I cant thank enough Chris for his services. I wont be living in my current home without him to be honest. When I selected Chris as my realtor, after learning about my requirements, he himself registered my name with most of the local builders. I was searching for home during the hottest period of 2020-21. Most of the builders had long waiting list running into 1000s. So when I got a call from one of the reputed builders saying that im current in their wait list, I was pleasantly surprised. Chris registered for me 3 months ago when I first talked to him. He has great knowledge of the local market, he will come with you for all the open houses with no issues any number of times. Many realtors wont do that after few visits, Chris had no such issues. He provide great advise, give detailed walkthru of all the steps involved. He was a great teacher for me since im a first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend Chris !
