Marco Cardenas is awesome, he helped me with all my warranties problems and always being so helpful every time. Texas Home has very nice layout design for home, it was for sure looks fancy and upscale, quality wise is just ok for spec home builder somewhat slight better that some builder around the area, but beware some of their subcontractors are the worse specially the one who did my flooring & tile (too bad i forgot their company name) are shady company. I hope Texas home cut their ties with that tile company cause they only bringing texas home quality to the bottom, but the rest of subcontractors that doing my house were great and very much fix everything that wasnt perfect. Building is very stressful thing, and even though it wasnt perfect i would say i am very satisfied in overall of experience (Agave Trace).Texas Home team (Andria Phillips from design, Marco Cardenas from warranty, Nick Shadick the superintendent, Jeff the sales person)were very nice and valuable people that make my experience better even in bad situations so thank yall so much.

We loved Working with Texas-Homes! You can tell everyone we spoke to loved their job. Even the mortgage company/ brokers they recommend was amazing. Minor hiccups with a few vendors. Which was to be expected with a new home. However, warranty claims have been responsive and helpful. Over all we are happy and recommend TX Homes to anyone.

I can’t say enough about Tory Z. in the warranty department. We moved into our new house and a few days later a pipe burst behind the wall leaving a lot of damage. She made something that could have been an enormous headache, and huge source of stress, very manageable and smooth. She is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and goes above and beyond to have things done right. She is a huge asset to the Texas Homes’ team!

We love our house that we bought from Texas homes, initially we were skeptical because of the ratings but they are really nice to work with and prompt to fix any issues that we have brought up.Over all we are very satisfied with the builder and the house and would recommend the builder to our friends and family.Special kudos and shoutout to our construction manager - Nick ShaddickFoundation’s construction manager - Mr. Rafael andCustomer service manager - Marco Cardenas. These are some of the awesome people we worked with during the pre- and post-construction and move in.

I am very pleased with my Texas Homes house. I only had a few items (doorbell and thermostat) that needed fixing and Marco Cardenas is great and facilitated the minor repairs. He even came to my house to follow up and ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction!!!

I just felt like sharing my personal experience with Marco & Tory (Construction & Warranty Coordinators) at Texas Homes!My kitchen cabinet over stove came loose from top & it was resolved with no delay on July 1st-Holiday Weekend.Marco has been a blessing to work with; super professional and honest about timelines for repairs.

Great company! Coming from Pasadena, Ca I couldnt believe that I could buy such a quality home over 3000 square feet for under $300,000. The staff, especially Troy and Steve are amazing. I am so happy the first house I bought was with Mc Millin homes!

We moved into a home built by McMillin and have had nothing but a positive experience all around. Everyone in the sales department, design department, and mortgage company bent over backwards to make the experience as simple as possible for us. Our warranty needs were always met quickly and done with the same high standard we have experienced within the entire company. I would recommend building a McMillian home and have done so with many friends. We simply adore our McMillin home and neighborhood and plan to stay and raise our family in this very spot! Thanks McMillin!!

Diverse, friendly, safe and well maintained community. Probably the best community in this part of San Antonio. Close to Target, multiple restaurants Elementary/Middle/High schools.
