Michael LaPerle helped us out in a really hard time. We had a local company come and clean our air ducts.. there was negligence there and the dust and they also found bacteria that they sprayed went all over our home 🙏🏻 after cleaning up I was having autoimmune reactions for two weeks. Thank God that I was able to search for air quality testing online and Michael answered. He came over and tested our home and there was still high VOCs/bacteria/mold in our home. He gets grants through the American Lung Association to write off testing for people with elevated levels, which shows how truly legitamite his business is. We purchased the whole home Air purification system and for peace of our own minds he drove clear back out here during a busy time to test the air quality after running the machines. We were at a high level before >25 but after when he tested we were at around 18, which is a normal level. He even helped provide test results so that we could get our money back with the vent cleaners which was over $1K.Michael is very passionate about his job, passionate about people, and has great integrity. He made a stressful time for us more peaceful. I 100% believe in these products and when you research them, it’s insane the quality products they are. They are literally providing these air cleaning machines to people going through mold remediation at a discounted price with the American Lung Association and helping the quality of their lives, providing these to dallas school systems, and hospitals.I would also like to say I got the sickness going around and my husband didn’t get it. I know it was because this is cleaning our air at a high level capacity. I also didn’t have the sickness as long as others, even while being on methotrexate. Thank you for all you do.

Ive used Electrolux vacuums my whole life and my parents still use these well made units. I recently made the trip to the Aerus Electrolux Center to get a repair and reconditioning for my unit as well as my parents unit.Michael and team are very knowledgeable and helpful with my service with genuine parts. I would highly recommend the Aerus Electrolux store for sales or service of Electrolux Aerus vacuums units.

Michael is top notch! Helped us with our air filtration system and air testing. Provided reasonably priced tests for air quality and helped us get the right system. Very knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. We had a lot of negative initial experiences with other companies, quoting outrageous prices just to come out and test. The technology Aerus uses is like no other and their products are legit. He can give you a lot of information on how these systems are different. Would recommend Michael and Aerus to our friends and families without hesitation. Thanks for helping us have a healthier home.

Beyond Guardian is hands down the most impressive air purification machine on the market. We love what they have done for our house. I had a cheap $300 Amazon air purifier that stopped working after a month of use. We need to stop living in this “throw away” lifestyle and go back to quality products that last for 10 years!I suffer from Allergies and asthma. I haven’t had to use the meds or inhaler in the last 2 years of having 2 Beyonds in our home.

Genuine Electrolux sales and service center for everyone who has the Electrolux and now renamed to Aerus vacuums. You won’t get generic parts that don’t last here like at other General “all vacuum” shops. You can also purchase a new Aerus here or call and they will come out to your house for an in home sales or service call...just like in the old days! While I’ve had only simple repairs on my 35 year old Electrolux I could do myself such as a new power switch, they were very helpful selling me the part I needed and telling me exactly how to install it properly rather than insisting I have them do it since I didn’t bring the vacuum in with me. I’m not sure how I ended up on their calling list but perhaps because I went in to the store but they call me periodically to see if I need bags or supplies or anything and this is a very nice reminder that they are still dedicated to top notch service. I’d like to use the store more frequently but rarely do their products seem to need repair or service they just last forever. I have several Electrolux vacuums that seem to never die and if I need parts (but it’s very rare) I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else and compromising quality on generic parts so if the store is a little far for you...it’s worth the trip, or you can call and have them come to you.
