Steve, from Aerus FW, is fantastic !I had a rather complicated repair on my central vacuum system & he was able to diagnose and repair - quickly and efficiently. Prompt service and on time appointments. I WOULD definitely recommend their service. So glad I found them !

My vacuum stopped working. I cant live without it! Best vacuum ever!I called and they make house calls! The next day Steve came out and fixed it. Cleaned it up tested it, the belt had broken. He was so nice, informative and took such good care of me. He even replace the bulb that had burned out. Fantastic customer service!

We purchased two air filter units for our home from the previous Aerus owner several years ago. No follow up or customer service was received.The new owner of the Ft Worth store called for an appointment and personally showed up at our home in Ausitn Texas. We were amazed and he helped us with both Electolux vacuums we own that we also we own and both air filters.We discovered our whole house air filter had a fried electrical board and it was not even working at proper volume and the anti bacterial and viral protection was out. He replaced the UV bulb and the circuit board and covered it under warranty for us.We also got a free in person ppl tutorial and were informed of capabilities and fragrance functions and necessary maintenance that we were never told about. The filtration units work fantastic now and just in time for Austin Cedar Fever.We give a 5-STAR RATING ON A NEW OWNER THAT WANTS TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMERS IN AUSTIN FROM FT WORTH TEXAS.
