My husband and i had such an amazing experience at Madera. The salesman, Hunter, was amazingly kind and patient with my indecisiveness. He spent hours helping us. Not only that, but he was super considerate of social distancing rules and regulations. I only wish my husband’s job wasn’t taking us in another direction. If you need to build a home in this area, I would highly recommend this builder and to have Hunter assist you through the process.

This builder was awesome. We unfortunately will not be able to move like we planned but this community, and builder is amazing. We never felt pressured by the sales guy, I think his name was Hunter. He listened to us without interpreting and you could tell he was genuinely interested in our family and what we were going through. He was super patient and honestly explained more to us about new home construction than we even thought to ask. Make us feel very comfortable the whole time. I would highly recommend this builder. By the way the amenities at this place are amazing!

My wife and I have been working with Hunter and his Chesmar family at the Madera community in Cibolo Canyon since November of 2019. Over the past 7 months, they have been nothing but remarkable home builders. They walked through the home design process with myself, my wife, and her family hand-in-hand, answered every one of our thousands of questions, and made sure that we were building the home of our dreams. As a growing family with two children under 3 and living out-of-state, communication was absolutely vital. Hunter always made himself available, even on days off or during hours when he was not working. Nadja sent weekly emails outlining our homes progress that included several pictures, and we were able to have weekly phone calls with the construction manager, Jose, who explained what happened that week with the home and what was on deck the week ahead. In sum, I cant imagine a more thoughtful, caring, and helpful group of people than those at Chesmar of Madera I give them my highest recommendation and encourage you to take advantage of their outstanding service.
