Dottie has helped us find multiple rental properties over the years and just helped us buy our first home! She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and provided key details to look out for during a first time home investment. Tom and Dottie’s construction and property management knowledge provided us with great insight into the true cost of repairs and improvements. Dottie was always on top of everything and available to show houses whenever we needed. She was an excellent negotiator and provided great contacts for inspections and maintenance. We would recommend Texdot Real Estate to anyone looking to buy their first home or are relocating to the greater Houston area!

Dot and Tom helped us buy a new home and sell our previous home in 2018. Tom has done quite a lot of various small jobs of all sorts in both homes and I will continue to hire him in the future. They are very caring, honest people who try their hardest for their clients. Dot has yrs of realtor experience in this area and I was very appreciative of that. She knew which neighborhoods have homes with foundation issues for instance, good to know!

I met Mr. Wanko by chance as he was repairing a neighboring fence. We is kind and easy to speak with and did a great job on that particular day. When he explained to me what he needed to do I felt a lot more comfortable with this stranger in my back yard. When he shows up the next day, we got to talking and figured out he could help me with other projects in my house. I contacted Mrs. Wanko and with her help we got things in motion and in no time at all my house was back in order. The price, timing and customer service are right on the button. Now a days it is hard to find good, honest, hard working people. TEXdot has restored my faith in good people and I will continue to rely on them in the future. I had the opportunity to experience the amazing property management of this company!My property manager was always quick to respond, making sure everyone was happy and when it came to repairs was updating us with the service status even though we also had a resident app to see the updates!After, she was no longer our property manager and I needed our landlord’s contact information. She like usual, immediately emailed me back quickly and provided me the contact I needed!And always so nice! If I was an owner of a property looking for a property managemer, I would probably reach out to her since I know how great of one she is!
