Placed online request for quote for their 525 feet roll of bulk pleated media.Got a quote back from salesman with a decent price. Odd was the description read back to me was 525 pleats not feet. I asked him how many feet that is, and he estimated 90 feet, still not bad pricewise.Didnt think they are are that weird until I picked up the order in a small box. The order fulfilment person said to check it when I get home as it would pick up dust there at the warehouse. I checked and sure enough it was 525 pleats.. approx 24 feet. When I called back to ask about the discrepancy between the RFQ and the order, the salesperson said it should have covered 48 feet (only if you stretch it flat) and it was a technical issue on what was shown on their website (by feet) and what they actually sell (by pleats).Not even worth my time to go return the product.Update: Sales person Travis called back that they would like to swap out the material as in the original RFP which is in feet instead of pleat.They are willing to do what it takes to satisfy a customer, Im impressed.Its best to download the product catalog to have an overview of their product line. They have other supporting items which could have helped their sales but hidden in their web site maze.

I have purchased air filters from Air Filters, Inc. for years. They deliver on time, all the time, and the price and quality are great. I would encourage everyone to order from these guys, as they are much more cost effective and convenient than going to your local store.
