I’m hard to please and even harder to impress. I will never use another company again. The customer service and quality product is unmatched!! I made a mistake, ordered the wrong (smaller, cheaper) size, and they noticed, called me, corrected it, and even gave me the promotion pricing for an upcoming sale instead of charging me more for the correct item! My friends and family that have switched have had similar experiences. Also, the screens make such a difference for our allergies and pet dander. They are better than the best ones we could buy in stores before. Truly exceptional company and filter.

I found these filters while searching for a custom solution to a weird sized air intake in my home. Because the sizing is strange, I received a call from the company making sure I ordered correctly before they charged me and shipped the filters. That is great service! I was so pleased with the filter when I received it that I will be ordering all of my filters from here in the future and recommending them to everyone I know. No more store bought Filtrete filters for me.

The Green screen is great at trapping more allergens and dust/pollen than the typical 30-day filters. It makes all the sense in the world when you think of it: the green-screen is tacky or sticky so things are better trapped and dont work their way through the filter and into your system. Well worth the money to reduce dust/pollen in our home!
