I’ve lived here for almost two years now and I was looking to move out in Feb when my lease ends just to have a change of scenery. After looking around and comparing other apartments to this one, I can say with certainty that I will be renewing my lease here for the second time. I’ve never once seen a bug in my apartment, the hallways and pool area are clean, and maintenance requests are completed same day or next day depending on how early you put the request in. Everyone in the front office is friendly. I’ve never once felt unsafe or had to worry about a car break in. Never had a package stolen or lost. Neighbors are all very friendly and they have tons of community events for the residents, even have food trucks come every now and then. Everything you need is nearby, Kroger, Racetrac, and various fast food options. I’ve recommended this complex to friends, one which moved here. I feel very proud to have my friends and family come over. If you’re looking for a place to live, this is it.

Just went and toured today and the agent Alyssa did a phenomenal job. She answered any questions I had and was very thorough, professional and kind. Beautiful property, amenities and unit. Looking forward to being a resident soon.

My husband and I moved in June of this year (2024). So far it’s been wonderful. There’s plenty of parking, no guests have been towed. Maintenance fixes things promptly. Our garbage disposal wasn’t working but within a day or two it was back to working. Neighbors are friendly and love the conference room, which I use to study in. The gym is getting remodeled soon which we are super excited about! My only complaint is that some people don’t pick up their pets poop and I’ve almost stepped on it a couple of times. So stay off the grass. Overall, I love our apartment so roomy and love the events they host like tequila tasting, elotes and breakfast treats they provide for tenants. If you’re on the fence, definitely go for it, great apartments to live in! 🙂

I’ve been a resident since March 2024 and I enjoy this community. The location is great as it is near restaurants, LoveField airport, and the city center.My unit is spacious, with modern appliances and lots of natural light. I am a resident at UTSW and I can say that this apt complex is worth your every penny! Outstanding staff! (Shout out to Stephanie, Patrick and Daniel) whenever you have a problem (if ever you have one) they will respond and help you immediately. Great place overall! Amenities are also beautiful, check out the gym!

Have lived at Berkshire for more than a month now and have had a great experience so far as a first time Dallas resident. Initially, I toured the place with Alyssa from the leasing office, who is very friendly and helpful in communicating any questions that I had. Unit was very clean and looked brand new when I moved in and all the appliances have been working great. Gym and pool areas are also kept clean which is a plus as well. Keep up the great work!

I really like the location (close to the airport, downtown, oaklawn, etc). The maintenance crew is very prompt and so sweet!! Maintenance is so important at a complex, and they were great.Kudos to Jay & Carolina, Apartment Life Team as well! Super sweet, nice, and approachable.The ONLYYYY reason this place is getting 4 stars is due to the dog feces!! The apartment sends out emails about it nothing further it seems like. It’s not safe to walk on the grass because you never know where the feces is. It’s nasty and smells bad.

I just recently moved in and I have to say that since being here the service is amazing ! Any issues or questions I had for Ms Alyssa or management in general, were answered or resolved within 24 hours TOPS. The complex itself it’s super clean and well kept. It’s not noisy and the neighbors are all super polite. So far I’m very happy to call this my home!!

Moving in was a breeze, and the leasing office staff was flexible in helping us when our move in date had to change. Our unit is quiet and updated, and the complex feels secure and well maintained. The maintenance staff were quick to fix an issue with our thermostat (same day) and the parcel lockers make picking up packages extremely easy. Love it so far!

Loved living here. Gym is great and kept in good working condition, especially for an apartment gym. The leasing agents are really warm and responsive, especially Patrick who is really helpful, always on top of everything happening in the community and makes sure to follow up on work items I submit for my unit. But i was amazed with Patrick . I decided not to go through with leasing there , due to i dont want to stay in the area . If i did i would gladly take a chance and lease there.

Since Ive moved into Berkshire Medical District everyone in the leasing office have been nothing but amazing! Even before I moved in theyve all been helpful. Coming from a city where apartment communities feel cold and transactional, the entire process moving to this community and the last few months have felt like Im home.

This complex is beautiful and has fantastic amenities! And Patrick is absolutely fantastic to work with in the front office! He is responsive, attentive, and really does everything he can to go above and beyond to make sure his tenants are comfortable. Anyone who has lived in multiple apartment communities knows that the management staff absolutely makes or breaks you’re living experience, and I’m so glad I moved into a community with such a welcoming staff!

Knowledgeable, client obsessed, considerate, immaculate, and caring. These are all words to Describe Patrick Strawn with Management here at Berkshire Medical District. Not once have I ever had a need or a concern go unaddressed. How often do you find a complex you love but are driven away because of poor management and having your concerns or basic living needs ignored. Here at Berkshire Medical District, you get the best of both worlds. A great place to live and even greater management. Rest assured quality of living as well as client satisfaction is at an all time high and it will continue to remain that way as long as Patrick is around running the place. If you want a nice, quiet place to live with an incredible Dog Park and incredible management, look no further. Would give a 10 star rating out of 5 if I could and those extra 5 stars belong to Patrick. Really enjoyed my time here at Berkshire Medical District. I don’t know what protocol is for raises/Promotions but Patrick most definitely needs one as he is a Vital asset to the Berkshire team

You may be wondering why Patrick has so many positive reviews on here… well- that’s because he deserves them! We had a crisis with the most recent freeze in our last place with our landlords being horrible and we had to leave quick as we had a baby and couldn’t live without running water. We told Patrick our predicament- and he worked so hard and so quickly to help us- and eventually we were approved the same day! What a relief! We’ve been here a few months now and have no complaints! Everyone in the front office is so nice and helpful, and Patrick responds to questions so quickly! It’s nice to know I will always find help with the front office if I need it!

Ive been living at this complex for three years and have loved my experience. The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful to any little things that came up. Due to the close proximity to Love Field it can be a little noisy with the planes flying over, but the door wall does a good job of blocking out the noise I dont notice too much anymore. Overall I was impressed with the grounds and amenities (large dog run). The package pickup lockers were so convenient which was a plus. The only negatives I can say are the gates tend to break sometimes which is inconvenient/safety issue and I had multiple issues with roaches, although the pest team was very quick to respond.

I have been living at BMD for almost 6 years now and still love it , maintenance is responsive and courteous , office staff is awesome , the grounds are clean and noise is average considering some neighbors are just noisy by nature. ATTENTION : Since you can only have one active review per business I need to add another 5 stars because my a/c went out and the BMD maintenance team had it fixed first thing Monday morning , Thank guys !!!

I have had nothing but a good experience here at Berkshire Medical District. Moving in, I had the most helpful and inviting experience from their staff, especially Kayla. I had not even looked at the apartment I applied for, and she was kind and made my the whole process seamless and easy. The Maintenance workers are so friendly, and helped me with little issues inside the apt, as well as they came over and helped me program my garage clicker when I was too short to reach the button. I am overly impressed with the grounds and the apartment itself, everything is kept nice and clean which is especially appreciated when my apt is over the dog park (this could cause smells, but it is kept tidy). Last but not least their communication/notification and package pickup processes are the best in any apartment I have ever lived in - this is a major thing that improves the fact of living in an apartment. Pros:- Reasonable rent prices- Centrally located and easy to get to other parts of town- Garden style buildings (fewer neighbors)- Mainly medical students and professionals, who are not loud or rowdy -- minimal partying- Ample parking available- Variety of amenities (pool, gym, private conference rooms)- Leasing office staff and maintenance are highly responsive- Frequent community eventsCons:- Only 1 dumpster that is constantly surrounded with trash and furniture. This problem would easily be mitigated by adding additional dumpsters inside of the complex- Planes fly directly over the complex very frequently. I can only hear them if I am outside, though

Lisa in the leasing office is so helpful! Quick to answer emails and questions. The complex could be cleaner for example the halls and grass area. We had friendly people by us and never complained about our newborn crying. The down side is the crazy birds. Cover parking is a reasonable price. Berkshire medical district is an “Oasis” my family and I are grateful and fortunate to call home. Professional, kind, courteous, personable, warm, tactful and reliable are just a few words I can use to describe this immaculately manicured community.In our case choosing to live at Berkshire we actually do “get what we pay for” and more!Berkshire is where elegance meets tranquility from the mundane rush of life. This epiphany came to me while “I, like millions of others are working from home due to COVID.What make this place special to me are the community events. I appreciate the couples that come together and put them on. Good company, great food and entertainment, makes living here our “Oasis”. The Berkshire staff is amazing, when I need a question answered or something fixed, they are always ready, willing and able to assist.I also want to send a huge shout out and thank you to our professional, maintenance team. They work relentlessly to make sure that toilets are unclogged, air /heating tempter gauges are up to par, emergencies are addressed post haste and water is flowing well.Last but not least a train is only as good as its conductor. We have absolutely loved our first year at Berkshire Medical District! Here are a few highlights:1. The gym is a really well equipped with kettlebells, treadmills, and other workout equipment.2. The Pool is a great place to hang out, either with my littles or for a quick afternoon lounge to catch some sun.3. The office staff and Maintenance team is friendly, helpful, and really on mission to make BMD a community.4. The apartment is awesome. The build quality and finishes are really nice, and the use of space is really thoughtful.5. The proximity to Dallas. You are close to Downtown, Uptown, Oak Cliff, and the Park Cities. The DNT is a minute away which makes going North a breeze, and when Maverick games start again soon, were only a quick uber ride away.We love BMD!
