I had an exceptional experience with Jackie and Kevin at Joe Fly! Jackie is incredibly efficient, working tirelessly in the back of the warehouse to get all the filters ready to ship out quickly. Her attention to detail ensures everything is in perfect order. Kevin, on the other hand, is always so helpful at the front desk. He makes placing orders a breeze and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of. Together, they make a fantastic team, and their dedication truly stands out. Highly recommend Joe Fly Filters for their outstanding service!

Joe Fly has been our #1 place for filter for almost 4 years. They have everything from, custom, MERV, HEPA, media filters. You name it they got it! Kevin and Jackie are so helpful with our orders and they always make sure we have everything we need. Excellent customer service! I truly recommend Joe Fly for all your filter needs!

I recommend this place to anyone needing filters for their company. Its clean, organized, and professional. They even offer you drinks/snacks while youre in the lobby. Wow! Wldnt know about wonderful Joe Fly if it wasnt for my husbands commercial account. I was absolutely thrilled to find out that I, just a plain resident, could have custom-made filters made for my apartments central ac unit in allergy heavy Austin that a. would keep our indoor breathing air cleaner than a clean room facility, and b. that it would cost less per filter then those I could buy at Home Depot or Lowes! Think cedar, vehicle traffic exhaust, construction & demolition particulates. (Did you know that MDs who specialize in ear nose & throat move to practice in the Austin area because of the high allergy problems?!) Loved having an excuse during busy holidays to see Jackie and Kevin who both work so hard to make ordering and pick up easy... to make sure that the order is right! (Joe Fly corrects it with a smile if it is not, I have noticed!) I really appreciate Kevin and Jackie and the whole crew. Theres never been anyone at Joe Fly who wasnt bend over backwards helpful; they really care. I believe Ive worked with Kevin the most throughout the years. I just cant say how satisfied I am (my husband has complications left over from Covid now, too, & we feel more optimistic having Joe Fly on our side.) I appreciate Joe Fly not raising the prices, too, for us little people making sure that breathing, at least at home, is healthy and easy! You can see how dirty the filter gets quickly &, if you are like us, youll change the filters more often. I recommend Joe Fly whether youre a health nut or have to work or get good sleep. We are all three. Thanks, Joe Fly. You deserve your beautiful new building.
