We would send her homes and she’d have us scheduled for tours the same day if not the next. She was always willing to work with our busy schedules and was so patient throughout our entire search. She got us in the perfect home just 3 short weeks after beginning working with her! She truly cares and wants to help you find the perfect home for you/your family. Matt and Vista reality has been an amazing experience for my family and I. We were moving across country for the military and when we were looking to buy a home in the Temple area, Matt was an amazing Realtor. Matt was always on top of things and honestly when Matt said “Too easy” I knew we’re in good hands. I’ve worked with many realtors in the past and the best ones have always been veterans. Honestly I did not have to worry about anything really Matt pretty much took care of everything. As well as the team at Vista have been amazing as well. Andrew Baker was an amazing asset to have during the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. We feared that our “champagne taste on a beer budget” would be a deterrent for some agents however he never made us feel this way at all. During the selling process of our previous home, we had some repairs that needed to be made unexpectedly and he immediately had contractors available at reasonable rates, sometimes within literally hours of needing them. Without Andrew and the Vista network of specialists and contractors, we would never have been able to sell our previous home or buy a new one in as timely a manner as we did! It was a pure stroke of luck that when I pressed the Contact Agent button I ended up getting a call from Andrew Baker.Andrew was amazing to work with from the get-go. I personally could not thank Andrew Baker enough. Being first time home buyers and having your spouse on the other side of the world while doing this had to be the craziest thing ever! Relocating to Texas and never seeing any home in person was never the best feeling. What was a great feeling was how real Andrew was about everything. Giving us his honest opinions on properties, what he felt was worth it and what wasn’t. We told him our thoughts and expectations on our home and to say he was spot on with us would be an understatement. He was always upfront and we never felt like we were being forced into anything. Andrew was beyond patient, understanding and over all has to be one of the most down to earth guys. I can not explain how helpful he was throughout this whole process. Everyone had great things to say about her so I gave her a call, she answered with a friendly voice and made me feel special, like I was her only client. We told her that we were new to the great state of Texas and werent familiar with the areas, she said no problem and listened to what we were looking for in a house. Amanda met with us that week and showed us several houses, getting the feel for what we liked, she really listened. She always emailed me new listings and would follow up with us periodically, but no pressure at all. I felt very comfortable calling or texting her anytime with questions. My fiance and I worked with Maria from Vista and I cannot say enough good things about her! We tried to work with two realtors from Zillow prior to her and they acted like we werent worth their time. I got in contact with Maria through a reference. The moment I called her to ask her questions, she took it from there. She was informative, never pushy, and always kind. I called her on a Monday or Tuesday, and by Saturday of the same week, we were out looking at houses in our price range. When we arrived to meet her, she had a file folder with a print out of each house and all the information about them. We toured about 6 or 7 house that Saturday. We didnt get the one we first wanted but she was still hopeful for us. On a whim, I asked to look at a house one night and she showed me 5, just because we had made the trip. She went above and beyond for us, everytime. She was communicative through the entire process, and always had our best interest at heart! She even got us a little gift for when we finally closed!
