We love our Zander home! After looking at a large number of properties and coming very close to purchasing a different home, we were so happy to find Zander. Its great to work with a builder that has your best interest at heart and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure youre happy with your purchase. As a first time home buyer, its great to work with someone that will give you honest and open advice. After almost a year in our new home, we are so pleased with the quality, design, and construction. Zander Homes is not one to cut corners in the building process! We would definitely recommend their homes to anyone looking for new construction.

We worked with Zander Homes to build our current home in Sawyer Heights. From the beginning of our relationship with them, we very happy with the professionalism of their work. We were those customers who ask for many additions to the standard contract! Everything we wanted was done to our expectations so that we have an extremely well-equipped home that suits us perfectly. It is beautiful and well-built and we believe that it was well-priced for the market. Justin was a dream to work with and has stayed in touch with us. We give the highest praise to Zander Homes for what they did for us and encourage you to work with them if you are looking to purchase a new property.

Our home flooded for the 3rd time in Harvey and we decided to tear down our flooded house and build a new raised home. After looking at several big box builders and after discovering the lack of flexibility in their pricing system, we found Justin Henry and Zander Homes. At the beginning of the process Justin finds out what is important to you in your house (ie, wood floors, wood railing or iron, etc). This is where you likely want to spend the money and then he works to adjust in other areas based on your budget. Nothing is subpar in quality. I was able to get exactly what I wanted! I have always heard nightmare stories about building a custom home, but I can honestly say the process was streamlined with Zander. No one that has built a house can say they had no hiccups, but despite weather issues and a few needed adjustments, Zander Homes handled everything perfectly. We absolutely love our Zander Home! Justin, Alfred, Rick and Jose take good care of their clients. I VERY highly recommend Zander Homes to build your house.

We had an amazing home buying experience from start to finish. Not only was the home purchase process smooth thanks to Justin and Rick but also the home is exactly as it was billed. You definitely get what you pay for because they dont skimp on anything and if there is an issue, they are extremely quick to get back to you to resolve it. If youre looking at building a new home, you should definitely talk to these guys first.
