Viviana is absolutely amazing to work with! She found us our dream home and when we were arguing about how much backyard each floor plan left behind, she reached out to the builders and got us first on the wait-list for our #1 floor plan but with an extra large lot. She was with us every step of the way providing critical advice. We love our home, so I cant imagine moving, but if we ever did we would absolutely be reaching back out to Viviana to find our next spot!

Hector and Viviana sold my previous home and found our current home all within a short period of time and made it an amazing experience all the way around. They explained everything very well and found our dream home for us. They did such a great job my wife and I enlisted them to try and help my 85 year old Mother move from one of part of town to the other over by us...no small task as she is very set in her ways and the idea of moving was a huge task for her. It was a challenge to say the least! Hector and Viv did an outstanding job with her. They were extremely patient and explained everything to my Mom in a way to put her at ease with the move. In a little more than a week they found her the perfect house within a mile from us. They helped her through the buying process and secured the house. She moves in this weekend! I couldnt ask for a better realtor and just a great couple! They are extremely knowledgable and really know the market well. Ive said it before and Ill say again...simply the best realtors out there!
