    Very happy with this neighborhood and the HOA. This will be our first Summer to experience the Lagoon everyone has been talking about and we are excited. It is in a good location, but traffic can get a bit out of control if there is an accident. It is close to the Tollway, and there is local shopping nearby (very close to Kroger Supermarket). Everyone is so friendly and there are plenty of places to ride bicycles and exercise.

    Great community that offers wonderful amenities to families including Pools, tennis, workout room, pond, community centers, playgrounds, biking, the Lagoon and more. Featuring a lifestyle director that does regular events. Wonderful builders in the community and schools on site.     Best Community to Live for any age group. This is a new community which is close to the new business hub in North Texas (Toyota, State Farm, Pepsico, Cowboys Stadium practice, Billion Dollar investment). Yet close to business, it is also surrounded by local farms and natural beauty on its north. Perfect combination of both rural and modern world. The community has running and biking trails, all sort of amenities, Elementary, middle school and high school plans, middle to high end houses. It is fun to live here and feeling like staying in resort.

    Wow, you cannot ask for more in a master planned community than Windsong Ranch. Great builders, plenty of parks and walking trails. A super amenity center with a small Cafe. Did i mention Crystal Lagoon? You have to see it and then realize its only for the residents of Windsong. We have a client building there and they couldnt be happier!

    Incredible community! Top notch amenities, from a fast growing highly involved community. Excited for the Lagoon to open in 2019! This family friendly community has gone and home trails, fitness facility, frisbee golf course, huge pools and amenity center, nice man made lakes, constant community events and a fireworks show 2nd only to one put on by a city!

    I am a Coldwell Banker Realtor and I see EVERYTHING and I could get a great deal on most builders.... But I bought years ago in Windsong. A number of my Clients have bought here as well and we all agree there is no other place at ANY price in DFW as nice as Windsong Ranch. Many of my Clients have bought homes here and we are amazed at the quality of life. If Realtors are buying here... We call that a CLUE!

    Caveat: Windsong Ranch homeowner.From the very beginning Windsong Ranch seemed like the perfect fit. Tired of the harsh winters up north, the political insanity and missing family we were ready for change. A retirement community? Too one dimensional. Apartment or condo? Limited amenities. Single home ownership? Costly and includes both of the negatives above. Windsong Ranch is different. A new and growing community in the north Dallas area. A mix of young families and retirees. Unique amenities and a variety of planned activities. A brand new, single floor, two bedroom villa was the perfect decision. It accommodates a desire for further downsizing without the isolation of an aged community. Seeing families and young children at play is simply good medicine. The landscaping and green space is wonderful. If you’re a golfer you will be disappointed. There is no on-premise course. Frankly, golfing wasn’t on my “must have” list, so it doesn’t matter to me. There’s plenty of public and membership golf courses nearby. Swimming (including a 5-acre lagoon opening 2019), outdoor activities such as walking, tennis, biking, fishing, and even disc-golf are available at Windsong Ranch.Check it out for yourself.

    Is a very beautiful neighborhood with a lot of housing options. They are into taking care of not only this neighborhood but the entire Prosper area. The community center is full of really nice and helpful people.

    Such a splash of heaven. The Lagoon is spectacular, the gym is adequate and the pools are very enjoyable. Plus we get monthly activities that are very fun.

    Hands down this is the best masterplanned community in the USA. Please, NEVER open it to the public and keep it exclusive for the residents ONLY :)Staff is top notch! Kim and Janet from Shaddock homes are phenomenal; Tim from highlands is just as phenomenal! Shaddock, Shaddock & Caldwell, Highlands, Belclaire, & Mainvue all have outstanding employees who are willing to go above and beyond to educate you on their homes.The only terrible experience was Southgate homes. Unprofessional, and if their sales reps are on vacation there is NO ONE there to help you. They basically expect you to chase them down to give them your money. Also, one of new Southgate builds we toured (that was already purchased) had a very messy construction site. There was materials and trash spread everywhere. If that was my home I wouldn’t be pleased, the home should be clutter and trash free. The new owners shouldn’t be able to tell what the construction crew had for lunch. ***I must add that HIGHLAND homes didn’t have that issue, their construction site was free of trash. You can tell that Highland employees take pride in their workspace.

    The place there is gorgeous there is a cafe a playground for little kids, 2 amazing pools, and theyre building a lagoon with a very relaxing view. Their homes there are expensive, but worth it.
