This team and build experience was amazing. From Scooter to the sub contractors- all attentive, friendly, and worked together as a team. Quality and attention to detail is excellent. The team suggested many ideas to keep the quality of the build without excessive costs, making suggestions to trade out original expensive plans for creative less expensive options. ( ie. The plan suggested a triangle window that would cost 10k, Scooter suggested other options at a fraction of the cost. ) . Scooter and Doug alerted us to each step, and kept us in the loop on all decisions. We have built homes before- this was our best experience by far.

Overall a great home building experience with Treo. Meticulous planning and project / subcontractor management had us in our new contemporary home five months after breaking ground. An interior designer on the core project team facilitated a efficient and effective selction process for plumbing and electrical fixtures, appliances, floor and countertop / shower surfaces and interior finishes which saved time and produced great results. Build quality is very high and budgets were adhered to, no surprises. Cant say enough good things about the Loftons, they are wonderful people and great to work with!
