My business partner and I are so glad that we chose Sean to be part of our team for our start-up dental practice. He always went above and beyond to ensure that we had 100% satisfaction in every issue and situation that came up. He is not only honest but professional, trustworthy, and reliable. Im sure he had dozens of clients that he was working with at the same time, but he always makes his clients feel like they are priority #1 with his quick email responses and thoughtful comments. Even after his duties in our project were over, he still continued to check in with us from time to time and never hesitated to give advice when needed. Sean and the team at Syncore were invaluable during the renegotiation of the lease for our dental office space, ensuring that we came away from the process with a favorable outcome. Beyond the basic issue of ensuring we received a fair rental rate, their experience in the health care space was obvious as they were able to identify aspects of our current lease that needed to be updated or amended to come in line with current standards and ensure we were prepared for the future - things like HIPAA compliance, transferability in the event of sale or retirement, portability of trade fixtures, and so on. Seans professionalism was apparent during all communications, and he kept me updated on the progress each step of the way. Before I moved to Texas to purchase an existing orthodontic practice, I had some questions regarding average rent costs in the area and other questions I knew a broker could answer. I was connected with Sean Regan at Syncore Medical Realty. At that time, my business negotiations were almost completed and Sean knew he would not be compensated for his time. However, Sean still spent hours with me both on the phone and on e-mails back and forth to help me understand the process of lease negotiations. I really appreciated this and kept him in mind for the future. Unfortunately, my business negotiations failed shortly thereafter and I decided to open up my own practice from scratch. I began this project having minimal knowledge about starting a dental practice. Once I got in touch with Sean, that all changed. He understood that I was overwhelmed by this prospect, so he initially gave a brief, easy-to-understand outline of the process. As I progressed along and considered a team of advisors, Sean began to add appropriate detail that made my initial discussions with each advisor very productive. Surprisingly, Sean’s baseline information was often times repeated word-for-word by each advisor. This consistency in information among the team proved to be very helpful. Furthermore, if at any point I forgot previously-discussed details, then he would gladly remind me of the answer well within 24 hours of inquiry. If he did not immediately have the answer to a question, then he would still respond and later return with a thorough answer.In addition, Sean’s years of experience in related dental roles were of great assistance to me when designing the floor plan of my office. In fact, the basic shape of my floor plan would not have been considered had Sean not rearranged the disaster that was the designer’s first version of it. It is because of him that I have a floor plan that is efficient and appropriate for the space.Having Sean as part of my team truly minimized the amount of worry and uncertainty that is inevitable with this process. Do yourself a favor and seriously consider using Sean as he could truly specialize in any aspect of this process.
