Dana and her team are GREAT! After six months with another brokerage, we switched over to her because of her professional approach, transparent feedback, responsiveness and follow through. We wish we could give her more stars. Our 4.5M house sat for many months, and the first month she took over she was able to bring in multiple cash offers. She is the one who does the showings. She follows up and know the market and buyers/sellers well. There is no one I would trust more with home buying or selling, especially in this challenging market, than Dana and her team. I met Colleen Cook in Van Alstyne while browsing homes and getting a feel for North Dallas. We had an agent previously assigned to us by our Loan Provider however Colleen was different. She was more knowledgeable, down to earth, and had a little more gumption, & moxy. My wife fell for her immediately upon meeting her. However I was afraid of firing my agent. So after trying to get a hold of my buying agent for the third time only to be told she was out of town. I fired her and hired Colleen. Needless, to say that was the best decision I have ever made. She was there every single step along the way. She even helped paint the house before the VA appraisal. Absolutely an amazing agent. She has my business for life. I cant recommend her highly enough.

We found Dana through her YouTube channel. As an out of state buyer, we needed real help to buy a house in this highly competitive market.After the initial conversations with Dana, where she helped our family to focus on some neighborhoods, Dana introduced us to one of her agents. Her lead agent Kay Patel had few additional conversations with us, found more details about what might suit for us as family.Kay created some custom videos for us, which showed the neighborhoods which we were interested in, with specific details on the homes which were available. This helped us in planning our home buying trip.Dallas market is a crazy market. You can get outbid, houses can go off the market within hours and you need to make decisions very quickly. This is where Kays personal connections helped us. She had very good relationship in the sales office and we got early info on a house which was going to hit the market. We also got a video of it two weeks ahead of time before most others could look at it. This helped us take the decision and close the deal. And to make it better, Kay was able to negotiate the price down with the builder.Without the help of Kay and Dana Pollard group, we wouldnt have got this house in Windsong Ranch.Dana and Kay has continued to reach out to us and offered help on any other resources we may need to settle here in North Texas.I highly recommend Dana Pollard group

Katie Lira is a super hero! She helped me move my extended family across the country. Katie walked through a new home build with my parents. She showed great care and listened to my family. It was a huge change for my parents as they lived in their home over 50 years before moving across the country. I relied on her to work with our agent in WA.Katie also helped my sister and her husband purchase a resale home. Even though the inspection said the roof was fair, she insisted a roofer come out and inspect the roof. The roof was damaged and replaced by the sellers insurance company. Katie saved us a lot of money and grief with a potentially bad roof and she helped negotiate a great deal for my sister and her husband.Katie is very approachable and easy to work with and she knows her stuff. Wow!!! I can’t say enough about Katie Lira with the Dana Pollard Group?When our family finally decided to make the “big” move to the DFW area, being that we were not from Texas and did not know the area that well, we didn’t know where to start. So, we did what any good buyer would do…we asked, “The Google.” In the results, we came across a plethora of videos on YouTube for the Dana Pollard Group, which included many reviews of areas within the DFW Metroplex. After watching several videos, we took the plunge and filled out their easy contact form online. To our pleasant surprise, we were contacted by Katie shortly after. All of our questions, scenario changes, hypotheticals, changing lenders, just everything was handled with tact, humor, and efficiency by Katie.I will say if you haven’t caught any of the DPGs videos on YouTube I recommend starting there. We were living in NYC when we first found Dana Pollard Realty Group through their YouTube channel. We had been considering moving to Texas for a little while but we were still on the fence about it. My wife and I like many finally moved to the North Texas area a few months ago. We started the thought to move from South Florida (Miami/Ft Lauderdale area) back in early 2020. As we navigated the thought of where to move we decided to give N. Texas a try (that was the easy part - No state taxes like Florida is also a plus).The hurdle is always finding a great real estate agent to represent you and we researched many and interviewed them as we wanted to feel that they were going to represent us in good faith. We came across the Dana Pollard group via her Youtube videos and felt that Dana and her group knew the N. Texas areas down to a science.We filled out the dream home form and started to work with Robert De Franceschi from the Dana Pollard Group. Robert called us and immediately set up a Zoom session with us to understand what we were looking for. The initial zoom session was all about getting to know us and that felt great because at times your hear horror stories from people having agents who didnt take the time to understand the wants and needs from their client. Robert not only took the time to understand what we were looking for but also invested his own time to guide us to meet those needs and wants.We flew out twice to North Texas before we decided which area we wanted to purchase our home. Robert was very patient in showing us many communities and cities that may fit our wants for our family. Robert was honest about the real estate market and how quickly it continues to move in Texas (Florida is no different and just as hectic).
