    I have been using Joe Fly for over 5 years. Everyone here has been super nice and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I email Chenita and Mary my orders weekly and they have everything ready for the technicians to pick up and go. Those ladies are awesome!!! Rarely are there any issues, but when something does happen, its resolved quickly. I also have to give a shout out to Stephanie, Megan and Tomi, super helpful ladies as well. Great company and great customer service.

    Joe W Fly air filters are really top notch. They are specially made and do a fantastic job at my home. I have used these filters for many years and I am sold on their ability to filter my return air. Mary and Stephanie M. work the Houston Office and are very polite and professional. My order was completed efficiently with great service!

    I’ve been going to Joe Fly for 6 years they have a big selection of filters and make custom filters. I’ve worked with Mary for a year and she’s always been extremely helpful and polite. She always take care of me by getting my filters ready for pick up so I’m not wasting time. that’s is why I recommend Joe fly, good selection and quick service.

    What a great company! Ms. Mary is always super helpful and will actually take the time to walk back to the warehouse and verify that what you need is in stock so you never waste a trip. And they have filter sizes that most other companies don’t stock. This is my favorite one stop shop for all my belt and filtration needs
