Lived here for several years...great location, but diminishing returns for escalating rents. Security and safety(lack of)became an issue leading to moving out.

This place is the best. I lived here for 6 years. It started affordable and Stayed affordable. Office and maintenance team were easy and enjoyable to work with. Apartment was older, but well designed. Mature oaks overlook a small but clean swimming pool (at sunset you can watch migrating birds from the pool) Great, mellow community with a lot of long term residents. Very short walk to the library and 4-5 decent restaurants. On a major bus line. It is entirely possible to live a good life here

Wonderful experience living here the past few months. Maintenance was quick to get to the few issues I had when I moved in and they fixed it right the first time. The office staff is welcoming and friendly, and they seem to truly care. Love this community!

My apartment here is huge, there is on-site management which is nice. At many other communities, I could never seem to find a manager but here is really easy and there is always someone available. Love the pool in the summer and its always clean.

I really loved my time here!! It’s a great place to live and I would recommend to anyone. I actually relocated here from Windows apartments - also great!!

This place is awesome, great pool, on-site management, great location, i used to live here for 2 years. 100% recommended. one of the best on the area.
