Im definitely considering moving into this complex. The manager is awesome, and Ive had some bad experiences with managers at other complexes. Apartments are temporary, but a good staff makes a great stay.

Ive been living here for about 2 years now, and its been awesome! The community is really well-maintained and super quiet. Weve got a new manager now, and Im hoping to meet her soon. The previous manager was pretty rude and never showed any respect towards us, but everyone else in the office was amazing!

I lived here for two years. The complex was recommended to me by a friend who had family who lived here. As with any apartment complex, there was small annoyances. Some bugs in the kitchen even after pest control came. Maintenance sometimes took longer. But nothing significant that would make me give a bad review. Some things just come with apartment. Office staff did change quite often but the main property manager stayed the same the two years I was there. Office was hard to contact sometimes. Pool was awesome. My kids and I throughly enjoyed it. Gym was great. Plenty of options and space for your workout. Property was very well maintained and clean. Community was nice. Friendly neighbors. I’d recommend this complex to my friends and family.

I came in for a tour and the office staff was very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions, and the grounds looked well maintained. The apartment was cute too!!

1701 at El Dorado I do recommend. Speak to Kalisha! I absolutely loved working with Kalisha. I did have some issues with her assistance prior to the new hire. Shed always tell me one thing and it never be done unless I spoke with Kalisha directly. Been here for a little over 2 years with minimal issues. She was always so helpful always kind and very understanding. This would be 5 starts if it wasnt for the 60-day notice ordeal. Please take it seriously I cannot stress that enough! While understandable the need of a notice. It is outrageous that a 30-day notice will cost you 2X the amount of rent. Hopefully theres no hiccups in this process. All together I am sad to be leaving and moving away Ive had a wonderful experience being in this complex.

I’ve been living here for 10 yrs now and I can’t say anything bad about it. It’s literally the most comforting place to call home. From the spacious apartments down to the awesome office team. My family and I seriously love it here. We love that you can literally cross the street and walk into a trail that leads you to the McKinney recreation center and down to town lake. I love that if I don’t want to walk the trail, I truly feel comfortable to walk up and down the hill/ community. I love how quick and attentive Bryan the maintenance tech, is to completing our work orders. I love that Kalisha, our manager always always thinks about taking care of us residents. She cares for us and tries her absolute best to keep us happy, family happy. My family and I love it here and definitely would recommend living here.

I just moved in about a month ago now. Beatrice the assistant manger was great! She was extremely responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Being that this is my first apartment, I had lots of questions and she answered any and all of the questions I had and made the whole moving in process really simple! The apartment looked great upon move in and everything has been smooth sailing since. Would definitely recommend checking these apartments out!

Ive lived in these apartments for 3 years and Im resigning a lease. I have nothing but positive things to say about them.The management has been absolutely amazing. Allison, Elizabeth, Jennifer, Dan, Robert, Jose have all been professional and personable. Any issue Ive had, either as a result of my own ineptitude or that of another, theyve found a amicable solution for.The maintenance team has often surprised me with their speed. I have submitted maintenance issues in the morning and have had them fixed by lunch. Not being hyperbolic here. They get after it.The apartments themselves are extremely well maintained. The counters, flooring, and appliances are regularly replaced. In the short time Ive been a resident they have already upgraded my appliances.The neighbors are extremely friendly and I have made some life long friends.The grounds are well kept. There are the occasional idiots who dont pick up after their pets but they are immediately dealt with by management once they are caught.The only negative I have is about the parking. The towing company inconsistently enforces parking. Sometimes they are towing cars without permits every night and parking is plentiful for residents and their guest. Sometimes they go months without towing and parking is terrible. However I cant fault management for this as I know theyve gone through four different towing companies and they have all had the same issues. Inconsistency. I know they have recently changed to a fifth company and I hope this one is better.Prices are reasonable. Crime is non-existent. What else could you ask for. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. Huzzah!

Jennifer helped my roommates and I all throughout the application and move in process, answering any and all questions we had and providing us with helpful info. The apartment was very clean upon move in, and the only thing not working was the dryer. We put in a work order and someone was sent out and fixed it within just a few hours. Excellent service!

Jennifer, Elizabeth, and Allison are wonderful. They provided a smooth transition for me into my new apartment. Every question I’ve had has been answered in a timely manner and with helpful insight as to what I can expect. Robert, one of the maintenance technicians, is an outstanding gentleman. He is knowledgeable about what he is doing and explains processes in an easy to understand verbiage.I am very pleased with this complex.

Jennifer and Allison are so wonderful! Im the type of person to ask a lot of questions, and they didnt make me feel like I was a bother! I absolutely love my apartment! On our first day here our AC was not working properly and that day it was fixed! Also I had noticed that my microwave light and part of my oven wasnt working and I was told it would be fixed Friday but instead it was fixed the following day! I honestly couldnt be happier!

My wife fell inlove with the floor plan for 2bed 2bath and its right up the street from my job cant beat that nor their prices. Very nice complex and apartment we live in. Love the area we are near stores and shops plus safe for kids. Glad we found this apartment complex I know my wife loves it and the staff have been very kind to us and my kids.

We love living here! This will be our 2nd year living here and we love it! We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience here. When we were searching for an apartment, we fell in love with the size and layout of the apartment. But what made our decision to move in easier was the amazing customer service we received. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel at home from th very beginning. They didn’t treat us like we were just another sale or commission like other places did. They were ready to meet our needs and went out of their way to do so! I love the location of these apartments as well. Just a walk across the street and we have access to a beautiful park to take our girls, or a beautiful trail to go for a walk or run. Whenever we submit a maitance request, they are usually done pretty quickly and the maitance staff is also very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a place to call home, a place where you will have amazing community, be treated with respect, and like family...then this is the place for you! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

I absolutely love 1701 at Eldorado. My move in experience was so easy, and all the staff made me feel so welcome. The location is perfect and super convenient! The complex is always kept clean and tidy. And the amenities are awesome!!! Two saunas!!! Jennifer M. helped me so much through my move in process, she is unbelievably kind and amazing at her job.

This apartment complex is the best. The Ladies at the front are supreme. They always do anything i have trouble or just emails so fast and its so great. The complex is always so clean and put together and looks it best 24/7. The maintenance guys are always on their A-Game. Couldnt ask for a best first experience.

Well, Ive been here for 3 years and i have never had a problem with any staff. Let me start off by saying JENNIFER IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Everything I need she is always there to help and show concerns. Now, lets get to the maintenance crew, Dan and Rob. They have been the absolute BEST!!! Anytime i need some work done, they do ]it and always polite. They are the crew to have on this WORK SHIP!!!

I’m only giving this place a 5 stars just to talk about one specific person and that’s Robert he works in maintenance and he’s always so nice and always says hi when we all see him, and a great worker!!
