Moving into this apartment complex in 2025 has been the best decision I have ever made! The amount of space and the luxury amenities are beyond amazing! The community is nicely kept, and I feel safe coming home. The staff in the office are always so welcoming and make me feel like family (especially Kari). It is truly one of the best hidden gems in the Garland/Richardson area! I can see me living here for a while.

From the moment I toured the apartment until move in Kaylyn was top tier! I have never experienced a leasing agent with so much patience. I called nearly every day asking questions and never did Kaylyn make me feel like a bother. She answered every question with kindness. Give her a raise because I think I got on my own nerves.

This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful apartments and apartment communities we have ever lived in! The apartments are very neat and clean and spacious! The ceilings are high in each apartment compared to others we have stayed at and it adds a really nice feel! The washer and dryer in theunit is very nice too! The pool here is simply FANTASTIC - I’d say this is one of the best parts of living here!!!!! The parking lots are spacious and sufficient outside. The maintenance always is quick to respond and do a GREAT job! They are a pet friendly apartment which is great too for those who have pets in their lives! The apartment complex’s main office is also very luxurious and a great place to go sit down once in a while and relax. The front desk folks in the office are nice and very friendly!!This is a WONDERFUL place to raise your family - highly recommend to anyone planning to live here!!!

I’m currently looking to move back to Texas . A girlfriend of mine lives in Garland . Wanting to be close to friends I started looking at apartments. I flew out in August to look at properties. I looked a few but nothing impressed me more than Berkshire Spring Creek . It checks all my boxes in terms of needs and wants . The property is beautiful and kept extremely clean . The office staff is super friendly. The property manager Jacque Davis was amazing and patient . She understood my wanting to move from out of state can be tricky . She personally walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and eased my anxiousness . Let’s cross our fingers I get the job I applied for so I can move back .

I lived at this property up til I bought my house. I wanted to put my two cents in and tell of my experience.First of all, the reason I chose this complex over a couple of the other ones was the office team. They made me feel at home, low pressure and really seemed to care about the residents. While I am interviewing any new property I’m thinking of renting I always watch how the team handles current residents that might come in with an issue or question. There were a couple residents that came by and the ppl in the office treated each one with care that it was a no-brainer that I needed to live thereSecond, while living there, during a freezing winter one of my pipes busted and started leaking. In a panic I called maintenance at 11pm on a Tuesday and within 15 min a guy came by and fixed up the pipe. Gave me a lot of peace of mind.Third, when I did buy my house I have to tell you that of course I was happy but also sad that I was leaving a great community. That’s how you know you lived in an amazing property.I’ve recommended to countless friends to live here and so far two of my friends have done so and are extremely happy there. So I also recommend to you, the reader, if you’re looking for a wonderful community you can’t go wrong with Berkshire!! Thank you all for an amazing experience!

Recently moved out of state, but all I can say is that I already miss living in Birkshire Springcreek. The apartment had a beautiful view of the city line and the sunset was something I will never forget. The 1 1/2 years that I lived here were one of the best; you really don’t realize that you’re living in the good days until you leave them.

I love my complex. It is nice to come home to a place where I feel comfortable.They are competitive in pricing to other apartments, it has much better services. Maintenance was nice when we met. The staff answered my questions all my questions really making my move in much easier. I have been in my apartment for awhile now. I am glad it is my place I call home.Thank you everyone.

This is a beautiful property to live at and has great amenities. If you aren’t up to using the stairs you can always use the elevator instead. Lastly if you have a dog there are yards which make it easy to toss the ball or let you dog out late at night.

Living at Berkshire Spring Creek has honestly been an amazing experience. From the get-go, checking the place out to actually moving in, its all been super chill. The staff here are professional and helpful, always there when we need something. Maintenance is fast to respond. The apartment space is easily big enough for two people and a dog. We love the pool and BBQ area. The vibe of the whole community is pretty and cool.

I lived in this complex for 2 years and overall I had a good experience. I loved my apartment! It was spacious and had nice upgrades that are hard to find in other complexes. The amenities were great& each person on staff that I met was pleasant to work with. I had an easy application, move in, and move out process so overall I am pleased.However, my biggest issue was the restaurant on site.. the noise and the parking issues for residents during nights and weekends was overall awful and very annoying to deal with. It was hard to feel comfortable in my own home with the constant loud talking/screaming from Pangea’s guests and employees & loud music playing on their patio throughout the night. Also, with the majority of the doors on the buildings not actually locking, many times there were people walking the halls also being very loud to get to the restaurant who were not residents. Be mindful of this if you are looking into moving to buildings 7 or 8.

We’ve been living here at Berkshire for about 3 years it’s been amazing. The maintenance (Adrian) is my favorite person. Ana is very professional. I would also like to thank A.Cunningham for helping with renewing our lease. I love how big the apartment are. Before I moved into Berkshire Springs I was staying in the Mansion while they were being built, also the Towers were being built, they were sold to Berkshire, so I’ve been staying over in this area almost 5,6 years. These are the largest apartments in this area, the bedrooms are large, kitchen, living room and dining room. I do wish we had storage space in the apartment. Also it would be nice to not receive so many emails and if so. If you’re going to send emails it would be nice to send emails regarding your license plates renewal because people get busy with work and home life, before towing our cars. Sometimes people feel as though they’re at home on private property. That would keep people from being so angry. I also would like the trash to be picked up on the weekend because people are home. I also think it would be nice to know who your neighbors are for safety reasons. Those are just a few of my thoughts. Overall this is a great place to live, Ms Jacque runs a very successful business. I like to thank all the wonderful people that work here, some I’ve gotten to meet and maybe our meet others.

Doubling back on my previous review to give my thoughts on my overall stay.I didn’t have any bugs inside my home while living here. That’s always been a huge selling point for me. The ladies in the office are pretty nice for the most part and aren’t too hard to reach if you need something.I enjoyed the gym quite a bit while here. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any of the equipment out of order.My drawbacks… the parcel system. It can get frustrating at times but besides that my overall stay was nice. Oh, and the guests from the restaurant can sometimes cause a bit of an issue getting in and out of the complex when it’s busy. They park in the driving area needed to get to the garage with hazards on. Lastly, I wish there was more safety with outside doors.

I do actually love living here. Quiet apartment complex. The complex feels pretty safe, I often go on solo walks and have no fear of danger (I mean, none beyond the ever-present awareness that all women walking alone should have). All the fixtures are of good quality. Ive lived here for almost two years and Ive never had any large maintenance issues. The small issues Ive had were addressed within a few days. They recently added small speed bumps to areas where drivers were speeding through, so I like that they take action on issues. I am a veteran who has injuries that occasionally flare, and I absolutely love the elevator (though there are two large stair options, obviously), the only time Ive seen the elevator out-of-service was during an entire building power outage once after a storm. The leasing office tries to host events. My electric bill has never seen any dramatic energy spikes. The pool is always beautiful and they have strict rules to keep it an enjoyable and private space. Towing is enforced if someone improperly parks in handicap spaces or in the fire lane areas. The valet trash is a nice amenity. Love my jacuzzi tub. Not sure if Im lucky with my neighbors or if the insulation between apartments is pretty good, but I dont hear much. In past apartments, Ive heard neighbors conversations as if they were in the room with me, that doesnt happen here. I love the location being right off George Bush HWY. I dont have pets, but it is nice there are a few dog parks and a dog wash station, most owners arent terrible human beings here and they actually pick up after their pets. A lot of quiet young couples. The gym is a pretty good size and always kept clean. The area is currently spacious but a lot of new shops and apartments are being built within a 3mile radius.The only downsides would be that the parking near my building can get rough after 5pm, and there are often spiders in large, messy webs above the elevator and along the hallway windows that could use a bit of extra exterminating. Both are pretty minor issues.Ive lived in terrible apartments before, and this place is great.Edit: I just saw a bunch of the bad reviews over the past year. Most seem to be about management. I cant say anything much about management, as Ive had few interactions with them, but mine have been pretty easy and professional, so idk. Cant speak on what I dont know, just that mine have been normal interactions. Luckily, my building doesnt have carpet, so Ive never dealt with a hallway carpet smell issue. I dont smell any strong weed smells from any of my neighbors. The hallways have always been kept clean in my building. My building is in a quiet spot, and not near the restaurant. Quite a few of the reviews sound like people got unlucky with the building or inconsiderate neighbors they were stuck with. But, the complex should definitely do something about the issues they can control (such as removing the ruined carpet many people have complained about).

Honestly, I enjoyed my stay here. It could be because when moving in, the complex was known as towers at spring creek. It changed when I was moving out to Berkshire. I was there for six months with Berkshire and didn’t really experience any issues. Updated appliances, parking is never an issue with the garage, and maintenance was pretty prompt. My only issue was garbage not being picked up in a timely manner and the fees charged upon moving out. But in comparison to other complexes I’ve lived in, this was a gem. Pretty descent area as well.

I moved here since Sep 2019 when they were still under old W3 management. Personally, I never had a lot of trouble living here. The complex is gorgeous, high ceiling, hugeeee balcony, you will never find that anywhere else without paying a hefty price in Dallas. The common issue everyone seems to have is smelly hallways, elevator and trash. I do agree, it happens very often and should be improved. Other than that, I like that the office sends out emails regularly regarding any new updates. Communication is good. Maintenance is quick as well. Overall... a good experience.

Moved into this apartment 2 weeks ago. Its been really great from the start. Taylor and Kolton in the office were really kind and knowledgeable. Moving in was a breeze and the apartment itself is super nice and updated. The residents around me are pleasant. There arent carpets in the hallways in my building like there are in the main building connected to the office. It stays clean and does not smell bad. So far so good. The reason for the 4 stars is because it is quite expensive and the walls/floors are pretty thin. I can hear both of my neighbors kids, upstairs and on the wall i share in my bedroom crying sometimes. I can also hear my upstairs neighbors kid running, which is irritating but expected i guess. All in all, i have had a very pleasant experience so far. I would say, move here!

I have put off leaving a review until I had lived here long enough to see exactly how it would be. My husband and I decided that since all the kids were grown and on their own we would try something new so we decided to sell everything and downsize to an apartment. We looked at several places and Towers at Spring Creek by far offered the most for your money. I was in love with the amenities especially the beautiful infinity pool. I am in a two bedroom and it is very spacious and I absolutely love how big my patio is. I also have met a lot of nice people here and I love Our new restaurant Herbs that is on the premises. A great place to chill with friends. Now I am not going to say that everything has been perfect. I have dealt with some issues that were nothing major but what you would expect living in a multi-family housing community. This is where the manager Kim and her assistant Tara and the rest of the staff comes in. They have always been very nice and helpful to me when I have had problems and tried to resolve my issues as quickly as possible. But from my first day here until now ALYSSA has always been the one that I know will get stuff done and taken care of. She doesn’t play around. If you have a legit problem I promise you she will handle it. I sure hope that The Towers At Spring Creek management knows what she brings to their company. ALYSSA IS AMAZING!!

My husband and I chose The Towers, hands down when we decided to relocate our business from nearly 300 miles away. We first toured the sister complex, The Mansions, and then decided to pop in over here at The Towers about 15 minutes before the club house closed, and Im so thankful that we did!!! We were greeted by Jeanine, with a smile on her face. Jeanine took her time and showed us around. Let us take as much time as we needed to inspect the demo because for us, this was a major change. We were not only relocating our business, but downsizing from a 4 bedroom/2 living room house. Even though this was the first day we spent looking at apartments, there was no doubt that this was where we were going to end up calling home. The Towers offered everything that we not only wanted, but also needed in order to keep our business running as smoothly as possible. Even though we didnt sign the day we toured, Jeanine made it a point to keep us informed of other apartments coming available, and answered any and all questions that we had no matter the time of day! That is awesome customer service, and that was very important to us! We have lived here nearly a month now, and so far we are happy for the most part. Most everyone who works here has a smile on their face and an energetic attitude, but to be honest had it not been for Jeanine and her dedication in trying to find the right apartment to satisfy both me and my husband, we very well might have ended up someplace else.

My husband and I are professional apartment hoppers and we basically move every year or two. I have had my fair share of awful experiences at various apartment complexes to say the least. We moved here from Austin Ranch in The Colony and downsized to a one bedroom to save money. The price of these apartments is great considering the space and the size of our kitchen is my most favorite thing! The complex is a new build so it’s not without its issues and problems like any other place but it has an amazing restaurant (Herb’s Social) located in the bottom which is fantastic! Jeanine in the leasing office has been so sweet and so helpful! We had a small hiccup with an on-site storage unit but that was easily fixed and the office staff was very helpful. I wish there were more dog poop stations around though, especially in the dog park! I have two large dogs that require regular exercise and the fenced in dog park is great for that reason. Unfortunately, no matter what apartment it is, there are always people who don’t pick up their dog’s poop... it’s a thing here too! Aside from these minor things, the on-site fitness center, pool and other amenities are great and covered parking is a plus! I recommend these apartments for sure.

I moved to The Towers at Spring Creek October 2018. The apartments are AMAZING to say the least. I don’t think I could have picked a better place to live. This place is great for People from all (different) walks of life. So rather single, family or just starting out this is a great place to live.Also my leasing agent Jeanine is awesome, terrific, great, very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and the list goes on. After going through a difficult time and situation in my life, she took out time to help me with my entire application process and assisted me with any and everything I NEEDED. I can definitely say we need more people like her in this world.

So far it has been such an amazing experience. From Alyssa being so helpful and patience to the apartment we got being very clean and spacious. I love the dog park and dog spa that is so easily available. The parking is great! I love that they have elevators available so it makes moving in and taking groceries so much more easier since I live on the 4th floor. I love the clubhouse so much! It’s a great place to just hangout and have some Starbucks that they offer to you for free! The infinite pool is all year round! I love how huge the balcony is. Such a great place to live at. If you ever decide to get an apartment here you MUST ask for Alyssa. She was so amazing. She didn’t mind showing us different apartments when we came and she even let us get a sneak peek of our apartment we planned on moving into. I am very pleased with the apartment and Alyssa.

**UPDATE**I have to give a HUGE shout out to Dani (Maintenance/Groundskeeper)! She always goes ABOVE & BEYOND for us and responds to any maintenance need we have within 24 hrs. She’s super knowledgeable and professional and you can tell she takes pride in her work! She always takes the time to explain whatever needs to be done. We’re big fans of Dani and I appreciate all that she does for my family!We’ve lived here almost three years now and we love it! The management, Jacque, Taylor and Kolton are fantastic and you can tell that they truly care about their residents and our community! The Maintenance Team always responds promptly to any issue that comes up; even when it’s a few days before Christmas and your fiancé accidentally hits a main water valve and you flood your ENTIRE APARTMENT! They showed up on their day off and jumped right into action and were so kind to us even when it could have been avoided. This is truly a welcoming community and I feel like our residents care about each other. I have a 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment and it is beautiful, new appliances, granite countertops and VERY spacious (my 3 kids have their own bedrooms and bathrooms). The salt water infinity pool is huge and gorgeous. We’ve renewed our lease three times now and are proud to call it home!

I am in love with this place! I love Herbs restaurant right downstairs! I love, love its scenery. Such good vibes. Great food and cocktails! Such a fun and amazing place to invite friends and family to socialize over dinner and drinks! I love the amenities and the very kind people that allowed to make the move in process so smooth. Thank you Kim, personally! She genuinely cares and lost sleep over a minor issue that was out of her control due to the city ordinance. But in the end it all worked out... I was still able to move in at my scheduled move in date! I love this place! I can’t say it enough!

I recently toured The Towers and loved everything I saw! The facilities are clean and updated, the amenities are wonderful, and the units are priced very reasonably. I looked at 6 other apartment complexes in Garland and Julia by far gave the best tour. All of our questions were answered and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We ultimately decided the commute to Dallas would be too far but otherwise I wouldve loved to call The Towers home.

This has been a great place to live! The ENTIRE staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . We had the pleasure of touring and completing our application process with Jeanine. Although we had many questions and wanted to come back and view the apartment a second time she never made us feel like we were a bother. She was very knowledgeable and always followed up when promised. Because of our wonderful experience here we had a family friend move in their sister property across the street and are spreading the word to others. We look forward to truly making this our home.

I want to advise future residents that not only the apartments and amenities great but more importantly Management led by Nichole are amazing. She and her staff are always willing to help. They were very understanding and helpful when my brother passed away, and when I contracted COVID-19. They more than willing to go out their way to make sure both I and the residents were safe. I really appreciate it guys and thanks Nichole (management) for being great.

The leasing office goes out of there way to satisfy your welcome here( especially Kylan who, goes out of his way to make your stay here great). The pool is amazing and Herbs has such a relaxed and chill environment. I am extremely satisfied with the apartments and never had an issue with them since my stay here.

Jeanine and her co-worker were absolutely amazing. By far the best staff we have ever dealt with at an apartment complex. I had a 10 star experience from the start. I have looked at several apartments that were really nice but just did not have good customer service at all, then I came here and the staff did it right. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I was shown nothing but kindness and smiles from that point on. I was shown around by Mr. Kylan who is a master of his craft and made my apartment shopping experience 10x better. The apartments are nice and spacious, the gym on sight is much larger than that of a normal apartment sized gym, and the affinity pool is beautiful.Greatly looking forward to living here.

These apartments have amazing apartment finishes, huge balconies, and perfect amenities (very large pool, nice gym, and dog park). It is definitely worth every penny. The only downfall has been from miscommunication amongst the people in the front office. I have lived here 2 months and already asking my friends to move here too

We love the Towers@Springcreek, we moved in February 2018. Alyssa was and still is our leasing agent. This young lady knows her job and is always willing to go the extra mile to help out. When we first started our leasing process in October of 2017 she was there for us and made the move in go very smooth, always keeping us informed of the leasing progression. Glad Alyssa is still here on the property. As good as this young lady is i expect to lose her as a manager to some other property before too long.She should probably be the manager here.

I have traveled a lot and lived in place who Claims that they are a Luxury apartments and when you go visit that place they couldn’t be any further from the truth. And finding a nice place can be hard and Frustrating at times. Well I can tell you from my Personal Experience that the Towers of spring creek is what they claim to be, My interaction with Janine and Cory has been nothing short of Excellent. They have made my moving process pleasant and answered my question fairly quickly. And when I was in need to move in earlier then my original move in date My Man Cory came to the Rescue and made that possible for me 10/10 service, that made me so happy. If you are looking to move here I would recommend it since the units here are recently built you will be the first to enjoy it all. and the service is great too.

These are my first apartments and I absolutely love them! The Herbs Social restaurant is very convenient, really good (nicely seasoned food), and Free Delivery to residents, which is a major plus! Hands down one of the most beautiful apartment complexes I’ve seen in the metroplex. Jeanine K is awsome!!! Great place to live! Dont listen to all the negative talk because this place is great to live and has alot of perks. Tanning bed, infinity pool, grills, Big Gym, and great people. Herbs Social will be opening up soon and it will be nice to drink and not have to drive. I recommend this apartment to anyone. You will live the staff and like I said Jeanine K will make your application process easy and pain free. The whole staff is awesome too. Anyone will help you when you need it. I had the maintenance fix 2 issues and they fixed it fast and correctly. Come and see for yourself and u guarantee you will love it too.

Amazing experience.My boyfriend and I visited on the 4th of July and The Towers at Spring Creek were one of the ONLY places willing to give us a tour as this was the only time we could take off from work in MD. We didn’t even bother seeing any other apartments after seeing the Forum here, we signed for a 20 month lease. The price is WELL worth the space!Cory was beyond fantastic in helping us with every step of the process. He was very down to earth and honest in what he could do for us with a budget and what we wanted in a home. He went above and beyond in helping us decide what apartment will suit us best. He guided us in the right direction down to every last step. There wasn’t a moment where we were unsure about a process as he kept us in the loop every moment even being 1,132 miles away. He was very patient with us getting back to him on things and he’s just a phenomenal worker.Alyssa was extremely helpful in giving us honest options with the floor plan, electric and insurance decisions. We were absolutely sold when they welcome just about all dog breeds and weights as we have a large but extremely friendly German Shepherd. They also have a large dog park and even a doggy spa! The areas surrounding the complex is always very clean, fresh cut grass, landscaping is very nice and appealing.The day of the move was very smooth, we couldn’t get into the apt as maintenance was finishing waxing the floors but Tara made accommodations for our deliveries that morning with our mattress and washer and dryer.Everyone worked as a team to help us in every step of our move. There was never one moment where someone that we hadn’t spoken to initially couldn’t help us.The complex has its own Facebook like website for the residents to keep up with daily activities, deliveries if we missed packages, meeting new pets here as well as other residents which Jeanine helped get us set up with. The complex is like its own town which is kinda funny as we’ve gotten lost a few times but good thing everyone is so friendly and provided a map! Haha.The apartments and amenities are gorgeous, as if we are on a long term vacation. Both bedrooms are large and even fit our California king bed COMFORTABLY. The jet tub is amazing, brand new appliances that are also designed around efficiency and cutting utility cost, the balcony is extremely spacious, the floors and color scheme through the whole property are to die for. The closets are very large! Coming from shoe collectors... the term “walk in closet” is an understatement! The layouts of the apartments are great, no space is too crowded or hard to manage with furniture. The bathrooms are very large and designed very well!The only downside as mentioned in other reviews is the construction people working extremely early and hard to sleep through but hey, who doesn’t want to work early and get done early? Can’t complain about lack of construction that is needed then complain about it being attended to.Absolutely stunning property which matches the personality and charisma of all the staff here! We toured this complex several months back and signed a lease at that time, we can’t wait to move to this complex in a few weeks. Cory was very helpful and patient through out the whole application and leasing process. We have also talked to Coleman at the office and he has been awesome as well. We are excited for the onsite restaurant and were able to pick a unit that is right next to the restaurant :)!! The property is beautiful and we are ready to move in and start making memories here!

We took a tour yesterday where we met Laura at the office. Working with Laura was amazing. She took the time to show us several units until we found the perfect one. She was very patient and helpful throughout the entire application and leasing process. Laura also took the time to explain the entire process so there were no surprises. We spoke to a couple of residents and both of them said they loved it there. That feedback along with Lauras knowledge and experience with the property sold us. We are looking forward to our move the end of this month.

Berkshire Spring Creek, nestled in a quiet, secluded, picturesque, beautifully treed and landscaped area winding along Naaman Forest Blvd is a community of families, young professionals, couples, and singles. Its everything youd expect to see in a thriving, typical, low-key middle class American neighborhood: spidermen statues, pool toys, bikes, grills, dogs. For a competitive price, here you get beautiful nearly brand new kitchens, high ceilings, nice layout, exquisite pool, dog park, excellent gym, -wide comfortable porches. You are close to the highway to get anywhere but far enough back away from it and with enough trees to feel like its a secluded neighborhood. I dont hear the highway from my porch- rather, the songs of the native doves and bluejays. Were in good schools, great shopping with Walmart, Target, Firewheel. I am a fan of Strike and Reel across the street- I dont care if Im not still a kid I like all the video games and the rock climbing wall! :) Meander with your bikes down Naaman and Campbell and up Owens to connect to the Spring Creek Nature Preserve Bike Trail. Or take Renner. Or visit nearby Crowley Park. But truly you dont have to leave your community here to enjoy the beauty of nature or family fun. The sounds of children playing, dogs and their owners walking, and the smell of grilled food coming from porches makes it feel like home. Its very safe. Its great here. Reasonably priced. Beautiful apartments. Everyone kind and friendly. Be safe, calm, and amenitized in the picturesque, comfortable family grounds of Garlands Berkshire Spring Creek!

Ive lived at The Towers for over a year and my experience has been awesome. The noise level is spot on I never hear neighbors on either side of me and everyone is friendly. The only cons are: moderately messy grounds, inconsistent information given from each member of staff, expensive fee to make online payment for rent. Otherwise I love this place especially the swimming pool and gym area.
