I have worked with Brian Novy for many years. He has helped me find multiple spaces in the past as well as negotiate an expansion space which is currently in process. Brian even advised me on space options for years before I was ready to commit to my own space, and he never made me feel even a hint of pressure to proceed until I was 100% ready. Subsequently, with the deals we have worked out together, I can say with full confidence that Brian was the principle basis of some of the best real estate deals I have ever achieved. Brian came with me to the negotiating table on multiple occasions, and he often proposed components of deals that I hadn’t thought of or didn’t realize would be options. For those questioning the motives of a real estate agent based on the agent receiving compensation for their work, I can confidently say that Brian Novy deserves every penny and then some. I have recommended and continue to recommend him to every professional I know looking for space. His knowledge base is excellent, and he is top notch. Don’t be deceived by his one negative review - I can assure you the depiction is not what I have experienced (nor multiple colleagues of mine with whom I have spoken who also had great experiences with Brian). Brian follows up on all requests. But most importantly, Brian knows every significant real estate agent, owner, and manager in Austin. And - he has all their direct contact information on his phone. Brian does not simply post new listings to the real estate internet portals. Brian gets on the phone and speaks to the right people.
