I absolutely love this community! It really is luxurious. Everything is upgraded, including the floors and appliances; there is an elevator that always works; the bus stop for our children is nice and covered, and contains outlets; the dog park is clean and renovated; the pool and community amenities are beautiful and well maintained; the gym has new equipment that is clean and maintained; the staff at the complex is prompt and professional. Our home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all of which are spacious and equally beautiful. The maintenance staff is very professional, always addressing your needs and concerns promptly - either same day or next day! Better than any you could hire in your own home! We are very lucky.Another amazing perk this complex offers is location. We are surrounded by trees and have a state park walking distance from our home. We may not have an actual community play ground, but The Woodlands and Conroe have a plethora of great parks for children. So anyway, you would think so many trees would bring creepy critters, like roaches, but not in this complex! Pest control is on it! I read another review that mentioned wasps - those are dirt daubers and they are literally everywhere in Texas where there is mud and water. They are harmless and are natural pest control, eating other things like spiders; they’ve never bothered us or stung any of my children. Maintenance is continuous in their efforts to remove their mud homes, so don’t let that review discourage you. Honestly, mud daubers don’t care about us and they are not a problem.Anyway, the restaurants across from the complex are great, and everything is so close and convenient. I read a review that said 1488 is busy during peak hours - I’m not sure of a road that isn’t busy when people are going to and from work. Had to address that comment because it was irrelevant. Overall, I really love being surrounded by nature instead of the concrete jungle the rest of the area might experience.We also have the luxury of weekly food trucks that come by and offer delicious options for you to try while supporting a local small business.I couldn’t be more pleased with this community and we are very grateful to be apart of it. I attached a picture from our 4 bed/4 bath unit to show how spacious and bright it is in the living area.

This was my first ever apartment, and the staff and community made it very easy for me and my small family . If I didn’t have to move I would renew my lease once again. The apartments are very luxurious with high ceiling which was what made me choose these apartments. Everyone was so friendly and never had issues .

These are the best living facilities Ive ever stayed! The apartments are beautiful with gorgeous scenery. My experience with Charles is nothing short of stellar. Charles is always professional, proficient and always respond in such an impressive manner. Jason is always attentive to whatever I need and makes sure to give my mini goldendoodle a treat and water - so cool! The whole staff is awesome as they always contribute to such a warm environment. Also theyre personable with the residents with family friendly functions and there would be food trucks and dog grooming services from time to time. Also commendation to the Maintenance Dept. for they always call immediately after submitting urgent orders and addressing issues at hand and the concierge service certainly a big plus! Again these apartments are just simply the best!

Loved living here for the past two years!Pros:- Great staff response times for maintenance and rent questions. In general, each interaction I had was very nice, and the manager Chris is awesome! For a while, there was an office member who continuously gave me an attitude, but I do not see him around anymore, so no reason to dock this review for it!- Apartments are clean, very up to date, and spacious, given the price. The ceiling are very tall, and the general layouts feel spacious and modern.- Amenities are good. The gym works in a pinch, and the pool is not big but certainly decent enough for social swimming. Parking is also nicely accommodating, and the valet trash is nice to have. There is also a HUGE dog park area so if you have a furry friend, you can let them stretch their legs and run off leash in there!- Located in a quiet area, and the nearby trails are beautiful. Access to HEB grocery is also very nice, along with a bunch of okay restaurants and convenience stores across the street.Cons:- Access to I-45 can be annoyingly hindered by morning traffic. There’s really only two ways to get on the interstate, and the traffic can easily clog up. Not the complex’s fault but something to keep in mind.- Sprinklers like to go overboard when watering the grass and I seem to always have overspray and hard water spots on my car most mornings. Not a fan, since I like to keep my car very clean.- Gates are not that fast and can be annoying to open.Overall, it’s a great community that I can recommend!

This is really luxurious community, my family and myself are very enjoy the environment and its very convenience to go to WG Jones State Forest next the community, its a great park that you can take great pictures there. We love the gym, swimming pool and dog park, we like to work out and relax in the community.The most benefit for my kids is school bus to go to College Park High School, its only ONE stop in the community to school and back to apartment, its only need to take about 20 mins for one trip.The elevator is very helpful for the resident, i believe most of resident will need to purchase water or drinks every week, i dont need to separate the bottles for several time like my fried who is living in other apartment without elevator.The leasing office agents are very nice especially i need to appreciate Hernandez, Myrah that i got a lot of support from her started when she introduce me the community and then i rent the apartment, i always get quick response from her and she help me to resolve many problems and provide a lot of useful information.This is a great community and i will recommend you rend apartment here.

I recently moved in a month ago. I can truly say this is a nice quiet place to call home. I had reservations living on a first floor apt, however my experience has been nothing but amazing. I can hear nobody which is absolutely amazing. I moved from an apt in Florida where every little sound could be heard between units. Not the case here absolutely love it. Any maintenance requests are completed fast. The only issue I have is getting my butt out of my Jacuzzi style tub/shower everyday. Everyday I get in it, its like heaven for a body. Your body will thank you trust me. I literally want to stay in it all day long its so peaceful and nice. So glad I made the decision to move here. Anything you need is right down the street on 1488, no need to travel 30 miles to Houston. Really love this community and the friendly people who live here too. Absolutely would not change a thing. Chris and everyone in the office is great! thanks again for having a wonderful place people can truly enjoy coming home too. Its simply great. I would give you a million stars if I could!

I’m a bit of a recluse and don’t really like to be bothered. One thing I loved about staying here was my ability to get home and forget about the outside world. My neighbors weren’t intrusive or loud. The complex isn’t either. And for the people who aren’t like me and like to socialize, I typically see people at the dog park and the pool, etc. all conversing having a good time. The environment is great. The staff is always helpful, friendly, Prompt and informative. The only downside to living here was now I have high expectations for the next place I live and they probably won’t meet those expectations lol.

The apartment maintenance is very attentive; the emergency line actually works, and someone was at my apartment within 15 minutes at 11 PM. These apartments are amazing. We got our keys yesterday, and it was impecable. Beautiful views from all windows, and they give it to you super clean, no complaints there. Berkshire apartments have amazing spacious units with high ceilings and clean. The staff are amazing and are extremely helpful in resolving any issues that you have. From the dog park, resort style pool, and community events Berkshire is an amazing place to live. I highly recommend this apartment!

So far our experience has been awesome, all thanks to a leasing consultant named Jason Pimentel. He was extremely friendly and helpful when my boyfriend and I arrived for our tour and has made sure our entire application process has gone as smoothly as possible. He is quick to reply to questions and it never feels like we are bothering him. He genuinely wants to help everyone get the best deal and feel comfortable throughout the process. If you are trying to lease an apartment here, ask for Jason! Can’t wait to move in!

I lived at Berkshire Jones for two years, so I guess my review can attest to what it was like to live here. If youre considering living here, this is your sign to do so. The front desk and maintenance is literally incomparable and never failed to maintain professionalism. As soon as I had a maintenance issue, it was fixed either the same day or next. I had a noise complaint problem going back and forth for a couple months, and the staff was able to settle it in a way where I still felt safe living in the community (I lived by myself and am a female). Quiet apartment overall- the breezeway is pretty long to where you dont hear 1488 unless youre in building 11 I believe. The community is also filled with great people and is diverse- from families, to students, to pilots at Bush. I generally felt safe here and enjoyed my time.I only moved because I had to for school, but I honestly miss Berkshire now as Im dealing with subpar management at my new complex, which compelled me to write this review.Miss ya!

Me and my wife toured several apartment complexes to make our move to Texas, and none of them was remotely close to Berkshire. It just felt like home. Our tour guide Jason made the process 100% easier than any of our past applications. Although we could not tour our exact complex, he made sure we had an idea of what our apartment would look like by showing us identical properties. Once the lease was signed, he made sure our apartment was well kept. His commitment to making sure we felt at home is what made us chose Berkshire. He communicated effectively and made sure we understood every payment we were making. I feel this made it easier to be excited for our military move than stressed. We would 100% recommend this complex to everyone. Although we don’t have animals yet, if you do have them this is a great community for you.

Recently moved in! After weighing options between a house or the Berkshire Jones apts. the answer was clear especially after meeting and being helped by Elizabeth!! She made us feel so welcomed and apart of the family! She helped us through the process and kept in touch with us even though we werent set to move for 4 months! The facility is stunning, clean and safe! We have all we need for our family of 6 and would recommend to everyone! Shout out to Elizabeth for going above and beyond!!! We love it here!!!

I toured the property today and was really impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Everyone made me me feel so welcomed, even the Manager came over to introduce herself. She told me I would love it there and that all of her staff are available to make me feel at home. The customer service I received there was so great that I’m making this place my new home. I toured several properties in the area and was not treated as well so this is why I choose this place. I appreciate good customer service and feeling welcomed by everyone.

This place and Myrah are awesome. My girlfriend and I had been looking for apartments in the area and found one we thought was amazing and as we were about it lock it down, they hiked the prices up after an agreed set amount. Needless to say we were furious, we didnt like any other apartments around and thought we had seen them all, until one last google search lead us here. When we arrived at birkshire, we met with Myrah, she is such an amazing employee, she listened to exactly what we needed and helped us figure out when was the best time to apply for pricing. We had some difficulties during the application process, but when I called Myrah for help, she did a great job answering all my questions to get us into the apartment were in now, cant thank her enough!

We have stayed here for the whole year (thank you Jason!) and my work visa approval has been delayed during the period of end of lease to the extension of the lease. It was a true challenge for us, yet Kimberly has made everything easier for us. We are supposed to move apartment, but she went her way to make sure: we will still have a home and (this is a big AND) we will not have to move to another property in the short amount of days that we have left in this property. And to that we are grateful. And oh, Berkshire Jones Forest is a top notch apartment complex, and if you like outdoors-the Jones Forest is just next door!

Jason showed my client and I today. He was professional and informative about the property. Very friendly throughout the process. Even after we left, I called to ask a few questions and he was very fast getting the information I needed. The location is very convenient and close to everything you need. Everyone in the office was nice and attentive. Lots of amenities and extras that were awesome. Hands down my two years at Berkshire Jones Forest has been the best apartment experience.Pros.1. Staff is great and friendly.2. Apartment continues to innovate and renovate for the residents (example includes added valet trash concierge, parcel pending to securely pick up packages).3. The hallways and community is very clean and well maintained.4. The repair services are quick and responsive.5. Concierge service is very nice, really take advantage when you can.6. Newer building, so I think I get relatively low electricity bills due to energy efficient building. High ceilings are plus.7. Being located next to Jones Forest State Park is probably my favorite part.8. Having an elevator helped so much with moving!Cons. The stoplight at 1488 is very short. So going in and out of property can be bothersome if you are in rush.I highly recommend this apartment community :)

Excited to call Berkshire Jones Forest our new home after moving to Texas from Indiana! I met with the leasing office on two occasions. During my first appointment Chris was able to show me property amenities, go through virtual tours of their floor plans , and answer any initial questions. A week later my boyfriend and I scheduled another appointment with Jason who gave us a full community tour. Jason was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about the community. We loved that Berkshire Jones Forest had spacious two bedroom floor plans, upgraded finishes, and high ceilings! We were looking to move in as soon as possible and we couldn’t have done it without Jason’s help!

Beautiful property with a lot of great amenities and a good deal for a luxury apartment complex, in my opinion. Great location too near WG Jones Forest, grocery stores, other shopping, etc and easy access to 1488, 242 and I-45.I worked with Jason as my leasing agent throughout the whole process. He was amazing to work with - very friendly, upbeat and helpful agent, probably one of the best I have worked with in my apartment-living years. He spent all the time I needed to look at various units, answer all my questions and then gave me additional info I needed that I forgot to ask about. He was very thorough in making sure I had all the info I needed in regards to amenities, monthly fees, showing me and providing thorough information about the property around the complex in addition to the units I went into. He even walked in the rain with me in a grassy/wet when I asked him to so I could physically see the view that I would have from the balcony of one particular unit that I wasnt able to go into. After my tour, he was willing to be on call and checking in with me while I was going through the decision-making process and also making sure the application process went through smoothly without any issues. Was in constant contact with me for the various verification steps that are required and provided quick and easy instructions. Because of all his help and quick responses, I was pretty much able to get everything done very fast within a day or two after so that I could coordinate all the other external things needed for my move into my unit. They say moving is one of the top 3 most stressful things people experience and Jason definitely helped to take quite a bit of the stress away from this process. Highly recommend working with Jason if you are interested in this apartment community!

This is the most amazing complex that I have ever lived in. We moved here from New York last month. I am so glad that I picked Berkshire. The grounds are immaculate and the leasing staff is so wonderful and helpful. From the beginning Laura was amazing and so helpful since I did everything from NYC. I didn’t even physically see the place. I was not disappointed! Living cramped up in NY, these spacious apartments are a dream. I have to also give a special shout out to Erin in the leasing department. I have had to call many times for different things since I am not from the area and she has always been so quick to help and knowledgeable about everything from the complex to the surrounding area. Thank you, Erin!! You make this great place greater by your amazing customer service and helpfulness to the tenant!

Me and My partner decided to look for a new home for us and our fur babies, we got a recommendation from an old friend that this was an amazing place to live, so we checked it out and even in the very first 10 minutes of being there, Miss Myra really did her job at making us feel comfortable and secure and that was before showing us around, she really did go out of her way to really go through everything with us and showed us everything they had to offer, one of the best experiences I’ve had and she really made sure to help us with everything and answered every question we had to a T, it was like a breath of fresh air and it really did help us secure our decision to make this our new home! The whole staff were very welcoming, and especially miss Myra, she really did go above and beyond for us! And even while we’re settling in, she still takes the time to make sure we’re comfortable and secure! Definitely recommend!!

Im new to the community and its instantly clear that the upscale qualitys not just a veneer, like in some other complexes. The units features are all as solid as they are aesthetic, with nothing feeling cheap or flimsy. Quality appliances, unexpectedly nice bathroom features, a wonderful balcony and lots of friendly faces around. Theres also a great staff, including Myrah, who has been a tremendous help in making for a smooth move-in!

So I’ve been meaning to post a review online for quite some time now, just the struggles of my day to day life have had me very distracted. But I have been living here for about a month now, and I can say this is the best place that I have ever lived at! The community is extremely nice, the area is very well put together, and I overall just love this complex. Very satisfied with all the amenities and the layout of my apartment. I want to give a big shout out to my boy Jason in the leasing office! About a month ago I was desperately looking for a place to live, and I had a bunch of things that were holding me back from finding the right place. I won’t go into details of what I was struggling with and finding a place, but if you are ever struggling and you are really looking for someone to go, I truly believe you should contact this individual at these apartments. He was very understanding for all of my problems I was currently dealing with, and he did whatever he could on a day to day basis to help me get moved in here on the time that I really needed a place to live. He genuinely seemed to care about my situation and I can tell he really really wanted to help! I will be forever grateful for this gentleman, and he deserves nothing but the best of things that come his way, I can tell he’s extremely good at his job and if he doesn’t get recognized for all the hard work he has done then that would be extremely outrageous! Thank you Jason and the Berkshire family for providing me with a great place to live, and a place I can genuinely call home.

Can’t explain how great the complex and leasing staff is here at Berkshire Jones Forest. Allison and her leasing staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and eager to help in any way possible. I have lived here shortly after the new management has taken over and have zero complaints so far. The unit and floor plan of my current 2b/2b is amazing with an open concept and have yet to experience any issues. The maintenance team is fast to respond to work orders and take care of the issues if they are to arise. The staff is extremely courteous to the residents at the complex and can’t thank them enough. Great location, many places to eat, shop, and play within a mile radius. I definitely recommend this place to friends, co workers, and relatives if in need of a great complex. Jason in the leasing office is amazing! He was very knowledgeable when it came to giving me information about the complex/units. He was happy to stay a few minutes after close so that we had enough time to complete the tour and he promptly handled all of my paperwork to ensure that my application was approved asap. This was my fourth complex to visit in the area and by far my favorite. Apartments only share one wall. Tubs have jets. All units have W/D hookups. Concierge service is cool as well. Highly recommend!!

It’s almost a full month living here in Texas and BerkshireJonesForest apartments, and must say it’s been a blessing.Mr. Jason helped so much through the process getting into this apartment. I have recently moved into Berkshire Jones Forest after many really awful experiences with surrounding complexes. My boyfriend and I have been residents at Berkshire Jones Forest for 2 months now.This is our first time renting, so it was all so new and confusing for us. I felt so bad calling and emailing several times a day during the application process: however, Charles, Chris, and Emily (I believe her name was? I could be wrong) were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions! They understood our concerns and made sure that we knew they were there to help make the process move as smooth as possible!Aside from the wonderful customer service, the apartments are luxury styled but not for insane rates, and I just love that! They have elevators, which made moving to a higher floor so easy, and all the apartments have wooded flooring. That’s such a plus for me because I can’t stand roaches, spiders, carpet beetles, or any bugs that can hide away in carpets. On the outside, it’s very spacious with lots of parking for residents and guests. It’s a gated community in a nice area, and I personally feel safe walking our dog, late at night, by myself.The only downsides I can think of are that the walls are kinda thin above and below us, not next to us. We can’t hear conversations, but we can hear our neighbors if they’re “loud” enough…Also, hot water. When you first move-in, the hot water is going to smell like sulfur/iron, rotten eggs. You just have to run your hot water on all water appliances for 15-20 mins, and the smell should cease for good.In any case, it’s only been 2 months but we are so happy to call Berkshire Jones Forest our home!!

I recently made a trip to Texas to scout some apartments, and came across Berkshire. Living in NY under crazy rent hikes, I was expecting to pay easily 1500-2000 for a one bedroom studio. So I couldnt believe it when Jason showed me a 1 bedroom for 1100. Super spacious, quiet and an amazing price compared to anything I could have found in NY. Totally sold it for me. I just moved in on the 20th and the entire staff has been so amazing and helpful! I have never had such a nice apartment staff like these guy! I worked with Jason and Chris and any questions I had they were on top of it. They made this move so stress free. Then on my move in day I started the washer and water started to go everywhere. I called the office and within minutes Julio was at my door and fixing my washer. I walked thru the apartment and showed him a few things and he had them fixed that day! I met Steve another maintenance guy and he was a very nice guy. Brice the porter came in and put a new cabinet door on and then told me where all the parks and fun things to do around here are since I’m new to the area. All in all this place is amazing, clean and quiet. I would give this place a 10 out of 10! The regional manager should be very proud of her team, they are super amazing!

We never had any problems with management, neighbors, etc. The parking was not that great but it’s apartments so no biggie. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They always had some type of activity going on for the residents. We had a corner unit on the bottom floor and never heard any type of noise from our neighbors above us. This place has EVERYTHING! In addition to the beautiful and spacious apartments, the staff here is very professional and accommodating. You can tell they dont just show up to work and watch the clock. They go out of there way to help the residents here often and that is not something seen often these days. I LOVE living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking.

The Grand estates in the forest is by far the best apartment experience ive experienced. Ive lived at their different locations and other apartments in The Woodlands. Hands down this complex is #1. Its very comfortable, the staff is friendly, helpful, and all around great. Ive lived at this location for a year and have had zero complaints. Its quite and youll almost never hear your neighbors above. When my car broke down in the way to pay my rent Luiza stayed open passed hours so that i could pay the bill without late fees. If you are looking at other complexes dont look further. This one is perfect.

Just moved out after three years here. Not a single complaint or negative thing I could say. The grounds and apartments are kept impeccable. All of the staff go above and beyond. Great location. I have lived in apartments my whole life, absolutely none have been as wonderful as grand estates.

The place is well maintained. You will see almost everyday how maintenance people are up to something; not repairing but maintaining everything. Reception staff are all so helpful from staff to the management. Special thanks to Jason who is always helping us with any concerns. He is on top of everything. Thanks for his help and service. I have not rented here yet, but I was planning on it. The military changed plans up on me and I ended up having to stay put for alot longer than anyone anticipated. The Agents working in the office were extremely understanding, kind, and helpful during the entire process. I cannot attest to the living conditions there, but customer service? Itll be hard to beat. I am so happy with the service at this complex. Our dishwasher broke and needed a part ordered to service & fix it. Ricardo and the maintained team got it fixed SO FAST! We were only a few days without the dishwasher. Thank you guys so much for doing a great job!

Ive lived here since day one, Ive only had a issue once and that was some new folks thats moved in were horrible but they were quickly removed. Other wise sharlita and the office staff have been amazing and fair and understanding in various situations. If there are any negative comments its because people didnt do what they were supposed to do POINT BLANK. This community spoils its residents, I hate to move but time.

Great place to live! New buildings, high ceilings, nice stainless steel appliances, pool area always taken care of. The only thing is very loud AC. After a while I got used to it, but it’s definitely something they should work on.
