Huge shout out to Aubrey for assisting my husband and I. He took the time to explain how the program works and although my husband were not ready to commit to the next process of applying he told us what our credit needs to be and also has resources available for us. We hope to return within 3-6 months! We will definitely request Aubrey again.

I came into Quality Homes, an inexperienced and nervous shopper.I was approached by Sheila Beard, who immediately assured me that my fears and concerns were normal. She was sensitive to my concerns and took the reins in showing my the most time efficient and least stressful way to proceed in buying my first manufactured home. We sat down, discussed what payments I was comfortable with and what homes I was likely to be approved for. She really put things into perspective and took all the elimination process off of me and put me in the right direction. All the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to me duirng my visit.That is REAL QUALITY!!!
