Today is my lucky day! The only AC is not working and after checking the blower motor bracket was broken and the wheel is blocked there. Check on maps and found Dallas HVAC parts, they are open and call to confirm everything are in stock. Drive and picked up! Brerin and Glenn do great help! Right parts and even better to change the wheel for me! Today is almost 100 degree, can’t believe how can my families survive for the coming 110 degree week!

This place has been our go-to several times over the years. Always a fantastic experience, the guys are so friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable - that alone would be enough, but they really go the extra mile. We made several trips today, they helped diagnose, then when we bought a new motor, they spent time to take off the old motor and put the new one on. They definitely go above and beyond. I cant thank Adam enough for his incredible help, when my AC fan motor quit on Sunday I quickly went to ole faithful Google and found out they were open, called to confirm and sure enough Adam said they were open until 1pm, he went above and beyond to assist me and showed me the wiring on the new motor and recommended swapping the compacitor which I did and now my AC is up and running again, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a great experience. My air handler was making a screeching noise and all the YouTube videos indicated that it was likely the blower motor bearings. I explained this to the clerk and he indicated that it was very possible that it was the squirrel cage coming apart in the middle. I bought the squirrel cage instead of the motor tried to install it but due to corrosion it was stuck. The clerk went above and beyond and removed the motor using a special pulley puller and help me install the new squirrel cage. These guys are so honest and pleasant to be around. I will always use Dallas HVAC from now on! Big Island time! I skipped leg day.

Had a blower motor fail @ 6pm on a Thursday (105º) Bummer. My neighbor highly recommended Dallas HVAC Parts to me. I got online, found a contact email and sent them pictures and model # of the furnace. I called the next day right after opening, no answer, which I assumed their phone was getting blown up by everyone needing AC parts. Few minutes later I get a call back from Adam asking if I had called and how he could help me. I explained what I was looking for, plus also noted I sent an email last evening, which he said he was already was working on. Adam was very polite, professional and certainly understood what it was that I needed. He gave me options in available part replacement to help save me money and he was certainly familiar with the system I have. He let me know the part would be at their warehouse by noon and he would call once it arrived. At 11:30am Adam called said the part was in. When I got to Dallas HVAC Parts I was happy to meet Adam, again just a great guy and took the time to make sure the part was correct versus running me out the door. With my great experience, I have point dozens of people their direction. Great place for parts and customer service.

My AC unit failed memorial day weekend. I reached to Dallas HVAC through their portal on Sunday. Someone answered me right Back. Monday I went to the shop greeted by Adam. This guy was GREAT!!! He got me everything I needed to repair my unit. He drew me a diagram for the wiring of the new motor to match the old wiring. Adam was very helpful, patient and understanding. My inducer/exhaust fan went out last night. With temps being in the low 20s and waking up on Sunday morning , I couldn’t afford ordering a part and I did a simple Google search for HVAC PARTS and DALLAS HVAC PARTS came to the rescue! My concern on how the part I bought was not looking the same as OEM part was put at ease and well explained on how it’s an updated part seeing as how my gas furnace is 15-20yrs. I Was able to get a Goodman OEM fan motor in a pinch. Locale Amana/Goodman distribution center would not sell to me. Which is a shame. Prefer to buy locale , instead of online. I brought in part number, which helped. Adam called , they had 1 in stock. He drove over and picked up and back in 20 minutes. Perfect!When the Middle man is a necessity. Unless you have a HVAC license.Thank you Dallas/Garland hvac parts!

Gentleman there had all the tools to help me put the housing, etc. back together quickly. Installed and worked perfect. I will go back here. My first visit was last summer in their old location. New location has plenty of parking and easy to get to. The older gentleman has probably 20-30 years experience in the field so hes probably seen it all. I get nothing for posting this... My local HVAC guy (who has done quality work for me before) came by and quoted me over $500 to replace my outside motor. I called Dallas HVAC Parts and discussed the motor with them. The part was only $150. They suggested I bring in photos of the wiring and motor for reference. When I went to purchase the motor, very quickly, they identified the motor wiring and gave the me correct connections. They even added the correct terminals and cut the post without me asking. Amazing! I called 3 other places and each one said the part was $330 without asking questions. Turns out the last HVAC guy just slapped a two speed on the unit and billed home warranty. I only needed a single speed. I am a huge fan of customer service. The guys at Dallas HVAC get it... I will not go anywhere else for parts in the future. Thanks guys! I replaced the motor myself and my AC was up and running by nightfall. Saved me my sanity and $500+

Super help gentlemen. Ordered the motor and fan after 1pm and they say they’ll have it for me at 4:30pm same day! Picked up extra caps for my unit since these have to be 10+ years old and they helped me decide which fan blade replacement was right. I was going to have RescueAir replace my compressor blower motor but I feel like the $1,400 job wasn’t a high priority. I can’t really hate. I’m sure they make 5X the profit on a replacement exterior unit and the guys are working overtime 7 days a week all summer.

What a fantastic customer experience with Dallas HVAC Parts today! 104 degrees, and I needed a compressor fan motor in the worst way. It wasnt in stock, but they went and got it from a manufacturers facility, and it was ready for me in under an hour! But amazing customer service didnt end there. Later, when I couldnt get the fan assembly off the shaft of my old motor, they volunteered to take it off for me - which they did! Called a well known DFW AC repair company and they came out at midnight and quoted me $1300 for the repair and they would have to order the part. Found these guys and it only cost me $145 in parts and I took care of it myself with 3 screws and 2 wires. Great business. First off I love the friendly in-store cat. Excellent! Went in for a Turbo200 capacitor. Those are expensive so they dont stock them. 100 dollars +. I asked a few follow up questions on an equivalent and volunteered that I had photos of the hookup so Adam asked to see photos that I took and this allowed him to recommend a cheaper = which ran me $35 vs the 100+ of the Turbo200. He even drew me a little chart of how to hook which wire up where. Got home, slapped it in per his directions and wa-la, a/c is back! Thanks Adam! Fantastic store! Great service!

Dallas HVAC Parts should be top of the list for anyone needing HVAC components, systems or advice. The people are very helpful with parts identification and understand how systems work so they can explain to you how to install your parts correctly and get everything back up and running. This is critical when it is very hot outside. From their website you can contact them to request parts for your system and they will promptly reply to your contact. From my own experience, this is not as common you would expect. Many businesses must use the email contact page as an opportunity to harvest personal information. Dallas HVAC uses it as an important part of the customer experience. They want to see that you get the parts you need to complete your repair and they will answer questions and suggest parts that will work on your system. I found their prices to be very reasonable and on par with prices from online vendors which wouldve required me to wait for my parts to ship or to pay extra to receive parts quickly. With Dallas HVAC I was able to make a quick round trip (140 total miles for me) and install my parts that afternoon so that my house was cooling down in less than one hour after I made it home. Their install instructions were perfect for my system and their parts were exactly what I needed. They made no effort to upsell and focused on insuring that I had the parts I needed and instructions for installing those parts in my system along with changes that I might need to make in wiring if the fan rotation had been wired for clockwise rotation when I needed counter-clockwise rotation. They covered all the bases and I left confident that I could get it all running and that is exactly what happened. For my repair I needed an outside evaporator fan motor and a capacitor sized to the motor. I supplied photos of the model number tags from the existing motor and from the outside evaporator unit so that they could do the parts search. I highly recommend that people contact Dallas HVAC Parts for any parts needed in repairing their AC or heating system and if the need arises I will contact them for anything that I need.

Talked to Adam on the phone about a Trane condensor fan motor. I live in Euless and was driving across the metro at rush hour so wanted to be sure it was the right motor. I had already talked to Grainger and Locke. Grainger said I would have to order online because it was a discontinued motor. Locke actually had one that would work but didnt know what to do with the extra wire since it was universal. Adam knew exactly what I had (on the phone) and assured me that he could take care of me. I drove (at rush hour) over to Garland and he showed me exactly what I needed to do including changing the capacitor. Got home, put it all back together and it worked just as he said. The kicker is I am a truck driver not an air condition tech. Adam really knows his stuff and will take the time to share that knowledge. Hard to find ANY place that will go the extra mile for customers anymore. Thanks Dallas HVAC and Adam. Oh and did it all for less than $200.00.

The guys at Dallas HVAC were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I used their online form late at night after my AC fan motor stopped working, and Adam had a reply to me first thing in the morning. He answered all of my additional questions in a very timely manner over email. When I came in the next day, I met Glenn for the first time. He was very professional and helpful in finding the motor, and when I asked about buying a replacement fan (because I couldnt get mine off), he asked if I had it, and said Bring it in, Ill get it off for you...and did using a special tool at no charge. He also prepped the motor, cut the shaft to length, and capped off the unused wires free of charge. If you need AC help or you need parts, call these guys....they are very helpful, professional, and worth every penny.

Dallas HVAC Parts - these guys are awesome. They are my go-to for any HVAC parts or service. I decided to write this review because when my AC died, they were going to come and look at it later but in the meantime it was hot so I used my poor mans multimeter to test the capacitor and it looked like the capacitor died, so I went to Dallas HVAC Parts to buy a new one.I was so excited that I found the problem and that they had the one I needed in stock, but Adam said I didnt need a new capacitor. He tested my capacitor with his fancy multimeter and said it was still within spec and my problem was something else like a dirty condenser coil. Sure enough I came back and found a filthy condenser which I cleaned up fully. It finally cooled down no problem ! Thanks Adam for not selling me a cap I didnt need even though you could have !

Like some of the other reviews, I had a wonderful experience at Dallas HVAC today. I needed a condenser fan motor, gentleman at the store was so helpful! He put lugs on the wires, made changes to suit the rotation direction of the fan and also cut the motor shaft to the length of my faulty motor, all this without I asking for it!!!Thats what I call customer service and customer delight!He is definitely passionate about his work and goes above and beyond to help customers.He also helped dispose our old (faulty) motor without any hesitation.I would recommend buying from Dallas HVAC, I would go there next time I need anything even though it is on the other end of the metro from where I live.Also, our unit is working now and our house is now cool! About once a decade I find a place that treats me like royalty and delivers 100% customer satisfaction. Dallas HVAC Parts saved the day for me and did it with a smile. They went above and beyond at helping me remove the motor from the squirrel cage and even went the extra step of showing me how to wire it. They put the bracket back on for me too. They really are amazing! My usual ac guy wanted $585 to replace the blower motor and Dallas HVAC Parts sold me a motor for $129 and It worked perfectly. First off, they were the only open place on Saturday over a long weekend. You couldnt tell they were as busy as they were when talking to them on the phone because they gave great service, like I was the only customer. Bought the part I needed and they made sure that not only was I prepared for the replacement, but I called back and a technician helped me with all of the wiring I would need to figure out along with making sure that it was all mounted the same way. All in all, I saved over $500 from having a tech come out as an emergency call for a solution that was easy enough to do myself. I would absolutely go there again for any problems I have with HVAC and will recommend them to anyone else I know.

When my blower motor went out on my HVAC I called Dallas HVAC Parts, they had the motor and capacitor in stock and for an excellent price. When I arrived they asked about the wiring to make sure nothing needed to be changed before I took the part home. I had taken a picture of it on my phone and they verified it was set up to work correctly. Took it home, installed it and it works great.Fast forward to today, turned on the heater and no blower fan. Started checking different components thinking something might be blown, after a few hours I got smart and called Dallas HVAC. Told the tech what I had done and he recommended checking the wiring on the circuit board to make sure there wasnt a bad relay or board. After looking closely at the wiring, I had put parked the red wire instead of connecting it to heat. It seems the simplest solution was what I should have been looking at first lol.Needless to say, I have received excellent customer service from Dallas HVAC as well as the best pricing on what I needed. They are very willing to help out and were kind enough not to laugh at me for making a very amateurish mistake. I highly recommend Dallas HVAC for parts as well as their service. They are the best place in the Dallas area for any HVAC parts or service needs.

These guys are great. They know their stuff and have the parts you need. Trane condenser fan went belly up Saturday night. Their open on Sunday morning thank you very much and I was able to get the part I needed. I called and they said they had the part but warned me to bring the motor in because Trane being who they are have two different bolt patterns. He not only sold me the motor at a fair price but took it and the old one into the shop and installed my fan blade onto the new motor. Wasnt an easy fix and took them some time and effort to mount it. He even checked my old capacitor. Could not have asked for better service. I understand the owners son runs the a/c repair shop next door. I will be shopping with them for a new a/c-heat system. A number of years ago one of my 3 A/C units stopped working. Since it was August in Dallas, no AC Repair company could fit me in for 3 days. After poking around a bit on the Internet the fact that the fan was blowing inside but the unit outside wasn’t working suggested it might be the capacitor. After shutting off the circuit breaker at the panel and pulling the fuse outside, I took the corner panel off the unit outside to find the capacitor plumped up. After a trip to see Glen at Dallas HVAC and less than $50 I was back in business. A week later, my 2nd unit went out and the following spring my 3rd unit went out.....same thing on all 3......so for less than a single Trip Charge for a repair company I was able to do it my self. I’m in a new house now and had the same issue last fall and again today. Today’s capacitor replacement had an additional complication but Brevin (tech extraordinaire) patiently walked me through isolating the issue and solving it. CAN’T THANK THESE GUYS ENOUGH........if you are the least bit handy you can save a lot of money. Highly recommend!!

No smoke and mirrors here.....AC blower motor quit working and I was sweating like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs.....came to Dallas HVAC Parts and spoke with Glen and he tested my capacitor (which was bad) sold me a new one for $14. Our A/C stopped on a Friday night. Diagnosed the problem on Saturday morning then tried to find a HVAC parts store that is open Saturday afternoon in the Metroplex. Next to impossible. Dallas HVAC saved the day and weekend. Picked up a condenser fan motor and 50/5 capacitor. They even crimped on new quick disconnects on the fan motor and shortened the new motor shaft to the length of my old motor. The A/C is running better than ever. I have very little AC experience, but am a fairly avid DIY guy. Condenser Motor went out on one of our units last night (high pitched extremely loud squealing noise intermittently). Called and confirmed they had replacement fan motor for $129. Had already researched that average estimated cost for a technician to replace was $400. Had trouble getting the blade off the motor, so I just took the entire top of my outside unit in as a still-assembled unit: top cover, fan motor and blades. They removed the blade from the motor for me, installed the new motor on my top grill, gave me (for free) a second condenser this unit would require, and then walked me thru the wiring setup when I got it home (slightly different than my original setup). Probably saved me at least an hour of my time. Absolutely a five-star experience. I highly recommend Dallas HVAC Parts and will definitely be back if/when I have any DIY fixes to do on our AC units.

AC went out over the weekend. Needed an obscure motor ASAP, to avoid another day in the sauna. I was sure there wasnt going to be anything I could do until Monday, and -almost- put off looking around because of that. Low and behold, there was ONE shop on the other side of the metroplex that was open on Sunday. I called to check the availability and was treated respectfully on the phone, and told they actually had my part in stock! I drove the hour to the shop and picked up my part, along with some extra caps and stuff for my own stockpile. The man working there was extremely respectful, not rushy at ALL with me or the customers before me. He put connectors on my fan motor for me, and gave some great (free) advice, just in case I hadnt done it before. This guy has clearly been in the business for a long time and knows his stuff.***A note about the all sales final - no return policy. Its not a rip-off as some people have said. Think about it. First off, would you be happy if the part they brought to the front was already tried-out by someone else and brought back...whether it was tested and working or not? I know I wouldnt. Second, this is a parts business to help people fix their systems by providing parts. If you dont know how to work on your system or at least have a basic understanding of how it works and how to test things with a meter, etc... you honestly shouldnt be doing it. If the policy wasnt in place, people would be using the shotgun approach to try and fix their systems, replacing parts along the way until it works (or is a broken, smoking mess). Some of these parts are easily damaged or destroyed if theyre not installed properly or werent the problem...and you cant always tell by looking at the part. Should this company eat that loss if you damage something you have no idea how to install (or what it does)? Youtube is great, but there are hundreds of variations out there, even based on different regions, etc...To the folks who are complaining about the smoke smell...it does smell like cigarette smoke a little, but its not like hes smoking one at the desk or in your face. (like he could be) Id rather deal with a little smoke smell to get that kind of service and availability, than to deal with people who need to rely on a computer database and someone elses reference/knowledge to give me a part they honestly dont know (or care) if it will work or not... or it could be thick incense burning smell and an accent you cant understand, and an attitude you might not appreciate? Which would you rather have?Definitely recommend this place for your service and maintenance parts needs. I wish I had more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs up!

AC went out on Sat. Called another unnamed company, and they told me what part was bad, but didnt have the part on hand and had to order it. I found Dallas HVAC Parts as one of the only HVAC stores open to the public on weekends. They had the part that I needed. When I arrived there I asked to speak with a technician to verify that this part that was called bad by this other company was in fact bad. The tech said there was no way that it was bad and gave me several troubleshooting tips. I didnt end up buying the part, but when I got home I did the steps that he told me how to do. He was exactly correct, this part wasnt bad and it was a bad thermostat. Great customer service and qualified techs! I didnt purchase anything from them this time, but they are now my go to HVAC servicer in the future. Thanks again for the help!
