Chesmar homes are beautiful! I visited several communities in my search for a builder and hands down Chesmar builds a much better home than others because of all the βincludedβ details they have where other builders charge you for them. A finished home turns out beautiful every time and will never looked short of a model home. All their staff have been great to work with, especially Jobie! -

Great pool, and small gym, a basketball court and 2 tennis courts. The aesthetics of the amenities center is great. However, this is not a public pool. Private, hoa member, only. -
