Ive moved many times and met many realtors, but Sunny Lee was truly special from the beginning.Even when I was looking for a rental home, Sunny worked with me sincerely and carefully.Most realtors are kind, but sometimes they can lose focus when helping with rentals. Sunny showed full dedication even for a rental, which made me feel comfortable asking for her help when buying my first home.It was the best decision I made.Sunny has deep knowledge of the North Dallas housing market because she has been a long-time resident of the area.I really appreciated how carefully she selected listings for me. A long overdue review of Texas Legacy Realty team!An all-around amazing experience with them for the past three years (already..) for commercial investment/management and residential investment/management needs.Mike Song helped us purchase our very first residential home, and made it a very smooth sailing and pleasant experience. He additionally helped with connecting us with other good people (lenders, insurance agents) who we still continuously work with and reach out to.For residential investment and management, John Lee is amazing. He is professional, informative about all processes and details, and very communicative. He is thoughtful about both the tenant and landlord which I find super important for long-term healthy and good relationships. Our tenants are very happy with him.I also enjoy working with Jina Lim whos a property manager for the commercial side. Shes on it with details and communication, and is very professional as well. I havent met her in person but shes very sweet via emails.Lastly, I appreciate Sam Shins leadership and experience on all high-level things on the commercial side. Hes CCd on all his teams emails but Im always reminded that he truly looks through each interaction making sure that all is well through his calls time to time to check in.Thank you! Texas Legacy Property Mike Song has created a lifetime of unforgettable moments for our family.He showed how a true realtor in Texas, USA, works late at night, persuading sellers to sign a house contract without any burden when they were not accepted from the process of putting in an offer and going back and forth for 30 minutes. What a great negotiator. For those who have a lot of money and a lot of money to buy a house without difficulty, things will be very easy for ordinary realtors. I discovered Legacy Realty when I was looking for a house during difficult times and was feeling disappointed by real estate agents in Dallas.At the first showing, I decided to proceed with purchasing a home with them after seeing them professionally explain the interior and exterior of the home. It turned out that he had experience in the construction industry.What was even more impressive was the process of purchasing a house. In an intense sellers market, he analyzed the psychology of sellers and seller agents and gave me advice and recommended strategies. The way he pointed out even the smallest details of the house and applied them to his advantage in the transaction. Even the most basic questions were answered quickly and professionally without any signs of annoyance.As a result, I was able to purchase a house cheaper than the market price even though it was a sellers market.
