Woodforest is a beautiful community with a lot of amenities. They are still building in the community, so there are new construction options or you can purchase a resale home. Part of the community is zoned to Conroe ISD and another part is zoned to Montgomery ISD. The community has the Pine Market Shopping Center that has a grocery store, restaurants, fitness centers, mailbox store, pharmacy and more. The community is growing and thriving. Iβve watched the community homes entry point home go from the $180k to $300k+. So homes are appreciating in the community. Itβs a beautiful and neighborly community. The pool area is called Forest Island and it is a beautiful area for fun during spring and summer time. We have several clients with homes in the community and they love it. Inspiring, life, love, and community. -

Woodforest is a smaller version of the woodlands texas but equally wooded and nice. It still has small town feel and a bit more hilly. Nice place to raise a family for sure. -

We considered The Woodland and and Woodforest. We have now been in the neighborhood 8 years and have seen it grow from a few hundred to several thousand people. Nice amenities and still growing. All new schools on the Montgomery ISD side of the neighborhood. -

This is one of the best places to live in the nation. You have everything close by like grocery, shopping, dining, medical, parks, lakes, and great schools. Donβt forget the low crime rate in this area as well. You better buy while you can because the prices will go up in the future. -

Great pool entertainment for kids of all ages. Our favorite family fun spot! Only suggestion is that an adult area is needed. -
