Builds quality products I’ve lived or toured at in Austin and Houston.Real wood floors, fantastic amenities with Sonos speakers 🔊 throughout the buildings, built in bars, and impressive finishes.Well done 👍Might want to consider a different lease up team, besides your norm.

I am currently living at my second streetlights property and figured I’d share my experience with the developers because I definitely feel like they are near perfection, not quite all the way but CLOSE! I moved into The Angela (Phoenix) and was immediately impressed with the design focus and attention to details. The interior designers, Ink+Oro, was a fantastic touch because they make the property feel like a luxury hotel rather than a cheap quickly built apartment building (like most developers have done recently). Unfortunately our lease was cut short due to construction issues. The tub and granite had shifted in our wet bath and caused an interior water leak that required 50% of the tile and tub to be removed. Due to the turn around time we were offered to be let out of the lease.I totally get constructions hiccups and decided that if I must move I want to choose another Streetlights property. I had my sights set on The Cameron (Tempe). The community had amazing aesthetics and I knew I had found a new home! I am currently on my third month. Just yesterday I came home and found large amounts of water in the hallway near my apartment and seeping into the baseboards in the pantry/master closet. Upon further investigation by maintenance they discovered a piping issue (during construction) that was not fully connected so once someone moved upstairs for the first time and used water it was just discovered. You can imagine my disappointment that I was plagued with another construction issue at a Streetlights development.I do still love the direction this developer is going and the communities they develop. Like I said, they are near perfection. I suggest they work with their vendors/construction team to ensure units are fully completed/checked before turning over to the management company. I use to work in multi-family for 4 years specializing in new developments so I understand the process the units go through before being turned over.Overall, congrats Streetlights. Despite having two major issues in the two communities I’ve lived in I still have major faith in all your future work :)
