It was a great experience working with Chip. At first I was very skeptical because it sounded too easy to be true. It was like no other experience I’ve ever had when selling a house. Chip just came in and looked at my house gave me a quote and we agreed on the price of the house and the move-out date. Chip was so easy to work with that he even asked me if I needed more time or if I wanted to close earlier on the house just to give them a couple of days notice. Chip called every now and then to check on us see if we needed anything throughout the process till the closing process, he is very professional. Like I said, it sounded too easy to be true but it was! I highly recommend Chip Ferguson he is very polite and trustworthy. Thank you again Chip, may God bless you and your family!

Unquestionably the most honest and fair of the quick cash for your property buyers in the Austin area.Chip made me a good offer for my property in Austin but I was tempted by one of the We pay cash for your properties by one of his competitors who assured me they would pay 10% more than any other offer.Needless to say, they lied, and 45 days later recended their offer AND have refused to return the earnest money they put up with the title company.,I called Chip, told him what happened. He gave me another contract, and closed about 10 days later, the day I went into the hospital for surgery. Chip even called me after surgery , just to check on me, OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL, FAIR BUSINESS MAN.

We received several foreclosure notices and did everything we could to work with the mortgage company to try to save our home. With less than a month to go before auction, I got post cards in the mail from many companies advertising that they would pay cash for our house and keep us from foreclosure. I called a few, and the offers were low and insulting. We spent years of hard earned money and made so many precious memories there, and were devastated that we were losing it. When I was at the point of complete despair, with weeks left before the auction date, I checked the mail and there was a post card from Chip Ferguson. He made our devastating situation bearable. This process was so much easier and faster than when we originally purchased the house. I cant thank Chip enough for his professionalism, expertise and honesty. I highly recommend Chip if you are facing the same situation we did, or if you just want a straightforward and hassle free way to sell your house without having to go through the traditional process of finding a buyer, all the requests the buyer makes, having to make repairs, etc. He is the best!!

I was helping my Mother sell her rental duplex in Austin. Chip made the best offer, and we accepted. Later, we found several issues about the property that were unknown to either me or Chip. Rather than backing out, or asking for an unreasonable accommodation, Chip was very understanding about the unforeseen situation. The rest of the transaction went smoothly. I drove by the place a few months after, and Chip had done a great job renovating the property. It looked great!
