    I love IREP Junk Removal. As a property manager, I have used a variety of Junk Removal services. I Recycle Everything Possible. That is absolutely true. I feel better about good items not going to waste.The store on Congress is helpful for the community. They came to my house for a holiday pickup of toys and childrens clothes to donate to some families that need them. I love that these items will go to people that will use them.

    Once again IREP SAVES THE DAY! We had a huge renovation at the shelter for foster children I work at (Central Texas Table of Grace) we called IREP to help haul away the old furniture so we could make room for the new. They initially said it would be a two day job and they got it done in one! So we could welcome our kids to CLEAN home! What a blessing!     This company is awesome!It does not look good to be that neighbor with a bunch of eye sores sitting around the yard for 2 years.     IREP is the best. I called and told them what I needed, we made an appointment. I received a text with the name and photo of the employee coming by and that they were on their way. They arrived on time, measured the stuff we asked to have removed. Got a quote, agreed and they came back that day and removed my stuff. Easy. Fast. Great service. Highly recommend!

    I have chronic pain and anxiety that often make simple tasks difficult, like breaking down cardboard and shuffling it down to my building’s dumpsters.Thankfully, a google search lead me to IREP and something that was causing shame was finally removed from my home.The customer service was wonderful, I was able to track my driver, and the service team I had that day was incredibly efficient. I also really appreciated that there was no judgement about what I needed removed and why.Amazing service and will definitely be using them in the future!

    The communication with IREP is phenomenal! From the time you book to the time they arrive, you never have to spend time following up to see if they are going to show up. Their team loaded a large trailer and 1 box truck of furniture plus 1/4 of a box truck with trash and recycling in 1 hour!! Now thats FAST! Highly recommend!

    This was a beast of a job, well done to Chip and all the good ol boys at IREP who knocked this out so quickly. The property looks 100% different & amazing with everything gone! I did my homework and obtained four bids from local junk removal companies in Austin and decided to go with IREP. This was a 1700 sq ft home in South Austin with junk/trash throughout the entire inside + garage, side-yard and backyard (def hoarder status). We needed to clear this property quickly (before Thanksgiving) so we could prep for selling. Kelly, the owner understood what we needed, moved some things around and the guys went to work immediately. The cost for this job was extremely important as there was so much to remove. With the new customer discount and fast completion date provided, IREP was hands down my first choice. Not to mention the companys core values and commitment to the community + environment. Too many good things to say honestly... great local company, woman-owned, aggressive pricing model etc. Everyone we spoke with from the beginning to now has been great. Thanks again IREP team!

    I choose IREP because it was not just junk it was mostly a donation, most of the items were in fair condition, so might be there someone who might continue to use them. the service was quick, and I appreciate that the company uses technology to make payment on-site. This is the first time I use a company like this, I think price to take away the items, labor, and supplies, seemed fair to me. Sales rep was attentive, and accurate on estimate. I recommend.

    I use this service every quarter or so to remove the trash random people leave in the dumpster at the warehouse my dad owns. When there is the wrong kind of random junk in it the dumpster service cant empty it. Its annoying and IREP is always awesome at getting this fixeds! Excellent customer service, great at keeping to their schedule. Total Pros all the way.

    I cant say how truly happy I am with IREP! They are awesome! They have such a variety of services they offer that you can help you with pretty much much anything you need! I needed a couch moved from my sisters house (who lives in North Austin) to my house (I live in South Austin). It was so easy to schedule this job and to have it completed. Not only are they AMAZING at what they do, but EVERYONE is extremely nice, personable, and helpful. I want to say that Kelly, the owner, knows how to run a business and how to pick the BEST people to work for her! Nicole, who did my scheduling, was so sweet and very helpful. Gilbert and RC, who moved the couch, were super nice and efficient. Plus, their prices are extremely reasonable.     Absolutely loved our experience with this company! We were drawn to them because they are women owned and they are big about sustainability and donating as much as they can. They had availability the very next day we reached out and they arrived on time (a little early actually which was awesome and they made sure to let us know to make sure it was okay with us for them to show up early since they were ahead of schedule). The two men that were there to remove our couch were very fast to remove it and were very respectful of the space when removing it. Some of the times Ive felt bad because we had a lot of junk for them to haul away but they never complain and are very professional! Forest (he called in advance of the pickup) and I apologize for not remembering the other gentlemans name!     Kelly and the IREP team are so awesome and responsive! Ive used this service twice and have been impressed each time with the professionalism, speed and ease of use. From the first call, I was asked a few questions and given guidance on what the options were as well as an estimate. Since I was just starting the process of decluttering and cleaning out my garage, I didnt know exactly what Id have when I finished the project. Not a problem, they walked me through how to estimate what my cost would be based on what I ended up with after my purge. They were there to pick up when promised, and in and out without any hassle- leaving me with a new space unburdened by the years of stuff Id accumulated. I can now fit my car and new stuff into my garage and enjoy the new space.

    I own a property management company and we use IREP for all of our junk removal. You wouldnt necessarily expect this from a junk removal company but they are a shining example of how every company should operate. Kelly, the owner, is kind and incredibly responsive, they show up when they say they will, do an excellent job and are communicative throughout. I also love that they donate, recycle and sell everything that they can, thus greatly reducing what goes into the landfill. People and values I can really get behind.

    I represented a homeowner preparing to sell a home he had lived in for almost 20 years. Over the years, he had collected many things and simply needed help cleaning out and hauling away.     Irep arrived to haul away my stuff on the same day I requested service. They were very friendly and on time. They even safely came inside my home to remove furniture. If you have junk or furniture to get rid of at your home or if you have a commercial business or any type of construction site with debris, I would definitely choose them. Their mission to reduce waste in the landfills really helps me feel better about using their services. I even purchased a used item from their online site, which is pretty cool, and they delivered it quickly.

Her prices are fair and her teams do their work professionally and carefully, regardless of the level of service the job requires. You can schedule an appointment online or call in, they allow you to send photos of the items being removed to provide a better estimate of the cost. Always polite, and courteous. I received text messages when in route. The men are very professional and friendly; they also take into consideration how furniture will be removed so nothing gets damaged or scratch.     I found them through Groupon and so wish I had discovered them before I did. I called desperate to get a LOT of stuff taken from my nieces house. They were booked on all the dates I wanted but they worked with me to try and find a time they could squeeze me in. I was unable to be there when they arrived but the person who met them said they were very nice, professional and they took EVERYTHING we had set out. After the fact I discovered IREP does their utmost to keep most of what they pick up out of the landfill. They donate to Goodwill, HFH, their own re-store so this made me feel much better about the items we left out for pick up. I also discovered after the fact that they work with hoarders AND they also work with other small businesses to help you with other issues. As in they have a counselor they can refer you to if you suffer from hoarding. I so wish I could have met the workers in person but IREP is definitely staying in my contact list and I will MOST definitely recommend them to anyone I know who may be in need of excess item removal.

    Was in a bind, too much stuff, not enough space in the new pad. Decided to go with the company whose trucks I saw every week in the old apartment complex. Gilbert and Cowboy (yes, his name is Cowboy, and he’s way cool) kept me posted via text, showed up smack on the dot on time, measured the load quite favorably to me and charged me less than expected. The whole process was easy peasy and I can’t recommend these folks enough. Do your neighbors a favor and call these folks instead of overloading the dumpster. I bet it’s cheaper than you think.

    Over the years, this company has helped my father pack up and relocate his belongings 3 times. Im not sure if its a service they officially offer but 2x the apts were in the same complex and the 1st was to a nearby storage unit so maybe thats why. Either way, they did it and it was originally just supposed to be some items hauled off. The owner was there and decided to take on the job because he was essentially unable to do it himself and I really appreciate that. 🤩

    IREP came to my house to help me declutter over 20 years of acquired yet useless shtuff! My garage was full of old furniture, a refrigerator, boxes and boxes of clothes, old bicycles, lawn mower, and the inside of the house had boxes of miscellaneous items collected over the past 20 years. Oh, and lets not forget the california king mattress! They werent quite prepared for the amount of stuff I had to haul off, but they certainly worked it out. After they filled their first truck and trailer, they begin to load the stuff out onto my driveway until they got another truck there and then proceeded to load it all up too. I pointed, they hauled it away. Now my home no longer looks like a hoarders paradise. I have my house back! Thank you IREP!

This means using less plastic, composting more, and making purchases from businesses that are helping prevent/remove landfill waste.Ive recently found IREP Junk Removal that picks up both residential and business items that are being thrown out and does everything possible to recycle, donate, or repurpose items to prevent unnecessary landfill waste. They come out to see what someone is getting rid of and can provide in the moment quotes for hauling it away. The owner, Kelly Johnson, even has a store to help rehome items. One persons trash is anothers treasure, right?IREP helped me and the organization I work for when we were moving offices by sharing ways we could recycle and donate old furniture. When we called IREP they came out the very next day, gave me a quote on the spot, and were extremely professional. We ended up not throwing away one single furniture item. Woohoo! Instead, I took Kellys lead and found ways to donate and give away anything we could no longer keep. Latter they hauled away a large mattress that was dropped off at our office dumpster. A business that cares about the planet and leads by example has my loyalty. Kelly and the whole IREP team are fantastic. Highly recommend!

    Extremely professional from initial engagement all the way through the end of the process. Kelly and her team were very transparent about their timelines to be able to schedule their earliest availability for the location requested for item removal, and were punctual. The removal crew made quick work of loading the unwanted items into their trailer and truck for removal, and were able to properly recycle items and eliminate the need to take up unnecessary space in the landfill.

    I used IREP to pick up an old Optometry exam chair and stand from my office when it was replaced, as well as a freestanding copier/fax/scanner. They did a great job, showed up on time and safely removed a very awkward chair and stand that spins and needed counter-balance.Besides just recycling the materials of junk they remove, they also offer items that may be useful for sale on their website. Shortly after they took the chair/stand, Aslan told me that it had been bought by The House of Torment Halloween spookhouse to use in one of their sets! I thought that was hilarious! Of course we didnt use it for any tormenting in our office, only gentle patient care, but what a fun ending for something Id used for over 20 years! Our staff agreed that we should have an office outing this October to visit our old friend.

    We had booked a full truck for removing junk and the crew of 2 arrived on time and eventhough their trailer was 1/2 full they loaded everything I had equal to what a full trailer would require. These guys were not only proffessional and knew how to pack things together but were extremely courteous. We just moved to Austin and worked with quite a few pickup crew as we redid our home and this was one of the best experiences that we had...If I had to remove any more junk I would only call them. Please check out their specials as well they always have something on web and also advertise on Groupon and provide fantastic deals for the customers.
