We were able to attend the Christmas event with Chef Ivan. So yummy! Management collected charity items which was a great holiday mood 😊

We had an amazing family reunion at Clayton Mountain! The numerous amenities allowed for an itinerary that satisfied everyone. All of the pools were sparkling clean, the Clubhouse on the Lake provided a fun, private family gathering, and the pickleball court and corn hole boards allowed for a friendly, yet competitive, family event. The movie theatre was a hit for the younger children while the older kids enjoyed the game tables.The restaurant had 1 minor hiccup the first day in trying to provide everyone with their lunch in a timely manner (there were a lot of us). However, the second day was much better!The room accommodations were high end, clean and comfortable. The Sundance staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. They had everything ready for us from day one and throughout the gathering.All the amenities were in good condition with the exception of the gameroom equipment. Luckily, we had purchased our own in advance of the event.I will say that the communication could use some minor improvements. It was a bit confusing knowing which email address to use and waiting for responses amidst the planning.By day 3, we had an abundance of fun in the sun, excitement well into the evening hours and the joy of being with family.I will say that our experience at Clayton Mountain met our expectations, and all the family members agreed that this was a great place for another future, family reunion.

Kristi does a great job overseeing the guest experience. A great place for a family reunion or private retreat! A beautiful place to get away and enjoy the peace of nature.

Very nice ranch and very rustic. Room was meh as theres no cell service, no wifi, no TV, no phone, no chair to sit in...so definitely want to make use of other amenities or price is too steep just for the stay.

Enjoyed entire experience except ...We were disappointed in the pricing. It is initially offered at $6250 (one time or fianced) plus $200 a month for the REST of your days! They then hit you if you can flop out $5000 one time fee, no $200 a month fee but that offer is only available until you leave the property after your one night stay. Lets not forget the 6+ percent that is only in the very small print. I am sorry but there are a lot of people that would enjoy their facilities, and be an asset to their community if we had only had some time to call the appropriate people to get the 5k. I was totally resistant to the $200 a month. If there had some provision for a limited time frame say even 10 year we might be proud members of Sundance Club at this very moment 2 days after our stay. There is a limit on how much time you pay for your house, car or even your kids college education.

Good place to get a drink.. Get all alcohol a little Margarita or whatever you drinking does give A lot of alcohol you will get going after couple drinks And cheap, go there! Fun place
