I absolutely love my Village Home. Building a home can be a very stressful process and I was so thankful for the direction and guidance from everyone involved at Village Homes. No matter who the home builder is, there will always be minor problems that arise all along the way. However, anytime I had an issue, it was addressed in a timely manner and my builders (Kenny & Jill) saw to it that these problems were fixed appropriately. I cannot say enough good things about my sales associate Miranda Chan. I figured after I purchased the home she would no longer be in the picture, but she continued to check in on me all throughout the process and even spoke up for me on multiple occasions. After moving in, the team at Village Homes continues to check in on me from time to time to make sure everything is going well with my new build.

Village Homes made the purchase process easy and Chandler Powell and his construction team are extremely professional and great to work with for the home build and anything needed post-move in. Very friendly and respectful, with quick turnarounds. Any time Ive needed something fixed or have a question, I have been promptly assisted and the matter was resolved. I absolutely love my home they built and highly recommend.

I started looking to build my first new home in 2019. After looking at various communities, I saw that Village Homes was starting to sell in their Overlook Community in the Spring of 2021. Jyoti Banipal, Sales Professional was my first contact. She was responsive to all questions (and there were many) posed by my mom and I when we met. She sold me with her belief in the integrity and customer satisfaction focus of Village Homes. Jyoti is professional, a great communicator and keeps her word. Chandler Powell, Project Manager has been amazing to work with both during the building process and after that role was completed. He is respectful, responsive and takes pride in the homes being built. Chandler continues to lend his time and knowledge when needed. Customer satisfaction with their Village Homes home is sincerely important to him. Both of them kept me updated regularly on the progress of the home during the build. John Bilbow, Warranty and the warranty group have continued to address issues (some caused by contractors) after the house was completed. John has patiently lent his expertise in various areas as issues and questions arise. He is always very reassuring that Village Homes will not let me down as concerns are addressed. Debbie Teas and my sister helped me make great selections. Janet Bishop has been very welcoming and helped make the closing go smoothly. All the staff at Village Homes and contractors that I have dealt with have worked to respond to issues and are great with customer service. I am very content in my new home and I am really glad that Village Homes ended up building it. The floor plan, staff and quality are awesome.Yolanda Gonzalez

Village Home builds a quality home for a fair price. I cant say enough about the entire sales process from start to finish. I purchased a townhome in Fort Worth and couldnt be happier. They build with quality features: Cabinets with large pull-out drawers for pots/pans/trash cans, tall baseboards, 8 doors, ceiling fans, garage door opener and a gas range to name a few.I Highly recommend Village Homes!

We had such a great experience building our home with Village Homes! They exceeded our expectations in many ways-- from answering our numerous questions in rapid fashion to guiding us through the design and building process. Margo, Matt, and Debbie were truly delightful to work with and made everything so easy. We have been in our beautiful home for almost 6 months and we adore it. We cannot recommend Village enough!

Village Homes has been extraordinary! Margo Presnall and Hunter Gerhardt have been an incredible team! They have gone above and beyond my expectations. They have taken the time to get to know my family and understand our needs. I will recommend them, and more importantly, I would build with them again!

Our house is very solid, well built...the few things that needed to be taken care of have been dealt with quicker than we expected. Never had better customer service from a builder.
