Honestly these apartments made me want to move to. Super spacious in living room, price are reasonable. They have actual study rooms. And you can even rent the club house. Overall staff is very inviting and welcoming provide you with all the information needed to make my move easier

Love the views of this scenic place, great for evening walks, rides, runs. However you want to enjoy your evening, love this place.

The community looks very nice with their amenities featured prominently near the model homes. They also have space reserved for food trucks, so that is an unusual plus. While they are situated just north of 380, there is a significant setback, so road noise doesnt seem to be an issue.

This is a great Community I love the focus they put on nature and open areas like green spaces and Parks. They also have a lot of really cool community events and feel like its a great place to start your family

Amazing community with lots of amenities and a monthly calendar of events for the neighborhood. Beautiful homes and landscaping throughout. So happy we moved to UP!

Cool neighborhood - phase 1 is almost complete - phase two is about to break ground. Interesting concept with the food trucks at the park on Wednesdays and Sundays.

Nice family park and beautiful walking trails. I lost some money there while watching a parade. Some ones gain and my loss.
