are NOT paper-thin. There have been literal parties in the common area right outside my door that I have not heard at all. The staff are amazing, with cookies, soda, lemonade, and other goodies in the office for anyone to grab as they are passing through. They even keep treats in the office for their four-legged residents! And the residents are a real COMMUNITY. This is the first place Ive lived-and Ive lived in 5 states in five years-where I know and talk to my neighbors regularly. The proximity to local shopping, and also conveniences like gas and grocery, is just the cherry on top of everything else that I love about being here. Theres PLENTY of parking too-covered and uncovered. Youll never be driving around looking for a parking space even if you get home during rush hour or late at night. Oh thats not enough? Recent community events include: food trucks, a local vendor fair, chalk art, and an Easter egg hunt. And I only moved in 8 weeks ago! Besides, where else in Houston can you live in a literal castle? Highly recommend this place, its amazing and this is the happiest Ive ever been with an apartment.

I’ve lived here for two years and the manager (Gisel) is amazing. The staff (AGM Alexis, and Heather and Rachel) are friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is always taking care of issues right away and that team is personable and very knowledgeable as well ( Robert, Alfonso and Tom). The mail services are great and packages delivered to your door as well all other services. I have incredible views of Clear Lake, NASA and downtown Houston. We have trash pick up, various types of coffee and teas for free and the staff is always decorating and making the property a fun experience. It feels more like a community of great people than just a place to live. The office also has cookies, popcorn or snacks and a cooler of drinks for free daily. The walking trails are nice and the water views are outstanding and the property is full of squirrels and ducks that make the property even more of experience.

We moved out 2 months ago. We lived here in the North tower for about 2 ½ years. We absolutely enjoyed every day of our time living here. Our neighbors were great, very friendly, but not intrusive. The property went through a big makeover while we lived here, and it turned out beautifully. There were a few staff turn overs in the beginning, but they then settled in to the current staff who are all very knowledgeable about the property and very friendly. If we hadnt finally found our home to buy, we definitely would have continued to call this place home.

Our family lived there for 2 years and never any major issue. Maintenance team is super fast and helpful, management was always there to assist us whenever needed.It has a great picnic area by the water, BBQ area and fire pit at a winter garden and another BBQ pit at the pool.The only down side is that the south tower is less looked after by the management, while the north tower has better lighting and tidier coffee bar, south tower’s coffee bar was a little messy, specially in the evenings.We would definitely recommend these apartments and only moved out because we wanted our kids to go to different schools.

Best move I’ve made! Had an aunt who lived here back in the day & she always raved about how convenient and safe the location was. I finally decided to move in and I couldnt be happier with my decision. The staff is friendly and very responsive. Great place to live

Great home! Never had bug issues.. the office is great Alexis and heather AMAZING! I’ve seen other apts and they are small and over priced. These at clear lake place are very spacious and quiet for the most part. I’ve been living here since June 2021 and love it! The maintenance staff is quick to fix even the smallest thing but I don’t ever have any issues that need repairing and I love that. This place is by far the best I’ve seen out there.

We love our family at Clear Lake Place! We say that because that is exactly how this community has made us feel. Starting with our first tour and now approaching a year. From the staff to the residents we are a family. My family and I moved to this area hours away from family expecting a little bundle of joy ourselves. The community has made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. We have lived in apartments before and none has made us have such peace of mind as Clear Lake Place.Maintenance requests are fulfilled within the same day or at the latest the week of. The front office staff is super friendly and professional. I admire that Raamco promotes within, some of the front-house staff have received promotions to advance their careers. Contractors are always on-site revamping the community, from landscaping to mechanical needs. The cleaning staff keeps this place sparkling white from top to bottom.The amenities are everything! The wonderful coffee machine makes cappuccinos, lattes, expresso, hot chocolate, and an assortment of teas. There is a grilling station, pool, and hot tubs great for events. Fishing areas right off the lake with birds and ducks walking around. Beautiful scenery, volleyball, basketball, tennis dog park, and walking trails. Billards, game rooms plus gyms onsite. The community provides continental breakfast and mid-day snacks. They are so festive its so cute decorating for every occasion. They bring local food trucks to the site and have vendor markets Theres so much on the monthly calendar for the entire family to enjoy.Stop in 7 days a week for a tour and become a part of the Clear Lake Family.

Clear lake place is awesome. I’m very pleased with the customer service that I have received since I moved here. The staff are friendly and will go over and beyond to help. I love the sense of community and atmosphere.

I have lived at this apartment complex for almost 8 consecutive years (in 2020 I lived in Texas City), and I have NEVER had a problem. The property managers and front office staff have always been more than accommodating to me when I need help with something. I live in a 2 bedroom unit and recently I had a roommate who abandoned our lease and moved out unexpectedly, I was really scared that I was going to lose my home, but Alexis and Gayla made the process of requalifying easy and fast. My home is still my home BECAUSE of them.And on top of it I recommend all my friends to live here because the size and upkeep of the units! My apartment is the same square footage as the house I grew up in. Also I haven’t seen a roach since 2014 which is incredible for an apartment. When I call maintenance, they often come the same day. It’s really just an Incredible deal. Whether it’s your first apartment, or you’re a family, I recommend living here.

This place is actually really amazing. There is always a fun event happening or coming up. Perfect for children or animals. There is amazing staff here as well. Theres also a very nice pool and hot tub here as well. The community here is also amazing. Everyone is amazing here. You should check it out!

I had toured this place a few years back, loved the place, but manager was rude. I am looking for a new place and decided to come back hoping for a different manager. Gisel was absolutely amazing!!!! Very sweet and knowledgeable, gave me a tour of the place and introduced me to Robert, the maintenance guy, who was just as nice. Cant wait to move in

The front desk staff members are the best.They always act instantly on tenants concerns or problems. To be more specific ask for Mrs. Alexis, she’s the best and always has great energy!!! She’s made my stay here a great experience

Great location near water that is a short driving distance to restaurants, Johnson Space Center, lakes/creeks to go fishing, and I-45. All the windows throughout the property were recently replaced as well.
